I've ordered 6items and 1 case is missing in the package.

The package weight seems to be 0.2kg with 5 cases and the tracking slip also shows only 0.2kgs. Tried reaching out to their support team. No response.

Please report them as fraud and need a response soon.

        I ordered two glass back cover for phone Iphone XR (Shading Color Lining Iphone XR Glass Case)and Sumsung A 50 (Shading Color Lining Samsung A50 Glass Case). It was ordered on 30th May. After a month today I recieved something a back cover which is for XR and nothing fot A 50 phone. Also, what I received today I nowhere near to the cover which I ordered. Its a completed scam and fraud. How can it be done to customer.

        Not recieved my product even after a month and also, what I received is totally different and price less. I spend 648 rps and what I got it not worth 100rps.

        Fraud and Big Scam!!! Need my money back.

            I order customised photo frame for anniversary on 13th june with order number 2639136. Today i received my parcel with wrong product. I am attaching the order receipt and the image of the wrong product which i received today. Please either replace my product or refund my money back.

                I had ordered a back cover of honour 7A and I ordered my mobile cover at 1:30 am ...i dropped a cancellation mail at 2:50 am pm at their email i'd which is mentioned in their cacnellation policy
                I. E. [protected]@stayclassy.in but now they saying that now the it is more than 4 hours from the ordered time so the product can not cancelled.

                    I have placed a order in stayclassy on june 6th 2020, items are redmi a3 customised phone case and inpods 12 but received only phone case and didn't get my inpods worth 500/- out of total 668/-. I want my money back as it is not received..!! And here is the video proof that i received only 1 item out of 2.

                        I had placed an order for a glass phone case on June 14, 2020 and there is no response from the team.
                        I received tracking details on June 22, 2020. However, the item has never been picked up yet. Everyday the status says "Delayed, not picked up yet" and the expected date of delivery keeps increasing.
                        Right now, it stands as July 7, 2020.

                        Kindly escalate to find out when the product would be picked and delivered.

                                Had ordered 2 glass cases worth rs 598/- for my samsung galaxy m30s on 16th june 2020.
                                The payment was confirmed and i got an order-id[protected]. Till now i have not received any further updates and when i track my order, it is still under processing. So i wrote a mail to [protected]@stayclassy.in for cancelling my order and to refund the amount. But no reply from their side. Very poor customer service and i believe that they are fraudulent. I came to know about their site through social media.
