I have ordered 3 phone covers on a website named stayclassy. I have made a payment of Rs-547 online for my orders because no cash on delivery option was available. Whenever I track my order it shows 'your order is processing'. I have made replacement of product but no update from the site recieved.order showing same product on the order.it is not showing replaced product .There customer care number is switched off. There email address is not valid .no response of customer support.How could I know the status of my order or else how could I get my refund?

      Order ID[protected]_0202 placed on 2nd February 2021, but no update till now. Amount of Rs1748/- also paid. Please help me deal with the fraud. An Ekart Tracking ID came, ID- SRTP[protected], but it shows that shipment is cancelled.

          Stayclassy.in consists of some unprofessional people, who even don't bother to take actions seriously. I have placed an order of two popcases for Oppo A9 and Oppo A52 on 24th January, they even shared a tracking ID, and has promised to deliver by 4th February. But on it didn't reach by 4th and as well as it got rejected for God knows why. I contacted their customer care, they told me, there was some technical problem and I would get my order within next 3-4 days. But as usual, I didn't get it and again I contacted them on 8th February, and again they are telling me that I will get within next 5-7 days!! I don't know when I will get that!!

              I have ordered Moon Galaxy PopCase Redmi note 9 Pro from this website but this product does not fit in my phone. Dimensions are not accurate.I want to return this product. I have mailed them many times but they are not responding and also i have contacted them through Facebook and Instagram but they are not responding at all. The product is usless now for me.

                I ordered a phone cover on 1st January 2021...and paid 216Rs for it...I received message saying my order will be delivered today...and another message saying my order is delivered but I didn't get any product...customer care number is switched off...can u pls send the order again...or just cancel my order and refund the amount

                    Stayclassy.in is the worst site as it is playing fraud. I ordered one redmi note 7 pro cover and a white t shirt worth rs 348+50 by gpay but what I got is only a mail from [protected]@ccavenue.com giving strange type details. When I am using my email and order # to track my order then site is saying that there is no order.Moreover, contact no is always off and its mail id doesn't exist.I am going to take every possible action to shut down this fraud site as it is cheating many people. I had taken an oath to myself to stop this fake site.

                      Its very bad service I have ordered on 9/12/20 and its 17/12/20 and I have not received my order everyday when I track my order it delays it too poor service I will never order again I will give 0/10 😔😔😔bad response of company never buy from this

                        I had ordered a customised back cover for my phone on 30th November Order no.3390454..i am yet to receive the order and havenit even received any updates till now..just got a msg that my product is on its way..There are no contact nos.where I can communicate with anyone...

                          Hello,
                          I placed order for a phone cover and watch on 21st November and paid for the order online itself for ₹478.00. From that day onwards the status of the order is same and they are neither shipping nor responding to the emails i sent to their contact id: [protected]@stayclassy.in. I also tried calling them but the no is switched off or no one picks up. I sent an email to even cancel and refund the amount. However i received no response. Attaching order receipt and emails i have already marked to the company.

                                Its been more than 15 days since I have placed the order. I am not able to track my order. On tracking delivery it is showing cancelled by seller. Your customer support team is pathetic. They are not responding to any of my queries. Order ID 3144028.
