Dear Sir We rented our first floor to one of the SBI officer at Manipal. But later we found the agreement executed in the name of bank is fake ( 20 rupees stamp paper) and they mis used the SBI name for their rental purpose. We are now unable to recover the dues since they there is no legal stand on it. Let me know how we can proceed. Pallavi Maiya

    Hello Sir, I got a call from SBI for Offering credit card with exciting offers at free of cost only in orderly I accepted to proceed then I got a call for a verification, but the verification department has told there is an Annual fee .Actually I don’t want if it’s an annual fee and rejected it in the verification call itself within few seconds Again the same gal called who called me first and told there won’t be any extra charges and no need to pay Annual fee. Since the girl committed and confirmed if there is any issue and you can get in touch with us and quoting the name and the call also tracked anyways for Quality and Monitoring purpose. She assured that You will not have any issues. And there will be a GIFT voucher for Rs.3000/- If you don’t want Gift voucher, the amount can be adjusted and deducted from your total transaction usage and you can reduce that 3000 and pay the remaining only from outstanding due .She said to proceed me in the verification call, accordingly I accepted then start proceeding the card in the final call which is actually fourth call. Details followings: Received the card in Dec 2013.The card details are : [protected] Name of the card :Pavidammal Devi . Below are my Actual Transactions and paid on or before due date itself. 07.01.2014 :Rs .79758/- 07.02.2014:Rs.9014/- 07.03.2014 –NO TRANSACTION 07.04.2014 :Rs .1702 /- I stopped using card since am being charged every month though I have not used the card. From SBI side, Below are unnecessary charges 07.01.2014 –Annual Fee Rs.2999 +370.68 07.02.2014 –TOTAL GST Rs. 393.51 +3183.71 07.03.2014 –FINANCE Charge rs.374.64 07.04.2014 –Fee late Rs.550+101.46+270.87 and along with that disputed amount rs.30000 made at ICICI PRU without my knowledge. I raised a complaint to SBI along with proofs after that only they revered the disputed amount. Every month I keep getting alert to pay the outstanding DUE and more over REALLY Mental harassment.Unable to concentrate on any work due to frequent calls from SBI for an outstanding due. I have stopped using the card and am being charging .I mailed SBI customer care and CEO multiple times but there was no GOOD solution. They have not even looking into the problem instead called me simply and say pay the outstanding due. I suffered a lot with answering them that raised a complaint .they not even bothered keep calling and torturing me. Really unfair and I suffered a lot in mentally due to SBI credit card. I raised it to RBI also since I dint get a positive response. P.S: I did n’t sign the documents actually. They themselves signed due to finish the count during month end. Today I went&met Manager Manikandan at TV. he is also not responding and told me to check with the person whom called you when I asked him to track all calls which is really unfair and which cannot be done by customers side .He is failed to do and not responding properly too.even my sign is not correct which i seen on documents and requested copies to produce wherever I put a complaint but he is not given too. I am using CITI credit card for more than 6 to 7 yrs. It’s a lifetime free card, Even I would like to have lifetime free card only. When there is an Annual fee, Surely I would n’t taken up the card for sure. Kindly do the needful. Thanks Devi [protected].

When I want to transferred some amount in any account the message has been shown that You have NOT PERMISSION to transferred fund contact your branch. but I had go to my branch and submit my application for further. after submission officer told me that now you can use this facility.         I have been trying to contact for past fifteen days but it seems to be impossible. I want my processing fees i.e. Rs.500/- back because I have made purchasing of more than Rs. 2000/- within 60 days of receiving the sbi credit card as per rule. It was a bad nightmare for me to choose sbi. Please contact me.

          My Colleague Mr Amit Chatterjee applied for SBI Home Loan. He together with SBI representative came to me for providing interim period guarantee which was new concept to me. They told that it is guarantee for interim period till the property documents are transferred from current lender to SBI as it was BT case. I was told that this interim period guarantee will not have any CIBIL implication nor does will it reflect in CIBIL nether in the form of enquiry nor under loan category. I visited SBI office & confirm the same fact from HL Manager who also confirm the same fact & took signature in relevant papers. Post the loan was disbursed & original property paper was handed over to Bank, Bank handed over no due certificate to me for my PG which I gave for interim period. I thought the matter was over, but when I requested for online CIBIL report I got shock to see that there was multiple CIBIL enquire appearing for SBI HL & also the loan was reflected in my CIBIL under guarantor capacity. I am unable to understand as to how can a bank to which general public put highest trust can do such blunder/cheating. If your Manager has informed me that by giving interim guarantee my CIBIL will get hit & also the loan will appear in CIBIL than I would never gave the interim guarantee. Further even after I have no due certificate for release form interim guarantee still it is appearing in CIBIL. I put dispute in CIBIL & they are also asking reply from your side but same is still pending from your side. CIBIL dispute no is DIS[protected]. Such type of irresponsible, un-trusted behaviour was never expected from SBI & is not in line with SBI's reputation. I request you to take corrective action by removing my name against the home loan account no[protected] as I have never given PG for entire tenure rather it was for period till original property documents are handed over to SBI from current Bank. Also I can share the copy of letter confirming release of my liability from interim guarantee. Hope my mail is self explanatory. In case of any doubt pls call me in my mobile no [protected].             Sir, I Mr Davendra kumar ex- service men had applied for pension loan on 7th Aug 2014 in SBI branch of AFS Hindon (gzb) but till date no progress has been made and it has not been recommended .whenever I went there and quarried about it answer was same lack of men power One month is not a short duration for recommending pension loan.if it is so then I will be forced to transfer my pension account to some other bank.                 Sir, i have a pension a/c ([protected]) in naval base, visakhapatnam. I got retired fm naval sevice on 31 jul 14 but yet to receive my first pension where as all my mates have received the same. Upon enquiry the reponse from the said branch stunned me. They said that the concern person dealing with pension has gone on leave for a definite period and only hecan adress to my problem after resuming duties, this kind of rude and illogical rreply is very difficult to accept. Please adress to my problem.

