I ordered one back cover for mobile from this site on 16 Jun 20 and till now I haven't received my order yet.
The number and email mention in their site for inquiry is invalid.
The amount is already debited from my account and when I want to track my order it shows that your order is invalid.

the main issue was your payment was not capture because of some technical issues now it’s captured.
This entire process will take up to 7-9 working days. You will get notification when its ship.

I don't know how I landed up in this scam!! You guys are running a fake website. Shame on you!!

I ordered rakhi from this website on 15 July, 2020 but didn't get the delivery yet. Also, email sent to support mail is nit delivered, customer care number doesn't exist.

Rakshabandhan is nearing and am not even sure that it will get delivered. I feel so bad.

    I ordered Rakhi with Order No - on 20July 2020 ..Even After deduction of payment and formalities of site I m unable to track my order ..There is no mail or information regarding my order..Can you get me rid out of this or I should Complaint against your site in 420 case...

      Have ordered a back cover on 15th january 2020 and the order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid 199 through paytm. This site is a fraud one. I want my money back. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people. Please assist. My order no. Is 2763213

        This website sucks. You are a fraud. I ordered a customised samsung galaxy a51 back cover, but there ain't ny updates regarding this. Also cod is not available.. I paid rs. 219 for the product. They aren't attending the calls either. Stupid people. So much carelessness. Better refund or send the product.
        Folks. Please do not order any thing from this site.

          I have ordered 2 mobile covers from stayclassy.in order number is 2652484 on 17th jun 2020, after 20 day's, i received only one cover. Then i had tried to connect with their customer care, sent several emails to them but i didn't get reply yet.
          Their support number never get connected it is always busy.

          How i can get my money back now. I am very frustrated now.

                        I ordered two case covers from stayclassy on 1st july and was suppose to receive it by 12th of july. Order id: order id:[protected]_0107 and awb no.:[protected]. Customer care number is either busy or switched off. Stayclassy website shows the item is out for delivery but when i contacted the courier company they responded by saying the product is not handed over by merchant end. This is beyond horrible. Out rightly lying to customers on the website. Please refund my money back. Im attaching the correspondence of order placed and paid for and the email i received from the courier company.

                          With due respect, this letter has been written to inform you that I have placed an order through your website 1/2 weeks ago. I have also paid the amount through credit card but still, I have got no response from your end. I know it is due to Corona virus pandemic, I have called several times on your company’s number but I have got no response. What kind of service are you providing to the customers? I am waiting for my goods from the last 1/2 weeks. This sort o[censored]nprofessional behavior can result in losing your customers.

                                It's been 5 days since i placed my order but it's not even shipped yet. They gave only false promise everytime that your order will be shipped in 24 hrs. But every time line has been passed. They are taking it very lightly. One of my known person who placed the order on the same day, his order shipped from the very next day but mine order is stuck there from five days. Their customer support is not all professional, neither they care about their customer. I am fed up of their pathetic customer service.
