State Bank Of India [SBI] — regarding "refund not processed" | |||
Dear sir A refund of 511 rupees was successfully processed on 2 December 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by 12 January, but i have not received the refund till 18 february 2019 . I have called the state bank of india customer service and they told fill the charge back form to nearest branch but this is not possible.I have confirmed with flipkart and phonepe also and they have successfully processed the refund. The Unique transaction reference no is :P1812021430472562586174 and the ARN no :[protected]. kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to phonepe's payment processor to locate the refund.
