State Bank Of India [SBI] — I don't get my refund although myntra initiate my refund successfully and generated the reference number

I returned a product to myntra they initiate my refund on 28 december 2019 and told me to wait for 7-10 days...10 days are completed i call to myntra they said that they initiate my refund on 28 december and transaction is sucessfull and they provide me the reference number regarding this refund the reference number is [protected] but i did not get my refund... Please help me regarding this

I paid online payment to client but they told that the payment not received by them, so please can you refund that amount to my account.. amount already debited from my account, and i think client lies to me that amount was not received by them.. so do the quick action on it my last 5 transition check that

I had recharged my vediocon d2h recharge on 12-12-19. The amount had been deducted from my account but not been appeared in videocon d2h recharge.
