I am sbi bank customer in bangalore. I am unable to register my son as nominee for deposit acc. I was able to cancel the nomination of my other son online online using online sbi.com but unable to register nomination in place of cancelled nomination.

    I used my debit card at nearby ATM to withdraw Rs. 5000.00 on 15.01.2019 at 6 p.m. No money was came out from ATM, but money got deducted from my account. A message also came in my mobile stating the withdrwal of Rs.5000.00. Rs. 5000.00 is not yet refunded to my account.

      Respected Sir/Madam,
      I am suffered a lot from my bank and bank officer, and my business is hampered by non co-operative behaviour of bank, endless waiting period to take decision on renewal of loan, etc.
      My case is as below,
      1) Initially I borrowed loan from State bank of Hyderabad, Barshi for Rs.5, 00, 00/-, against immovable property i.e. residential bungalow which is mortgaged. As Hyderabad bank merged into SBI I am suffering and my business is hampered. Renewal of loan was due on Sept2017, so I submitted all required and necessary document in Sept2017. Since Sept loan renewal is pending and no action was taken. I meet concern officer to pursue my loan renewal at branch but no further action was taken. Also I meet concern officer at divisional office, Solapur but he also did not take any action.
      2) Due to non operative status of my loan account I could not do any transaction and my account is gone into NP status. So I am not responsible to pay any interest from Sept17.
      Further more in future, also I will not pay any interest. Hence interest from Sept17 has to be stopped.
      3) Also Rs.29, 000/- approximately was debited from my current and saving account by bank and credited to loan account. The intimation, notice is not given to me for this transaction.
      4) The accounts which are debited, are fall into below minimum balance level and are due for penalty.
      For this situation, only bank is responsible. My home loan account is regular and has good, positive rating. Before March 2017 my all accounts were regular and had positive rating.

      Once again I request you to look in my case and will do necessary action .

        Mere account se 295 amount bank ne debit kiya. Si charge karke. Mera rd account 3 year se running he. Lekin bich me se debit hona band ho gaya. Bank employee ne kuch ho new rd account ke time change kiya. Rd debit nahi ho raha karke bank me complete bhi diya.3 month ka premium pending he. Rd ka date ki close buva. Saving account [protected] me balance bhi he. Sbi ke system ka problem he. To 295 amount hamare account se khu katta he

          I've both savings and fixed deposit accounts at sbi bansberia branch (Ifsc code sbin0005919). When i wanted to take locker facility, i was told i've to buy sbi life smart wealth builder policy inspite of sufficient amount of money in savings account and deposit accounts. Sbi life policy is mandatory for getting locker facility. As i shall pay locker rent, why sbi life policy is mandatory for getting locker facility.

            Sir, i am a pensioner of defence. Recentlly the pcda allahabad was revised the pension of defence personals as per 7nth cpc. Al the pensioners revised ppo (Corrigendum eppo) are sent to all concerned authorities including pda through net transmission system by pcda allahabad on 10 dec 2018 vide pcda circular no 611.
            Some days before i enquired the pda thiruvananthapuram, they replayed that they have no information about the circular of pcda regarding revision and circular no 611.

                  Dear sir

                  A refund of 949 rupees was successfully processed on 12 november 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                    A saving a/c was opened by me in branch 5389 about 20 years ago in which i got my brother's name added few years back on his request for some purpose. Now, unknowingly, i got it converted into a pension a/c. My pension has been put on hold for six months due to being added my brother's name in the same a/c. I applied for striking down my brother's name from the a/c but despite having my brother's signature, my request has been turned down quoting physical absence of my brother. He never did any transaction in this a/c and due to my sore relation with my brother, he is not willing to physically appear at the branch as demanded by the branch official. I have also requested the branch official to strike down my brother;s name from the same a/c at least for one week so that my pension could be released and after that you may add the same name again and for which i am agree to submit any affidavit

                        I, navneet shukla s/o dharni dhar shukla. My father (65+years old) had deposited a cheque (Cheque no-43208) around 2.5 months before and he has not received his money yet. When he asked about this, he was informed that his cheque has been missed by bank staff. I have a doubt it was done deliberately. Since that date they always said to come either next day/day after tomorrow till now. I must say such an unresponsive staff in sbi bank. It's very difficult for him to come to the bank every now.

                        Everyday when i am trying to get an update from sbi branch manager i am getting same answer (We have already written a latter to the branch head office and let you know.) since two months.

                        I have already reached out to cms online sbi, samadhan app,[protected], sbi branch manager, nodal officer and general manager many times but i am not getting proper response from above.

                        Also i want to tell you that cheque 43208 was issued by gram pradhan for pradhan mantri swachh bharat abhiyan and it is very difficult to reach out again to gram pradhan in order to re-issue the cheque.

                        So can you please take a look on this matter and take any action as soon as possible. I am attaching photo of cheque.

                          A refund of 999 rupees was successfully processed on 6th of january 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my account to my sbi account by now but i have noy recieved the refund till now.

                          I have the called the sbi coustomer service and asked about the detailes by providing the unique transaction reference number (461468) but the coustomer services is saying that no action can be taken from here.
                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

                          Kindly go through the charge dispute email locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund.

Same day i had lodged written complaint to the concern Bank Manager through Bank Email Id but he has not give any acknowledgement on receipt of my complaint.

                                  I have never initiate or authrorized this ACH Mandate towards IndiaIdeas. But today i have received an email from cbssbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in that it says "Mandate Registration-UMRN SBIN[protected] for Rs 15232.00 issued to IndiaIdeas received today.In case of any issues pls contact branch"

                                  Unfortunately, i am not in india and one again i did not initiate or authroize this transaction.

                                  Request you to kindly void/dishonor this registration.

                                    A new ATM card has been issued with out any request with wrong name and wrong address that is Siva alagesan at namakkal Tamil nadu.request for the card has been made by SBI branch code 02185air Force avadi.whereas I have never been to any part of Tamil Nadu
                                    My account is at risk plz investigate and resolve.

                                      Sir had returned my mobile to Amazon, which I had to return money but my money did not come back to Amazon, then he said that your money has been returned to you but no money has come back so far. The money is stopped from your bank. Talk to your customer care.                                         I had submitted my claim for the closure and final payment to me for my mothers account held with state bank of india south extension
                                        Part ii new delhi as i was the nominee
                                        The balance held with the bank was about 270880 and the cheque they made for me was only for 2444 which i did not accept
