State Bank Of India [SBI] — my payment failed, but my account got deducted

I am holding a bank account of central bank of india. i did online transaction on date 27/02/2018 between 11:00 to 11:30 am for railway recruitment board application form. transaction is done under state bank of india. the transaction got failed but ammount from my account got deducted.
1.attaching failed status of transaction from application form .
2.attaching ammount deducted messege from my bank(central bank of india).
[Mar 02, 2018] State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
