    Sir,
    My name is prashant kumar, and have account in sbi with a/c no. [protected]. At 17/02/2018 want to withdraw amount of 6000 from sbi debit card (No. [protected]) from pnb atm at rajkiya engineering college, atarra, jhansi, but at the time of transaction, it's not successful and told me that "temporary unavailable service". So i again do it but it happen again. But after some time apx. 1 hour transaction occurred from account twice of "amount 6000" which i could not get.
    Please sir tell how this amount of transaction can be refund to my account.

      Not received and transaction is complete. But rs.2500 re fond my account same date. Anther transaction payment not received. So please check it and refund my amount. Please take proper action against and refund it.

        I am not able to open an account with sbi because their software shows that the address on my aadhaar card has : (Colon) and i was asked to correct that. When i went to the aadhaar correcting facility they told me that there's nothing wrong with my aadhaar.in fact i checked many aadhaar cards, my aadhaar card is as it should be. I must open account in the sbi branch adesh university bhatinda to receive my monthly payments.

            Sir on 17th feb, 2018 i have withdrawn 3500 cash from axis bank atm but from my sbi bank account cash is deducted but have not received any cash from atm so please kindly look into this problem of mine as soon as possible.

              I tried to deposit 4000 inr via my debit card into my bank account on saturday
              01:00 pm onwards... From cdm machine at gandhi road main branch...
              After putting money, it went into processing state for longer time and then it said transaction timed out...
              I checked my mini statement if my account has been credited but not...

              Exact time of transaction: 13:30
              Date of transaction: 17 feb 2018

              The number of cdm machine is written on it but it is faded and i clearly not able to see it...

              The branch was closed on saturday due to some technical issue with computers...

              When the money was stuck... It didn't even gave me an error slip...

                I am the account holder of this branch. I visited the branch on[protected] to complete my pass book, but the lady assistant at counter no.3 refused to complete my pass book and told me that system is not working properly but as i saw the systems were working properly and she was doing all the other work of the branch except to complete my pass book. On 17-02-18 i again went to the branch for the same work, but the same lady at same counter again did not complete my pass book. The behaviour of the lady is not satifactionary with the customer. The moto of the lady is only to waste the time of the customer.
                She is not fit for the seat of public dealing.

It's a current account and the balance is 2100 (After the deduction). I want to know why this deduction was made.                   Hi friends, sorry . But this was the fees for SBI debit card annual maintenance . this is 147.50 ( 125 +18% GST) .

                  I have done one payment of 35000, with my sbi Debit card which gets failed.then i register complain but its more then 45 days and money is not refunded yet and your they are saying your complain is under process.

                  if bank rejects the complaint or showing negligence u can directly approach banking ombudsman. there is no charge for filing and resolving customer's complaints
                  Today i receive same message from my mobile. SBI Bank is worst compare to other banks, they deduction money our every transactions (RS25). All govt. banks they cannot ask money, the fraud richest bussiness ( nirav, vijay etc).

                  SBI charges too much...they even deduct some small2 amount per month either it may be for not maintaining minimum balance, sms, transfer, exceed transfer limit.
                  I totall lost about rs 1000 appx annually, it's too much they plan to make a poor more poorer for opening an SBI account.So, I request the government to reduce some of this issues of maintaining a bank account

                    I am an account holder of SBI, Konnagar Branch Jt..A/C. with my spouse and son Chitra Ghosal & Prithish Ghosal. I am staying out of station due to my job and Dr. Card of SBI with me only taken by my name. I regret to inform you that my son went to the said branch at morning today due to failure cash receipt machine of the ATM situated on Criper Road. Cash receiving counter simply denied to accept the cash amount because no debit card has taken by my son's name, so, which was not with my son. Can you tell me why should I handover my DR Card to my son ? This deposit was badly needed for self at outstation. Look into the matter please. Awaiting for your response.

