Why its happening again and again plz tell me other wise i will colse my account
I have booked tickets in july and cancelled in nov for which refund reference no. are 85215228324846472516479 and 85215228308843674779211 given by irctc and they claim that refund has been done to card issuing bank but balance not credited in my account.last four digit of my card by which transaction was made 9984.
