Reference to complaint id 19324 registered on 29/11/2018 and 12/12/2018.
I, jc-593338x subedar naikwadi sanjay kumar vasantrao retired from army, jak li regiment on 31 jul 2018 but since last five months i am not getting service and disability pension, gratuity and commutation till date. Ppo number[protected] and a/c number [protected].
Required documents already delievered to chief manager, sbi, cppc, belapur, navi mumbai vide registered consignment number re[protected]in on 17/12/2018.
Please start my service and disability pension and credit all due amount on account of gratuity and commutation to my bankers forthwith.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had a refund from Amazon of 629 and 315 rs on 24th August 2018.and the reference Id was provided and the refund is still not processed.. i messaged them, lodged a complaint on Cms, even tweeted them, no legal action was taken, i am attaching the details.. i was just bouncing like a ball between amazon and Sbi..

    My account locked.. Mbl not updated.. And passbook not issued atm not applied in branch... Iam faceing this all problems.. But employees are not responding properly... I meet branch manager and staff..4times.
    But they are not responding properly.. Plesae help me... Solve my problems immediately. My mbl no [protected].

      I have an account in sbi bank main branch faridabad. Acc no is [protected]
      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saving transferred to investment intermedi acc no is [protected] and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

        I transacted amount in two ATM centers around 16500 rupees but I am not got money in ATM but amount deducted in my account total 16500 deducted.i have to use my ski ATM card for transaction in KVB and Andra bank ATM in anakapalli, visakhapatnam. My account deducted 16500 rupees but I didn't get money. So please resolve my problem.

          My husband was getting service pension vide ppo no c/gref/16610/2003 through sbi sultanpur sb acct no [protected]. My husband expired on 08 apr 18. My name exist in ppo for grant of family pension. As account of my husband was single hence account was closed. I opened a new in the same bank having account no[protected]. Paper for grant of family pension in my favour have already been forwarded by sbi sultanpur to commence family pension in my favour as per ppo. Cppc allahabad not granted on the ground that account of my husband was closed with debit balance of rs 1, 60, 006.00. Available balance at the time of death of my husband ie rs 27991.00 have already been deducted by cppc at their own. Now they are insisting to deposit remaining balance to start pension. I am old lady having no source of income. From where i can deposit such a huge amount. I approached cppc allahabad through rti to intimate details of debit balance but they have not provided the same. I had also requested to adjust amount from 08 apr 18 ie from the date of death of my husband till nov 18 and adjust balance amount in instalments. But cppc allahabad did not give any response.in view of this, please intervene in the matter and direct cppc allahabad to provide details of debit balance and start family pension.               I (In hyderabad) am supposed to receive a consignment with tracking id: ex[protected]in.
              When i tried to track its status using the above id, it is showing that the post is already delivered to some other place (Puthur bo). Could you please let me know if the parcel is really delivered to the wrong place or its just the tracking website that is showing incorrect status? When will my card be delivered to my address? Let me know the satus of the card.

                    A refund of 270 rupees was successfully processed on 2 jan 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                    kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund

                      I recharged my jio number from sbi rewardz with 100 wrongly choosen my operator as bsnl on 30th december. So i didn't get recharge message but sbi rewardz customer care said we got the confirmation from bsnl so we cant refund and bsnl customer care said we haven't recharged as this number is not in our database. I want my refund but both are saying each other as culprit

                        With due respect and humble submission. I am operating SBI account Account No [protected] since Sept.2012 and due to Job transfer I transferred my account from SBI P.B.B. NOIDA branch but that CIF Code is not been transferred so I am not able to properly operate my account and facing various account related problem . I have sent request to my current SBI Makhupura Ajmer Branch but yet they are unable to do so In view of above, you are requested to transfer my above bank CIF No As an Early date.

                          I am holding irctc sbi credit card bearing number [protected].
                          On 02/11/2018 i have purchased a mobile phone from amazon website
                          For rs.11, 737.45 using this card. I have opted for the flexipay facility
                          Provided by sbi for repaying this amount in 3 months at rs. 3997.56 p. M.
                          From december 2018 to february 2019. At the same time the merchant
                          Also converted this amount into merchant emi for 3 months from
                          December 2018 to february 2019 at rs. 4004.13 p. M. Both these emi
                          Transactions are reflected in the card account statement dated
                          01/02/2018 under the head value added services.

