I have apply net banking on 8 aug 2014. i had recieved only my user name . but i did not get any login password for this. i had visit bank three times. but they did not talk to me in good manner and replied me that we can not do any thing you can just wait.they told me that you will get your password via courier. but even after this i did not get any courier. . i am suffering many problem without this net banking. i want to know who is responsible for this.

    Without my presence/knowledge, I have joined with my husband's saving account (as we are separated). I have applied for documents relating to saving account through RTI act and submitted the RTI form. After one month there is no response from their side. Kindly help to resolve this issue.       On 14 July, 2014 Transaction No.31616 Rs10000 was deducted twice from my SBI account automatically when I was doing Rs2000 cash withdrawal on ICICI ATM machine SICW3834in Goregaon(w) but I have not received money & receipt of the transaction

        I have already mailed and also try to approach through the customer care number provided by the bank. But, I have received no response and at the last month automatic machine denied to change the address by speaking try next time again. It wasa done by me multiple times.

          I was opened saving account in feb 2014 applied atm at time of account open, still i didnot get atm card, then i went to bank checked regeisiter the card issued at march some unnone person they simply said, with out passbook verified, please take a corrective action branch manager.

              i have KYC form summited three two four time by hand at own branch sultanpur on 9th aug, 19th aug, 30th aug along with all relevent id proof but my account is write now STOP mode and i have unabling the banking transaction deposit/withdraw.

                  I have applied for a new ATM-cum-Debit card in replacement of old one as against my S.B.A/c. No.[protected] (which I am having with Dondparthi Branch, Visakhapatnam) and submitted the application form on 20th August, 2014. The old ATM-cum-Debit card being spoiled/damaged has been blocked. But till this date, I am not yet received the said ATM card even it is completing near about one month. I have sent 2 to 3 mails to the mail addressed concerned regarding non receipt of card, even then no response from the above concerned. Hence I request to take necessary steps in the issue and arrange to send the ATM-cum-debit card at the earliest.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, This is Rakesh Kumar Saini, having saving account no. [protected] in State Bank of India Green Park Extension New Delhi, withdrew Rs. 10000 from HDFC bank ATM at Chattarpur Road on 19/07/2014 at 7:19 am but it dispensed only Rs. 6800, total 20 notes( 12 notes of Rs. 500 and 8 notes of Rs.100) Transaction record no 4007 as per HDFC ATM receipt. I had counted the money then and there and was very surprised that it was only Rs.6800 and it was captured by CCTV installed in the ATM. Immediately I made a call in the customer care of SBI because ATM card was of SBI, at [protected] and informed about the same and asked the complained number but they did not give and told me that your difference will be credited to your account within 3 working days, I checked my account balance on 16th August and found that there was no balance had been credited to my account then again I registered my complaint on Aug 16, 2014 and got a TICKET NO. AT[protected]. I got a message from SBIPSG that complaint has been attended and closed after resolution as: ATM BANK HAS CONFIRMED THIS TRANSACTION AS SUCCESSFUL. I again complaint and got another Ticket No. AT[protected] again I got the same message that my transaction was successful on September 5, 2014.                       I am 70 years old senior citizen, retired from Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. ( UHBVNL), now residing in Delhi having my bank account with the above mentioned branch . My pension is attached with this account and getting the pension on time since last 9 years without facing any problem. In the month of January 2014, Govt. has announced a hike of 10% in the Dearness Allowance (DA) . I have observed that the effect of this increment was not applied in my pension and, since January 2014, I am getting the pension without increase. On 14th July 2014, 14th August 2014 and then on September 8th 2014, I met the concerned person in branch and apprised him about this fact, he took a written request for the same and assure me that they will look in to this matter and will do the needful. Despite routine follow up and repeated visit of the branch, nothing has been done for this matter. I am a patient of arthritis and cannot walk too much, though no one in the branch is ready to take up this matter. It is shocked and surprised that they are asking me to follow up with some branch in Chandani Chowk, when I asked the specific branch and concerned person name, they were not sue to whom I have to meet, it seems they want to just linger on the issue and trying to avoid the matter concerned. I request you to look in to the matter and direct the concerned person to do the needful, so that I can get the benefit of increased DA/pension. Thanking you,

                        I have availed the educational loan sbi, tnau branch, While availing Etl interest rate was 12.25 now it is 14.25 my ac never become over due, want to know the details of interest rate change .                           I dropped a check with it's withdrawal form, my account number written on it, and also signed on it, into the box of SBI bank situated at Barasat, West Bengal, ( Branch name- Colony More, IFSC code-SBIN0010090, MICR code[protected] yesterday at 11:55am, but still check amount is not added to my account. The check is from Bikash Bhavan.

                            I continually suffering with SBI Credit card, This is a pathetic experience with SBI Card. 1) Customer card are not available any time[protected]invalid no but still showing in SBI card website &[protected]/[protected] is not working mode ) 2) I don't know why I need to pay 499/- yearly charge where I have spend huge amount hole the year. 3) All are other credit card has 300/400 Rs. Late payment fees, where sbi card is 750/-. And also others banks has 3 days grass preiod but don't have. I am not getting any single payment reminder from sbi. 4) I am not a redeem my reward point anywhere, I have visit many blogs and others have same kind of problems. 5) Also some marketing people are called us from sbi and activated some service where has Lot's of hidden traps.

                                Dear Sir I am G.kaniananth I am doing CA practice . I am working in SFA Print Private limited. In our company director's dad died on 07th Aug 2013. The deceased person have Savings A/C with State bank of India (SBI). The claim amount of Rs. 24 lakhs governed by the only legal heirs (V.Ganesh kumar) of deceased person's son. I and my Auditor prepared the documents of DISPOSAL OF ASSETS OF DECEASED CONSTITUENTS for our director. The documents are given to the Authorized person of ACCOUNTS MANAGER SBI sivakasi. But this manger said that '' I HAVE NO TIME or PLEASE COME AFTER TIME ''. HE ALWAYS SPEAKS TO IRRITATE ME AND OUR COMPANY. Please consider above my complaints and I expect your favorable judgement about it.                                       I, Braham Dutt Kakani, retired as Senior TOA(P) from GMTD Ajmer on 16/04/2014. This is to bring to your notice that though I have been receiving pension from SBI main branch, Beawar account no. [protected] vide PPO no. RDOT/8-2/BDK5680/10359 dated 02/07/2014 on regular basis but I have not received any kind of documents related to the Pensioners Portion till date. The documents, as informed, are sent by concerned authorities to your branch which I have not yet received. I also have met the Dealing Assistant several times but did not receive any co-operation or appropriate response. Kindly look into the matter and sort the problem as soon as possible, otherwise I will be forced to opt for lodging complaint in Bank Lokpal, RBI for the same.                                       I got retirement on 31 August 2020 from indian army. My PPO No. Is[protected]. My a/c No is [protected]. Still pension not started. All the necessary formalities are already sone and complete a month ago. I want to communicate with SBI, CPPC, New Delhi. But its not possible and easy. Please resolve the matter at the earliest as 5 months are completed.
