Dear Sir / Madam,

Following quoted paragraph is the desperate attempt to shake the Su-Kam (inverter) management to wake up and do something to help me in coming out of the current suffering due to their insensitive & ineffiecient after sales services.

"My complaint no. is [protected] for the captioned case which has been registered on 17/04/09. However, my sad 'saga' has been continuing since March, 2009, when after 2 months’ o[censored]n-official follow-up with your dealer (Arcee Electronics) in Nerul, Navi Mumbai we didn’t get any support from your company and hence, subsequently lodged an official complaint with the dealer towards end of March, 2009. After a lot of suffering at our end while logically trying to explain your technical person/s (or so called engineers) that the problem lies with the quality of battery (which they agreed against proof finally) provided to me and nothing else, till date I have not got the replacement yet. Most painful thing is every time we called up Mr. Thomas at[protected] he requests for only 2 days and never bothers to deliver on his commitments. During my previous conversation on 2nd May with Mr. Thomas, he had promised me that the replacement would be sent latest by Tuesday, i.e. 5th May, 2009, unfortunately there is neither any sign of the replacement nor a courtesy call. Moreover, during my discussions with Mr. Thomas on 2nd May, 2009, I had informed that my family would be going out of the town for at least a month hence, we need the replacement by Tuesday. Considering that the warranty period is till 26th May, 2009, I assume it's a trick being played by your company in such a way that you can avoid the REPLACEMENT OF THE INFERIOR BATTERY supplied by you to us along with the inverter (which you claim in advertisements as your USP) free within the warranty period. As the replacement of the inferior battery is still eluding us and our pleas are not being heard by your responsible authority, we may not have any other option than to approach the right authorities / medium to get our voice/s heard."

There is no guarantee that even the replaced battery would function properly after some time. I had got the replacement but the battery went on good till 12-15 months only and then its backup capacity drained drastically.

Further, all the complaints/mails in this regard are falling on deaf ears. What to do... this is how it is. Better stay away from Su-Kam products.

    Dear Sir,
    This is to bring into your notice that on 16/05/08 we have purchased two set of invertor & battery from M/s Systems & Softwares of 27A Metcafe Street Kol-13
    In the name of SARDA UDYOG 2, CANAL EAST ROAD KOL 67.& SHREE BHARAT DAL MILLS 2, CANAL EAST ROAD KOL 67.
    But within few days of installation the invertor or Battery starts giving problem and the batteries get exausted in 15min - 30 min.
    After repeated complaint the batteries got replaced on dated 28/08/08.
    Bur the problem didnt solved and the problem started again and after repeated complaint the batteries got 2nd replaced on dated 20/10/08
    But the problem still arises as soon as the winter season got over, the battery again started its old problem.
    Again we made a complain on 07/03/09 vide complaint no 03/277 & 03/278.
    On 16/03/09 one of officer named R Haldar visited the office and issued the field service report vide no 42087 & 42086 and assured us for the replacement within 7 days of the issue of the service report, And on that date also you assured us for a quick response and extention of warranty for further six months from the date of replacement.But till now nothing has been done.
    And when i tried to call your customer care no positive response was given from your side
    From today morning i.e.. 4th April'09 I tried to call your customer care but of no response than at 3.30pm we talked to you and you assured us that the battery will be replaced by wednesday and the extention warranty will be provided by your Company
    Please do the needfull



    This is the abstract of the last letter i have wrote to Service centre Su-Kam
    But even now its over 7 days has passed but no one from the service center is willing to talk in this matter and they are always saying that very soon the replacement will be done
    So what should i do

      SIR,
      I purchased Su - Kam invertor n battery of model UPS-LB(800vA), serial no-BOCL[protected] from Dhruv electronics located at WZ-246A, Block A, Uttam nagar, New Delhi.my customer ID-168591, CP-12225.I jst got my AMC done for a period of 3 yrs starting from the 9/2/2008 to 8/2/2011 from the Su- Kam person from the call center told me that they will solve all the problems related to the invertor and the battery bt now when the problem arises with my invertor's battery they just said that they are not going to do anything for the battery and we have to purchase a new battery.Even the person of the service station was rude in his behaviour.He was not knowing how to behave with the customer.so i am not happy and satisfied with your company services.i want to cancel my AMC of 3 year and want my money back so you just deduct the amount of 1yr from that and gave my balance amount back to me.

