    Hello stayclassy
    I have experienced one of the horrible experience from your site
    Firstly I have ordered golden line pop up case for redmi note 9 pro of 199/-
    But you people have given me normal ordinary case of 99/-
    Though the delivery was so late due to covid we can understand but you people cannot do such horrible things right
    With lots of hope and faith i have ordered from your site
    This is what happened with me
    I have already tried to give an email
    But it was too complicated
    It says your ticket has been closed
    Please create new ticket
    Ridiculous
    Please
    Either refund my money back
    Or exchange with my original case

      I ordered Redmi 5A whose order no. Is 3119076 on 31st October and it shows on my email and yesterday on 8th November it shows delivered but I didn't get it...how is it possible I want it anyhow tomorrow.Plzz resolve this problem as soon as possible.

        I have placed an order for back cover of Oppo A9 2020 on 24th October.
        It has been 16 days for my order but still my order was not yet delivered.
        That tooo I did online payment for it.
        Iam irritated by your customer service 😡😤😡😡 and fed up with you.🤬🤬.
        If you can deliver it then deliver it faster otherwise I will give very bad ratings for your website and suggest everyone not to buy your products which are fraud 😡😡😡🤬

              On 7 jan. Ordered a phone cover from stayclassy.in and made a payment of rs. 398. Nd got payment receipt nd conformation email.

                    Sir, i ordered mobile covers from the website on 5th Oct and since that day itself only one confirmation email has arrived. Tried to track my shipment but the website shows error. Tried to mail the company but the email is not working. Even the number provided is always kept on busy mode and no reply from anywhere has arrived. Very much tensed as whom and where to go as to get in touch for my shipment. And it's been more than 5 days now and no further information on my order.

                            I payed for a phone cover but I have not recorded the product. I ordered it on August 15 th 2020. The customer service has not replied to my emails requesting to update the status.
                            This site should definitely be banned from social sites. It’s a fraudulent site I think. The tracking number also does not give any information.

                              Hi... I ordered one phone case from stayclassy.in website yesterday.
                              I did online payment for the product and also got confirmation email stating payment for stayclassy.in was successful. But in the my order section its showing payment status as "pending payment". Why is it showing so?

                                I have ordered 2 mobile cover under order no 2849411_20080640 dated 7/8/2020 for amount Rs. 349.
                                I was not satisfied with the quality of the print and right fit, hence I called for replacement or refund. However the company asked me to submit the query on their FB page. The FB page asked me if they can refund half the amount to which I inquired why not full or take the product back. But post that no communication had happened.

                                I believe my phone number is also blocked post my 2 conversations in customer care as I am not able to connect back overcall. There is no response to email, call or FB messenger. I need my money back.
