I would like to intimated that today i.e. on 14/01/2019 i had received a Msg to my SBI account linked Mobile number that Rs.4740/- has been debited from my bank account vide IMPS ref No:[protected] whereas I am not doing such type of transaction . Same day i had lodged written complaint to the concern Bank Manager through Bank Email Id but he has not give any acknowledgement on receipt of my complaint.

      I have never initiate or authrorized this ACH Mandate towards IndiaIdeas. But today i have received an email from cbssbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in that it says "Mandate Registration-UMRN SBIN[protected] for Rs 15232.00 issued to IndiaIdeas received today.In case of any issues pls contact branch"

      Unfortunately, i am not in india and one again i did not initiate or authroize this transaction.

      Request you to kindly void/dishonor this registration.

The money is stopped from your bank. Talk to your customer care.               Hi,

              I came to sbi atm yono atm (Middle) 0806632 to withdraw money in cash. I withdraw an amount at 13.22 ish on 14 jan 2018. And kept the money in my long handbag. I gave a way to the one behind me in the queue as i waited for another transaction. While i was doing second withdrawel, i felt someone taking money from my bag but at the same mkment i had to take the cash being dispensed from atm. So i didnot give importance as o felt it was my assumption that some one may take money from my bag that was half open.

              I want security to be provided at sbi atm as there will a mob in the atm and no disciplinr is maintained at withdraw one after the other. Allowing one at a time into the atm.

                A refund of rs 959 was sucessfully processed on 18 oct 2018 to my account. This amount has been creditd to my sbi account by now buti have not receive till now.
                I have called thw sbi customer care service and his branch give all the details many time the unique transation reference no[protected]. But nobady has resolved the problem no action is being taken. I have confermedwith amazon and they have sucessfully prcessed the refund.
                Kindely go through the charge dispute emails locate the panding refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                We have updated the payment but your executive again call us and asking for payment, today we have made the payment and inform him but agains he asking for payment. and abusing me for not making payment.

                    I visited atm located in napasar near bikaner. I was trying to generate pin for new atm card and that takes time as firstly temporary pin is sent to mobile no. Then we can create new pin. During all this the atm guard started shouting what are you doing here you have been here from very long and all this he said in his local language abusing. It was really embarrassing when i complain to him he said he is the guard he can throw me out any time. Please take a serious action for this misbehaviour

                      Please recover my money back of rs.5441 debited on 14 january 2019 from my account by investment intermediate. I am not getting clue of any company for what they are detucting. On 8 january the emi of 5431 has been paid by me to capital float for byjus the learning pvt limited. Instead they given message for for late payment of rs. 5441. This is total fraud and cheating. Please help me out from this problem.

                        I have purchased maruti baleno on jan 05 2018 and taken the loan amount from sbi noida sector 12 branch my loan account number is[protected] on this loan i am paying my emi of 11700 on time and regularly. At the time of loan procedure, i have not been informed by loan manager about submission of rc book to the bank. And now they have charged fine of rs. 21000 for not submitting rc book for the duration from may 2018 to nov 2018 months i have not received any intimation mail /sms or call from bank regarding the same just checked my online account and i came to know this fraud from sbi.
                        I have visited bank several times but bank manager is not responding regarding this issue.
                        Sir, i work very hard to earn every single rupee. Rs. 21000 is a very big amount for me for which i am not responsible solely as i am just paying my emi as a responsible customer but now feeling cheated by sbi.

                        I am a punctual borrower whose non of the emis has been delayed. Still you are charging me such a big fine. On other hand people like vijay malyya are eating up the entire banking system and still moving freely. Then what is the use of me following the rules strictly? Give me one valid reason, even after this injustice, why i should pay back my loan as per rule and not default the same?

                        I request you to please reverse these charges.

                          I ordered an item at amazon. Prepaid at the rate of 354. But that time i cancelled it too. As it was cancelled i should have received the refund. But i have not. When i did contact to amazon customer care they told me that the refund had been initiated successfully and it would be reflected to my account by then. But which was not. And when i again contacted they provided refund reference[protected]
                          And suggested to contact to bank customer care. Which i did and i was told that either amazon or home branch can help me on this issue.
                          But when i went to the home branch the manager told he could do nothing for me. And again i came to amazon i was told to charge a file dispute against bank.

