In the year 2017, SBI credit card deactivated and Form me complained over mail on 19th Oct 2007 at head.[protected]@ge.com (have record of the same). Time & again in past reached their customer department to make me understand the outstanding showing in their books...which they unable TO. recently 27th Sept'21 have connected with SBI card department and the customer executive categorically mentioned their is nothing showing outstanding in their system (have call recording with me, can share if required). This issue impacting mine CIBIL score recently checked on Policy bazaar website. Just to update, last 12 plus years have CLEAN privilege accounts with HDFC & ICICI bank and 15 years relation with HDFC LTD. would request to please support to clear issue with SBI Card.
