I have a complain against State Bank of India. I have an Savings Account in chennai(Tri-V-Ka)SBI. It is a saving account when i have to put money on my account i near other sbi branch they charged Rs:50/- rupees. Why the other branch of SBI charged rs:50/-rupees it is too much and very bad servicese.

      Sir, I made transaction from my account no.[protected] SBI, Air force Academy on 23 Jun 14 vide ref No.[protected]IGV9121054 to Tech_AMITYFCOLL of Rs.60000/- but now Amity University is asking transaction ID. So I went to SBI for transaction ID but no response. So kindly intervene to get transaction ID for this transction.

        Dear Sir, There was an offer from SBI credit card that if flexipay booking above Rs. 15, 000 is done between 14th and 22nd of August 2014, the processing fee is not applicable and the annual interest rate is only 9%. As per this offer, I have booked flexipay for Rs.15, 100 on 22.08.2014. But card statement shows that the transaction was made on 23.08.2014. I could not understand this!!!. In the "Track Booked Offers", the date of request was correctly displayed as 22.08.2014 which is within the offer period. Also, the interest rate applied on my flexipay was 9% which is also as per the offer. But 2% FP FEE (Rs. 302) has been charged which is against their offer. I sent an email to [protected]@sbicard.com mentioning all these matters on 25.08.2014. In the reply received on 01.09.2014 it was mentioned that my flexipay booking was made on 23.08.2014 and hence the processing fee cannot be credited to my account. I was really shocked by reading this email. Then how could they grand me 9% interest as mentioned in the offer? This means that I was granted part of the offer !!! I asked the clarification on 01.09.2014 and send a remainder on 07.09.2014 with the attachment of the screen shot of the "Track Booked Offers" which clearly shows the booking for flexipay was made on 22.08.2014. I sent the email to the nodel officer twice and till now I have not received any reply. The processing for Rs. 302 has been reflected in the last credit card bill and I have to pay that amount. I request action on this matter. All the correspondence was under the Interaction Id[protected] FP Fee (provided by SBI Cards).           Dear Sir,

          I am regular user of SBI credit card since 2007.

          In my august statement generated on 20 .08.2014, SBI charged me late payment fees of Rs. 350 and finance charges of Rs.149.

          Due to technical problem in SBI ATM, I was quite unable to transfer amount in my credit card account.

          Thats why I got late for few days, Then too SBI charged me late payment fees and finance charges.

          Kindly instruct SBI to reverse late payment fees and finance charges.

              sir, when i withdraw Rs. 3000/- from the SBI ATM on the date 4/9/2014, time around 8:30 pm, money has been deducted from the main balance but cash didn't delivered from the atm machine. immediately i called to the cust care they told me to wait for 2 days, and money will credited to your account automatically. but till now i didnt get my money. again yesterday i raised a complaint to the cust care.                 i have gone to bank SBI bank INDORA (HIMACHAL) for two times, but always he ask me to go because no light in bank. kindly tell me what is the fault of customer ? secondly if there is no generator or any other facility in bank then why SBI open a small branch in indora.                   I Sunil kumar c having a sb account number[protected] sbi south campus, New Delhi, now I'm residing in kerala and I'm using new mob no [protected]. My old mob no was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transaction a security password msg willbe forwarded to that number.                     Dear Sir, I have taken a Loan (Rs 2, 13, 000.00) on Credit Card : [protected]. At the time of Loan offering they said, The EMI is only 7700 including all Charges.. I asked the customer Care person is there any charges. He clearly said, All Rs.7700. I calculated according to that finally agreed to take a loan. I am sure, He did not say any thing about extra charges about Service taxes. Now I could see there is Service tax charging on my amount. I raised this issue 3 months back. Regards Anil

