Subject: debit of amount after failed transaction with atm debit card
Sir,
I have been to petrol pump namely srinivas agencies, rajahmundry for filling cng in my car. On using my atm debit card bearing no. (Given full number) 504_241 to make payment, transaction failed. Hence i made cash payment of rs 356/- and took a cash bill. After some time i received a message as amount is debited from my account, but the bill wasn't generated at petrol pump.
Hence i request to kindly revert back the debited amount of rs.356/- to my account. A copy of cash bill is herewith attached for your reference.

Also i called to customer care, but they responded that the data is not updated in their system, and the minimum a working day to look in to matter. But response so far.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