                    I have come across a very serious mistake by SBI, Fancy Bazaar Branch, Guwahati yesterday .
                    Few days back I had requested the Branch to provide me with an Internet banking ID . On accessing the same I observed that I was able to access another account of some other person of the same branch. I was having the user ID, password as well as transaction rights of the account with me .
                    And probably my ID password was allotted to the other person.

                    This is a very serious mistake on the part of SBI, because this could lead to huge loss to customer of the bank or the bank itself. The money in the account could be misused. Therefore the banks should apply adequate procedure for allotment of such ID’s as these are very risky documents. Because of such big negligence on the part of the bank many people are suffering huge losses.

                    Therefore we should demand for an Apology from the Branch manager for conducting such a big mistake . Because if we being qualified people will not raise our voice how will the general public do it.

                      I am using SBI's Vishwa yatra card. I am in USA now for my higher studies. I had used the card to purchase Lenovo Laptop online. The transaction failed, but the money ( 649.08$ ) has been deducted from my account. After speaking to Lenovo, they have returned the money to the bank. Their reply: Dear Mr. Dharmesh Sudhir Mithbavkar, thanks for calling us today, the pending transaction on your credit card will not be settle due to the fact Lenovo do not honor international cards, you may use the following information to request the reversal of this pending authorization to your card company; Dharmesh Sudhir Mithbavkar, auth code #002233 for $649.08 on August 12, 2014 We are not going to charge anything to your card, the reference trans number on the subject line is rejected It has been more than 20 days, and I have not received any reply from SBI on this. The 16 digit card number is [protected] Hence, I am escalating this matter to you. Please treat this matter on priority as that money was all I had here. It is difficult to manage in a foreign country. Kindly respond to the mail if any time is needed to check this

                          On 17th August I had tried to withdraw Rs 3000 from ATM CFBA[protected] at IOCL SUURE PETRO KARVE RO, PUNE with txn #5758. (Time of Transaction:11:15PM) However, the transaction was declined due to incorrect pin and I received the message for the same. Thereafter I came to know that Rs 3000 has been deducted from my account. To make sure about this transaction I checked out the entries of this transaction in my passbook; but alas..no such transaction exists regarding the deduction!!! I even tried to contact my SBI branch (Branch Code- 8866)(NTPC Dadri, Vidyut Nagar, Ooncha amirpur, UP)regarding the matter but, they including the concerned branch manager is not cooperating at all; they simply give me numbers of and email addresses to resolve the matter mysel[censored] This behaviour does not seem ethical at all. The SBI carries such an amazing reputation throughout the country but such kind of instances shatters the very goodwill of the bank.                             my complaint is that many your employees have not knowledge of states regional languges.when i go to your branch i want to talk with your employees in my regional languages.they do not know it. its my humble request that you employed that employee who know regional languages. i wish you draw attention in my problem.

                              The branch of S.B.I in Vasai West(Dist.-Thane), Maharashtra is an equivalent to hell, a place of foolish officials who claim themselves to be bankers, where customers are treated very badly.This was the worst experience ever faced by me in the branch of this bank.The scenario goes like this- I went around 2.00pm for getting the transactions printed on the P.P.F a/c passbooks.These accounts were not of this particular branch but assuming that I could get the transactions printed was my fault.The idiotic person who was responsible for printing the passbook was giving me very ABSURD AND IRRELEVANT replies when I requested him to print the passbook.The pathetic treatment didn't end here as the respected lady sitting on the counter no.6 "ORDERED" me to check the counterfoils by myself from the registers when she was requested by me to provide me with the counterfoils.Apart from that, this bank has it's servers down very frequently which wastes customer's essential time.I wonder customer is regarded as the king of the market, but here in STATE BANK OF INDIA the situation is different, the bank officials are ordering the customers to do their work and talking to them as if they are some king and the customers of the bank are merely beggars.I look forward to close my accounts from the WORST bank named- STATE BANK OF INDIA.This is one bank which does not give any importance to it's customers.On top of that, one of my other assumption also failed when I thought that this particular branch is not up to the level, the other branch located in Vasai East seems to be improper in it's operations as here the person responsible for printing the passbooks was not present only and as we know, in S.B.I, the staff doesn't bother, the same condition applied and no one bothered to reply my query.That's all.

                                i deposited a sum of rupees 14, 00000(FOURTEEN LACK) with state bank of india on 16th of june 2014 for ninty days fdr issued to me with 7.5 % per annum with total amt 14, 24, 000. But on 1st of sept when i transffed the fdr amt to my sbi saving a/c only 4000 intt was remitted rest of 20, 000 was deducted as intt. I request you pls let me know according to which section this much amount has been deducted

I have made payment of Rs.6720/- twice on ( August 2014 vide Ref no.                                       Dear Team
                                      Yesterday on 2ndsep 2014 i deposited 9500/= through cash machine in NIRARALA NAGAR LUCKNOW. After deposit Machine didn't accept 2 notes of 500 and rest of amount which was 8500/= neither deposited nor rejected by machine. Again i deposited 1000 then 500 successfully deposited in account and 500 rejected by machine. But my 8500/= still not reversed. This amount is very important to deposit rather i already did complain in written in nirala nagar branch. But no response has come to me. its my humble request to you please reverse the amount of rs. 8500/= by today any how. Other wise I will be come in big trouble. Below is my account details:
