ATM Debit card not received

m a SBI customer nd applied for debit card near about 6 months ago nd they just said that just ask cashier when i approach to cashier he just give me a form and say apply for debit card again and again i applied for debit card with some fee 100 smthng twice...after all that after a month again asked bank manager he just say again ask cashier then again cashier give me aa form i means what the hell was that i need my debit card not these lazy...

I lost almost 35000 /- rupees because of sbi technical defaults

Sir / Ma'am,

I am Mr. Bhabani Sarma from Guwahati Assam . I am also an account holder in SBI .
These days I am in Mumbai . and the thing is that, SBI tortured me a lot . No response from any

CDM Hardware Problem; Cash not deposited

I've deposited Rs. 18500/- (Rs.500 X 37 notes) in Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) at Chatrapur, Odisha Branch on 25th August 2014 at around 2:45pm.
