    I have ordered a mobile cover case. And its been showing the delivery date of 5-9 business days and now its been more than 2 weeks and my order hasn't been delivered yet. Their customer care number is also not working. How can they provide the unreachable number. They are totally fraudulent. Return my money back.

          I ordered one xiaomi 5 back cover for a total of rs 200 (Including delivery charge) on 27th may, 2020. I received a confirmation email and a message in my phone but since then whenever i put my order number and mail id in the live tracking site it shows "order number and email od somoy match". It has been 6 days.
          I cannot call either of the complaint phone numbers they are always busy. I have already paid for my product. How do i get my money back?

              I have purchased the custom combo watches and paid online but after that they shows wrong order i'd and email address and even not responding of the queries through help and support desk of zoho.. Very bad experience.. They are just making fool to customers..👿👿👿

                I have ordered one plus 7 pro mobile case of 300 INR, three days back and I didn't receive any update from the website, I unable to send them a mail either, as they blocked messages from customers.Is this a fake account? Pls respond and update me about shippment details, my order no.is #2594499_20052946.

                If you are not able to deliver the case, either refund the amount as soon as possible. Atleast provide me with the info that order has been dispatched and I have provided a SS of the transaction and CCAvenue reference id with it.

                    I order 3 cases from stayclassy.in website on 26 may 2020. After 3 days i. E 29 may 2020 i got a mail saying that only one of the product is ready and about to get dispatched, other 2 cases which are glass cases for samsung m31 and oneplus 7t is still not dispatched. I have tried to contact them using social media got no response, tried calling there number its incoming is closed. Have mailed them twice still no response. Can you please tell me when my complete order will dispatch. My order numbers is 2587594 and i have paid the amount online using ccavenue.

                    Updated by prikshitt                     I have received one of the cases i.e Lenovo k5 note bute the other two glass cases are still not dispatched. I got a mail from ship rocket saying that my order has been packed since 3 June but it's still not dispatched don't know why it's taking them so long to deliver my product

                                Hello there

                                I had placed an order through stayclassy website for a smartphone case last week.
                                I still haven’t received my tracking details.
                                When i try to contact them their phones are temporarily down it seems.
                                In their website they say that upon writing a mail they will reply back within 24 hours but i still haven’t heard back from them.

                                I am fed up with this # and all i need is a refund.

                                  I have placed an order on may 25, for 2 cases from stay classy.in. I have got confirmation on email but when i logged into website in the order section. It shows you have no order.

                                  I'm trying to contact their helpline number, but it states incoming has been restricted. Moreover, somehow the emails i sent to their email id are undeliverable.

                                  What kind of website is this? Are they fraud? I have already paid for my mobile cases and i'm worried now

                                    I had placed an order from your site on 23rd may 2020 for 2 oppo phone covers and i have still not received an email or notification about its progress. My order no is 2579008. Whenever i try to track my order, it either says 'processing' or 'order id can't be found'.
                                    If you're not willing to dispatch the order, i need an immediate refund of rs. 348 or else i'll raise a complaint against your site to the police or the cyber cell.