                          In the card account statement dated 01/01/2019, received by me,
                          I find that two emis of rs.3997.56 (Sbi) and rs.4004.13 (Merchant)
                          Have been debited for the same transaction (I. E. Purchase dated
                          02/11/2018 of rs.11, 737.45). I request you to rectify this error and
                          Send me a fresh statement charging me only one emi - either that
                          Of the bank or that of the merchant. If the bank has already paid the
                          Merchant the full amount then there is no need for me to pay the
                          Mercahant emis. On the other hand if the merchant is being paid
                          In emis i do not need to pay the bank.

                          I am not denying the transaction of rs.11.737, 45. It is genuine
                          And i confirm having authorised it. It is only that i am being
                          Charged emis twice for the same transaction. At this rate i will
                          Land up paying twice the amount of what i am actually due.

                            I was holding sbi elite card for a year with card number ending 9722.in october 2018 month, there is annual fees levied for rs 5000 plus gst. I have called customer care in end of october 2018 month to discontinue the card (After paying all dues except annual fees) and reversal of annual fees as i am no longer want to continue with this card. Customer care executive has told that fees will be reverse and card will be closed within 7 days which is 1st week of november. However my card was still not closed and annual fees was also not waived off till date.

                            Again i have received the call in december month for making overdue payment which is due to annual fees. I have again told everything and customer executive said that your card will be closed within a week with waiver of fees. However today again i received call from sbi card to make overdue payment and not they were saying that annual fees can not be waived off. I have no idea this is the height of bad service from sbi card and that too with elite customers.

                            Request you to close the card on immediate basis with reversal of fees.

                              I don't get it, why the hell bank is transfering 295 rs from my account 4 times in a same month without any proper and logical and acceptable reason.
                              I am concerned and aware about the other penalties like minimum amount balance and all that yearly charges but why 295?.

                              For details :i am continuously paying emi per month from that account.
                              Last month there was my father medical emergency and they passed away and i couldn't transfer money on that account, so i got the penalty form that bajaj finance of rs. 450.

                              In current month i transferred the amount still, emi got bounce and the reason was the 4 times deduction of rs 295 from bank which is around 1180 rs.

                                I have used a credit card of sbi on which i have not cleared the dues due to some disputes on the extra charges implements on my emi which i was supposed to pay every month. I actually decided not to pay the amount because they posted huge charges and interest on the emi's. Now the problem is a guy called me and used abusive language and call my father pig abused my mom my family he also called my friend and my friend came to my home, overall it is a complete harassment i would like to share his no as well which is[protected], he also abused my religion and called me pakistani is this the professionalism of so called state bank of india plz check and revert me stop them to call my family and my friends

                                To stop INTER medi and get back my money 295 rs to my account
                                This branch is total disaster for customers.
                                Most of the counters are non-functional.
                                out of 6 working days for every 5 week days pass book printing machine is always under maintenance.

                                  I am writing to you because of the services given by sbi cards...in the month of dec my bill was of 42664 rupees which actually was of 28000 only.. One of the sbi agents made a mistake by not telling me the right details and the same has been accepted by the bank..
                                  I have asked them to reverse any fine charges because i have paid my actual expenses for the month of december..
                                  And just because of agent's mistake i will not pay the extra amount again.. Which i paid on 16dec as directed by agent.. So now i m asking the company to exempt my fine charges. I have talked and mailed them many times but they are not listening..
                                  If the mistake is done by customer then bank charges fine but if their employees make mistake due to which a customer is suffering they are not understanding it. If a person spend money account to his or her capabilities then why because of bank mistake i am forced to pay extra..
                                  I m paying which i spent..
                                  Why i will pay extra twice and bank policy is do rigid that they make customer trouble everytime.. Moreover the case was open and still not closed.. This has become the issue of principles and right and wrong.. I will not pay the extra any how till the bank understands their mistake.

                                  My money is also getting deducting from this company investment intermedi so please refund my money it is deducted today 2 times.

                                  Rs 885 has been debited from my sbi account by 3 times of rs.295...We are not aware of this charges and even dont know what is this charges...Please reverse the charges this time and we will be aware from next time...Please note for 2 debits i have received sms...But 1 debit has not notified by any sms

                                    Dear team,

                                    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really don't have any clue what company is this. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud.
                                    We even reported this to the branch but their behaviour was so ignorant. They were not at all able to resolve the issue.
                                    We earn money with so much hardwork so as to have decent livelihood and unnecessarily the amount is debited which we don't know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are struggling with financial issues. Debiting such amount we cannot afford. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.