                      विषय फजी प्रमाण प्रस्तुत कर अपनी वास्तविक पहचान छुपाने एवं धोखा धडी के संबंध में. उक्त विषय में लेख है, कि shri badri नारायण सिंह(BAN singh )Bhopal bhel siksha mandal me babu के पद पर २००५ तक कार्यरत् थे, जिनका निधन २३ जनवरी २००५ काे लंबी बीमारी की वजह से हाे गया. उनकी पत्नी का नाम प्राची सिंह है जाे कि ग्राम रिपुरा विकासखंड मीनापुर जिला मुजफफरपुर राज्य बिहार में निवासरत हैं . मंजू सिंह जाे कि भाेपाल में ही निवासरत् थी, के द्वारा जाली दस्तावेज बनाकर अपनी पहचान प्राची सिंह बताया गया तथा स्वर्गीय श्री बदरी नारायण सिंह की मृत्यु पर मिलने वाली राशि अपने खाते में जमा करा ली साथ ही पेंशन भी मंजू सिंह के द्वारा ही उपभोग किया जा रहा है. जिसकी जांच SBI bank के खाता क्रमांक [protected] के दस्तावेज एवं स्वर्गीय श्री बदरी नारायण सिंह के विभागीय दस्तावेज से मिलान कर की जा सकती है. जिसमें मंजू सिंह द्वारा प्राची सिंह की फाेटाे बदलकर अपनी फाेटाे लगाई गई है साथ ही मंजू सिंह द्वारा फर्जी दस्तावेज बनाकर ( aadhar card, pan card) प्राची सिंह के समस्त अधिकार का उपभोग किया जा रहा है.. मंजू सिंह द्वारा फर्जी दस्तावेज के अाधार पर प्राची सिंह बनकर स्वर्गीय श्री बदरी नारायण सिंह की मृत्यु पश्चात मिलने वाले समस्त शासकीय सुविधाओं का लाभ लिया जा रहा है, जो कि कानून का उल्लंघन है जिसकी जांच कराकर वास्तविक प्राची सिंह के अधिकार दिलाने की कृपा करें.

                        My name is prattipati santhisena rao holding account in sbi bank, hal branch in hyderabad.
                        I have applied for a new debit card at the branch as my previous debit card has become useless due to physical wear and tear. But didn't recieve the debit card till now it has been over a year since i have been requesting them frequently for new debit card, they are least bothers to get the job done.
                        Their internet banking services never worked for me
                        Whatever i try to do the website says unable to access please try again later.
                        This is the same case for lost debit/credit card and blocking cards also.
                        I would request to the consumer complaint people to please take necessary actions over sbi.

                          I have made two transactions on 26 jan, 2018 from my rupay debit card of sbi and money was debited from my account but failed to reach e-wallet account.
                          I have also lodged a complaint on sbi on 11 feb, 2018. But no action has been taken till now. It has been almost 3 weeks and i have lost rs. 18000 in a payment gateway that needs to be resolved immediately.

                          I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.
                          It has been more than 15 days but no refund has made to my account till now.

                            Hi sir/madam, i have been charged twice, yearly card renewal fee. But i am using only one debit card since last 3 years and i never received any other debit card. When i went to my branch, manager said they can't do anything as 2nd card was active in my a/c. When i asked her to check when it was delivered to me and also when i have collected the pin from branch. But she simply refused to do anything. Its very disappointing customer service from sbi and they can't charge any one by simply adding new card into someone's a/c.

                            It is totally injustice to charge for something which i never used and never received. Kindly refund (209.50) which was charged for my 2nd debit card.

                              I applied for a irctc sbi platinum card credit card. I went through the process of submitting the documents that were required..

                              In one of the phone calls that i received subsequently, i was told the card is approved but the limit will be known when i receive the card within 2 weeks.

                              After a few days, i followed up on the status. This time, i was informed that my application was rejected since "it could not be processed since it does not meet our policy" and that "it is not a reflection of my credit standing".

                              I've spent time and shared identification and financial information as part of the application process, so i expect that it is fair to be informed about the specific reason for rejection of my application.

                              I'd like to understand the specific reason (S) for the rejection of my application.

                                Since last 18 years the EMI of Housing Loan is being deducted from my Savings Bank Account. From the month of December 2017 the same has been stopped by the bank for reasons not known. As the Housing loan has been taken from IDBI bank, they are now regularly harassing me for making payments and penalties etc for no fault of mine. I do not understand why the ECS for the EMI of Housing Loan is not being honoured by the Bank.
                                I am a very ordinary service class employee and can not afford to pay all these penalties and extra charges and have taken a Housing Loan to have a roof for my family. If the ECS can not be honoured by you then please arrange to takeover the Housing Loan from IDBI Bank and recover my EMIs as per the SBI Interest rates

                                  I Mr. A.Srinivasa Rao, one of the account holder in your branch, have written this letter to you in order to inform you that yesterday(14/02/2018, 20:18 hrs) I withdrawed money(6000/-( from LAKSHMI VILAS BANK GOPALAPATNAM ATM CENTER, but I didn't recieved cash and i found that money got deducted from my account.

                                        not opening my scss account backdated on transfer from post office to sbi

                                        My scss account transfer application from FPO to SBI received in Jan 2018. I was paid interest last on 01 October 2017 by the FPO . SBI unable to open account in their system back dated. RBI Guidelines violated and I am not getting any interest since last quarter. Bank says software does not allow opening of scss account backdated. Kindly help. Their services desk not providing any solution. My hard earned money is lying in suspense. I feel...