I contacted bank customer service as well as amazon but it is getting delayed and delayed.. 27/112018 I made a complaint against amazon at National consumer helpline... Amazon India is not providing me with utr number for the refund transaction whereas the bank is asking for utr number to track the refund amount..                                 My mother mrs hemlata tomar opted a policy against home loan in july 2017 from sbi racpc 2 branch bhopal by mr. Vikas shukla, due ti unforseen reasons loan was withdrawn in august 2017 completely, but still premium of sbilife insurance was detected from my mother sacing account, which was stopped with help of local bank branch in december 2017. Even though policy was not commenced properly in starting, it has caused us rupees 7500 as premium of it, neither bank nor insurance branch guiding properly in this matter, causing loss of money said above.

                                    Still we are waiting for the resolution, please do the needful as early as possible & revert.
                                    Sir my revised ppo has been delivered on 3rd dec 2018 but the arrears are not yet credited plese sir look into it

                                      Hi, i am using sbi credit card from 2016, was working in amazon when i took the credit card and i have failed to repay my credit card dues from past 2-3 months from aug 2018 reason cause i have lost my job and i'm currently looking for a new job. After a month of my missed due date few agents kept calling me in different number to my registered mobile number asking me to repay the dues, every time i explained them my situation that i have lost my job, give me some time to repay but no one understood or was ready to understand my concern instead they started harassing me through whatsapp texting me from different numbers and threatening me and abusing me in local language that is kannada in reply i told them please don't use whatsapp to communicate instead call me to my registered number or email me then i immediately called up the sbi card customer care [protected], explained and requested for settlement, then a customer care executive told me that this will not repeat again but again after one month the collection agent kept making calling, on 11th jan i picked up the call and told the collection agent that i'm looking for settlement and i had a word with the customer care instead he told no i'm your executive and no settlement will be given now, you pay the dues. I told him that i will the contact the customer care and call you back. Then today on 13th jan i got a message in whatsapp saying that i'm narasimha from sbi, pay the dues and i didn't respond to the message because i had already have complaint to sbi regarding whatsapp text but in the afternoon same day around 3:30, a call came to my mom's phone saying that i'm from amazon employment service, on the annual basis. I want your address for employment verification, then i spoke to that person and told that i'm no longer working at amazon, kindly reject. He still lied to my as amazon employment service agent, then i immediately said that i will complaint amazon regarding this. Then later he told me that i'm from sbi card, this call is regarding payment dues and i asked him why did you lie, then he started abusing me in kannada that you can't pay the bills you truth should i have to talk. I know little kannada so asked him to talk in english instead he said i don't english, you talk to me in kannada and he started threatening me saying that i'm going to the police station and raising a complaint saying you have taken money from me and not paying back and i told him that stop threatening me i'm recording your call and then immediately he spoke normally. I again told him that i have requested for settlement waiting for the confirmation, hence you please wait. Then he started asking my address, where are you. I'm coming there with two other people to your address and will also call and trace your dad and i know where your dad works. I refused to give my address hence i was scared the way he was talking. Today again i called up sbi, regarding this and raised a complaint to customer care on 13th jan regarding this incident and asked for sbi internal collection department number but the executive refused saying i don't have accesses for that. Then i told the executive that i'm scared here that then collection agent told me that he is coming with two other people to my address and asked him that should i go for police complaint? Then customer executive said that i'm raising a complaint against this issue (Complaint number with sbi customer care is[protected] and also i have mailed to customer [protected]@sbicard.com.
                                      Now i need the sbi internal collection department number to help me regarding this threatening and harrassing call to me as well as my family members.
                                      The collection agent who threatened and harassed me on 13th jan is narasimha (His mobile number is [protected]/[protected]).
                                      If this continues then i may have to complaint to banking ombudsman (Rbi).

                                      They taken Request letter from my side about the A/c details of particular Branch of a/c no to deposit
                                      I deposited money in cdm SBI Thanisandra branch 18000 /-rs it shown that contact for branch I have attached receipt.
                                      And also I submitted the request letter along with details of depositing bank a/c to cdm branch which I belongs to cdm mechne of sbi

                                        On 02 jan 19 has credit some rs 60000/-from my brother account no.[protected] phone pay through mobile no.[protected] and uti no.[protected]. Now however said amount credit and soon missing and not showing the credit balance. You are requested to take an early necessary action, please.