      Su - Kam — Battery Blast

      I had purchased one invertor with battery ( both SU - KAM) of your company last April (2007), This year April 2008 the battery blasted causing a huge commotion with a acid like liquid substance flowing out of it which helped in decolouring my wall tiles, when contacted the dealer, he directed the company service engineer for inspection(held in May). Later there were follow ups and calls made to multiple people which all went in vein. Today when contacted the same service engineer he claims that a battery blast is not covered in the warranty. He refuses to povide any details of his higherups neither are their email ids mentioned on site correct.

        dear sir/ madam,
        for long time since this January I have been getting problems of very low time backup by the Su-kam inverter. the customer service back up at dehradun was changed location and personnel and is maintained at very low scale. company, s engineer visited on 12/02/08 and made a field service report no 62048 which states that set is ok but battery is weak and he informed us that battery needs replacement. as battery is under warranty for two years and warranty is still on, he informed that he will take up the matter with company. i also lodged a comlaint wth national cutomer care executive vide no.[protected]. the sl no of battery is SMF - X6 E 05342 and date of purchase and ensuing two yarwarrenty is 08/04/2007.
        but even afer several calls and reminders over phone and 3 emails there is no remedial action as due from Su-Kam.

          i had purchased sukam invertor (850) fulkon-i, battery, ups of yours company but i am sorry sir that your company is not fulfill the stanards that i hoped .
          and your customer service ceneter employs such as Mr mathur, Mr Sanjay kaushik that not attends the complaints of your customer that make a bad empressions of your company i had lodged complaint regardings to my invertor, battery, ups form last 1 year but till now my complaints is not attended .
          My latest complaint is lodged on 5th march . And Mr Sanjay Kaushik the represenative of complaint attender that they will send to person to solve my problem on 7th march 09 but they not come &Mr Mathur who comes to kalka region as per his job concern but he always cuts the customer phones when they calls to attend their problem after they lodged complaints.
          sir at last i hoped that u will attend to my complaints as soon u receive it

            By going the brand name of SU-KAM. we have purchased two inverter from your estimed company. But now we are facing a lot of problem regarding service and repair. one of our inverter is in warranty and other is out of warranty. Accindently both goes defective at same times. so we have called your dear "JANGRA BATTERY HOUSE" for repair, but nobody came after so many calls. Then we have detached and given it to JANGRA BATTERY HOUSE he said that you have mishandled. you can imaging what will happened at work place when both goes defective. Till now we have not received (Six days passed) our inverter repaired. One was given after repaired but that further goes defective within few hours. Again we are making call nobody comes. How does a inverter goes mishandled means when you are not coming we are delivering it for repair. Is this is mishandling or what? At least you should provide stand by inverter in warranty period. Please look in to this matter and solve our problem. Don't tourcher a customer upto such a extent.

              I have a Su-Kam inverter which is giving problem since October 2008.it is in warranty period.But when i am complaining to the authorised service centre for the problem, they dont provide a perfect solution.One month earlier, there people told that the transformer is blown out.But till now my inverter is out of order.

              hp mp3 player — not working properly

              i have an hp mp3 player having serial no.AAP01AP[protected] is not working properly. The songs are being transferred fro my lappy to the player,but the song is not being played. Both the red n blue lights are flashing simultaneously.

              Plz do something about this as soon as possible because it's already been 4 months the problem has occured.

              My inverter was working perfectly for 8 months. However recently it does not charged fully before cutting off and it now last only 10 min after the 'fake' full charge.
              The complaint has been attended and the transformer changed. Customer are requested to call up our customer care cell[protected] rather than complaining here and there. The delay in this case happened because the complaint was not made with company's call centre.
              Consumers are requested to contact our complaint cell @[protected] or write to [protected]@su-kam.com. We can resolve the complaint only when they have been registered. Thanks.
              How can I get a good inverter here in Nigeria

              Customers must complain with complain cell giving some details of the problems they face and note reference number. The sevice centre ensure proper sevice with 2 hours in city and 6 hours in ruralareas.Failing company is liable to comensate for direct damages suffered.
              Su-kam is the Best industry in inverter Segment. They Can Resolve the Complaints within 6 hrs or the same Day when we log the complaint. The Problem is that People not Register their complaint on Custmer Care. Services is Provided By the Company not by Dealer. So Complaint on Customer Care- [protected].

              SU-KAM — Product not working properly

              Hello,

              I purchased a Su-Kam Home UPS on 15/Jan/2009, from Ritwik Enterprises (D-213, Krishana Park, Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi - 110062), and ever since then I've had nothing but problems. The product does not function properly, it restarts automatically, making a loud wierd noise, in between, & the computer looses power as well. Despite of amy formal comlaints to the support line, with the ( complaint no : [protected]), there's no fruitfull result. The support agents make a false promise every time. I even had to take a day off from work, to stay back at home & wait for the technician, which he never turned up.
              I've got the origianl proof of purchase, please help.

              You are hereby inform that I have purchased an inverter before 6 months from the dealer/agent "Akash Deep" of Doboka, Dist. Nagaon, Assam but the said inverter is not serving properly due to some technical problem. I have informed several time to the authorised dealer but he have not take any response. Within the period of 6 months near about 3 months only I have run with problem and another 3 months it was kept into the custody of your service centre. The repair it 3 times but not a single time it was serve properly.The un-interrupted power supply has been disabled thats why I am facing various trouble with my computer.               I am sick of the services of the Sukam inverter, and the executives of this company are the hell.I registered my complain on last monday, and call center guy gave me a complain number i.e.[protected] and said that some one will come to your home within 48 hours! but no one came i called on mobile no.[protected] (Noida incharge cause its an noida complaint) he said some one will come but no one came yesterday also.When again today i called he said its Sunday today so no one will come today also.
              Now we use to have power cut for full day and sometimes full night also, it has been one week when i registered my complain but see your services, , , , , , really very poor!!!

