I am having home loan at state bank of hyderabad, icsa egmore branch (Now merged with sbi, egmore) of my home loan a/c no. [protected]. I would like to do registration of my will at sub-registrar office, madhavaram, chennai.

Sub-registrar office, madhavaram seeks original sale deed document for their scanning during the registration of my will. I request with you to kindly send your sbi representative for verifying of my sale deed for registering of my will.

On 23.11.2017, i visited racpc, sbi, egmore, chennai 600 008 and i have requested with chief manager, maintenance at racpc office, sbi, egmore, he advised me that these kind of requests should come from branch office where my loan was availed.

I met mr. Viswanathan, branch manager, sbi, egmore, chennai 600008 and explained the requirements of my sale deed for verifying at sro, madavaram, chennai during my will registration. I sincerely thank mr. Viswanathan who provided the letter immediately to meet agm, racpc, sbi, egmore, chennnai 600008. I have handed over the same letter to cm, maintenance, racpc on 23.11.2017.

Today (24.11.2017), i called mr chowadary – cm, maintenance, racpc, sbi, chennai. He told that the agm is not given permission and denied my request for verifying the sale deed for my will registration.

Kindly note that i have closed two loans bearing account numbers [protected] (Mortgage loan) and[protected]Top up loan).

Being i am a genuine and honest customer (You can track with my cibil score, my earlier loan closed details.) and requesting with customer grievances cell, sbi to consider my request for producing the sale deed documents for verification with depute of your staff to sro, madhavaram, chennai.

Kindly note that i am paying highest home loan rate of interest of 9.55% and trust sbi will consider my request and do the needful for my will registration.

If suppose sbi fails to fulfill my basic request, i have to think over to shift the home loan to some other banks to fulfill my requirements much lower home loan interest comparing to sbi.