                      Hello Sir, I got a call from SBI for Offering credit card with exciting offers at free of cost only in orderly I accepted to proceed then I got a call for a verification, but the verification department has told there is an Annual fee .I said I don’t want it if it’s an annual fee and rejected it in the verification call itself within few seconds Again the same gal called who called me first and told there won’t be any extra charges and no need to pay Annual fee. Since the girl committed and confirmed NO ANNUAL FEE and If at all any issue and you can get in touch with us and quoting the name however the call also being tracked anyways for Quality and Monitoring purpose. She assured that .You will not have any issues. And there will be a GIFT voucher for Rs.3000/- If you don’t want Gift voucher, the amount can be adjusted and deducted from your total transaction usage and you can reduce that 3000 and pay the remaining only from outstanding due .She confirmed all then she requested me to proceed me in the verification call, accordingly I accepted then start proceeding the card in the final call only which is actually fourth call. Details followings: Received the card in Dec 2013.The card details are: [protected] Name of the card :Pavidammal Devi . Below are my Actual Transactions and paid on or before due date itself. 07.01.2014 : Rs .79758/- 07.02.2014: Rs.9014/- 07.03.2014 –NO TRANSACTION 07.04.2014 : Rs .1702 /- I stopped using card since am being charged extras every month. From SBI side, below are unnecessary charges 07.01.2014 –Annual Fee Rs.2999 +370.68 07.02.2014 –TOTAL GST Rs. 393.51 +3183.71 07.03.2014 –FINANCE Charge rs.374.64 07.04.2014 –Fee late Rs.550+101.46+270.87 and along with that disputed amount rs.30000 made at ICICI PRU without my knowledge. I raised a complaint to SBI along with proofs after that only they revered the disputed amount. Every month I keep getting alert to pay the outstanding DUE and more over Mental harassment from SBI account dept calls. Unable to concentrate on any work due to frequent calls from SBI for an outstanding due which I have not even used the card. I have stopped using the card and am being charged .I mailed SBI customer care and CEO multiple times but there was no GOOD solution. They have not even looking into the problem instead called me simply and say pay the outstanding due. I really fed up with answering them that raised a complaint already .they not even bothered keep calling and torturing me inspite of finding a solution for the problem that raised. Really unfair and I suffered a lot in mentally due to SBI credit card. I raised it to RBI also . They have checked orally and someone suggested to raise a compliant in forum. P.S: I didn’t sign the documents actually. They themselves signed due to finish the count during month end. Today I went & met Manager Manikandan at TVH Agniti Park. He is also not responding and told me to check with the person whom called you when I asked him to track all calls which is really unfair and which is not possible by customer’s side. He is failed to do and not responding properly too Even my sign is not correct which i verified on documents and requested copies wherever I reqd while registering a complaint but he is not given too. I am using CITI credit card for more than 6 to 7 yrs. It’s a lifetime free card, Even I would like to have lifetime free card only. When there is an Annual fee, surely I would n’t taken up the card for sure. Kindly do the needful and take action against SBI credit card . Thanks Devi [protected].

                        I am posted in our country border, due to requirement, asked my brother to transfer 10K, soon they put charge of Rs50 in my account. This not warned/shown to my brother while transferring. We are serving for country on the other hand bank is sucking our money along with peace of mind.

                          Dear Sir We rented our first floor to one of the SBI officer at Manipal. But later we found the agreement executed in the name of bank is fake ( 20 rupees stamp paper) and they mis used the SBI name for their rental purpose.                                 I have been trying to contact for past fifteen days but it seems to be impossible. I want my processing fees i.e. Rs.500/- back because I have made purchasing of more than Rs. 2000/- within 60 days of receiving the sbi credit card as per rule.                                   My Colleague Mr Amit Chatterjee applied for SBI Home Loan. He together with SBI representative came to me for providing interim period guarantee which was new concept to me. They told that it is guarantee for interim period till the property documents are transferred from current lender to SBI as it was BT case. I was told that this interim period guarantee will not have any CIBIL implication nor does will it reflect in CIBIL nether in the form of enquiry nor under loan category. I visited SBI office & confirm the same fact from HL Manager who also confirm the same fact & took signature in relevant papers. Post the loan was disbursed & original property paper was handed over to Bank, Bank handed over no due certificate to me for my PG which I gave for interim period. I thought the matter was over, but when I requested for online CIBIL report I got shock to see that there was multiple CIBIL enquire appearing for SBI HL & also the loan was reflected in my CIBIL under guarantor capacity. I am unable to understand as to how can a bank to which general public put highest trust can do such blunder/cheating. If your Manager has informed me that by giving interim guarantee my CIBIL will get hit & also the loan will appear in CIBIL than I would never gave the interim guarantee. Further even after I have no due certificate for release form interim guarantee still it is appearing in CIBIL. I put dispute in CIBIL & they are also asking reply from your side but same is still pending from your side. CIBIL dispute no is DIS[protected]. Such type of irresponsible, un-trusted behaviour was never expected from SBI & is not in line with SBI's reputation. I request you to take corrective action by removing my name against the home loan account no[protected] as I have never given PG for entire tenure rather it was for period till original property documents are handed over to SBI from current Bank. Also I can share the copy of letter confirming release of my liability from interim guarantee. Hope my mail is self explanatory. In case of any doubt pls call me in my mobile no [protected].                                     Sir, I Mr Davendra kumar ex- service men had applied for pension loan on 7th Aug 2014 in SBI branch of AFS Hindon (gzb) but till date no progress has been made and it has not been recommended .whenever I went there and quarried about it answer was same lack of men power One month is not a short duration for recommending pension loan.if it is so then I will be forced to transfer my pension account to some other bank. THANKS AND REGARD DAVENDRA KUMAR

                                      This is to inform you that your bank worker always ask for money reagarding opening of A/c, Asking for Statement and usually talk in a rubbish and in a very arrogant attitude which is spoiling your customerso[censored]r bank... So.I ll be highly thankful i[censored] take some strict action towards your staff...otherwise i ll close all my A/c from your bank...and ll shift to other pvt.banks now...
