I am holding salary account in SBI bank, Account no. [protected] (IFSC Code: - SBIN0012965) in your bank for the past 2 years.
I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of Rs.1, 300/- has been debited from my account on 8th Feb 2018 which was wrongly deducted from my main balance account Since I was trying to get the cash from one of the PNB ATM (ATM address - PNB bank Sector 1 Vashi) after that, I had tried calling to your customer care no. but unfortunately it didn’t reached out them, hence I have made complaint through online web portal, complaint no. [protected] registered on 9th Feb 2018 and till that, no one contacted me for any resolution, surprisingly yesterday, I got the below mentioned SMS from bank that your account has been credited the deducted amount, “Your complaint no. with [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as : CUTOMER A/C CREDITED on 15/02/2018”But till the date I didn’t received the money,