              Your call centre guys should not say that it will take 48 hours they should say "JAB HAMARA MAN HOGA TAB HAM BHAJENGE"

              WIth due regret I would like to inform you that my Sukam Inverter of 2.5 KW is out of order from 2 months.

              It has a problem with the LCD screen which was replaced and after that also the problem was not resolved and there was still some problem pertaining with the product. I have paid all the charges for the product and the service and also the advance for LCD screen at your service station. Still there is no interest from your end and it has been months that i have paid the advance amount.

              It is a matter of shame on a company of such high reputation to treat the consumer in this manner in regard to the service of the product.

              I hope there would be a strict action taken from your end and at the earliest.

              Sukam - Inverter, the Matrix version, was purchase last year it konked of within 6 months, i.e within the warranty period, ...on complaining to the dealer, ..he never came within the warranty period...after repeated requests his majesty arrives after the end of the warranty period...and demands 15000 to change the batteries...are you kidding..!!he has to be joking, first he does not come in time, and secondly his demands are rather exhorbitant, , , finally another technician arrives, he comes up with an entirely new problem. ...and after that never shows up...till trying to revive the inverter...it is dead, ...and has no value for money...Rating for Sukam inverters...Poor, Sales service ...Pathetic...now I prefer the candle lights

IT HAD A PROBLEM ABOUT 1 YEAR FOR WHICH I CONTACTED MR SACHIN BAFNA ([protected]) ONE OF A DEALERS FOR SUKAM AT MY PLACE. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 10 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE GIVEN THE UNIT FOR REPAIR.               Sukam service cenmtre never attends a complaint before 5 days. I had lodged my complaint on May 24, 2011. They say they maximum time to serve you will be 3 days. Everyday they say your inverter will be attended today but to no avail. Then i took local no. of the service centre, they told me that they have been forwarded the complaint by the main centre only on 26th therefore, they need three more days to send a executive. God knows when will their three days end.Can anyone tell what's the use of taking a branded product which doesnot provide service ever on time??? everytime there's a problem they take 5-7 days to serve it.

              So anyone who is thinking of buying a sukam inverter should think twice before buying it.

              We have a Su-Kam inverter which is giving problem since may 2012.it is out of warranty period.But when i am complaining to the authorised service centre for the problem, they provide service after 5 days and take the cpu machine to service center for repair after 5day they came and say repair is complete, and take RS 2600/- for spare & service charge.But the problem is same, we call him arroud 50 time over mobile phone but no response taken by him. this is LG Electronics Area Office, Berhampur, Ganjam, Odisha.

                I had purchased a Sonik - 600 VA Digital Home UPS with 135 AH sealed maintenance free battery in 2007. The warranty for the same is 2 years.

                Within a year the battery has worn out and after repeated phone calls, reminders, faxes the company has not replaced the battery nor have they reverted to my complaint no. 157202. It's been over 4 months now since I first complained about this.

                I have even sent a fax informing that I will be filing a consumer case against them to which also there's been no response.

                Please do not buy any product from this company.

                I have bought Sukam battery (Model No.- HA 165C Serial No.- G 0206090) and invertor on 17/04/2007. The battery warranty is for 18 months. The battery stopped working on 25/08/2008. We tried calling all the complaint no. available to us but no one answered. Finally the dealer gave us a contact number and we lodged the complaint on 16/10/2008, one day before the warranty expired. Even though the complaint was lodged before the warranty expired they havent given us a replacement. Their technicians have accepted the fact that their batteries are of very poor quality and that many consumers in Mumbai are facing similar problems. I would want to bring to notice the rude and arrogant mannerism of Mr. Thomas, one of their Manager. I am considering moving to the consumer court regarding the same.

                  I bought a Su - Kam inverter from Unique trading co. in Noida on 1st April 2007.
                  I had been having problems with the machine from day 1, like low back up, battery water drying up in almost a week, frequent issue with the fuse etc. Till date I've called up there service centre atleast 15 times to report different issues.
                  On 24th August'08 I caled them again to report my problem for which the engineer came on 25th and told me that this battery is dead and need to be changed.
                  The battery is under warranty for 18 months from the date of purchase, however their service incharge for Noida and Gaziabad has told me that this battery cannot be replaced because the date of manufacturing for the battery is September'06 and there is some hidden clause about warranty which only the dealer is aware of, which surely is not my fault.

                  Till date I've made atleast 75+ calls to various senior people in Sukam's Gurgaon office, but nobody is able to resolve this problem. As a customer I am feeling cheated and neglected.
                  The current power situation in Noida has added to my woes and the situation is so bad that every day I have to spend atleast 3-4 hours in my car to calm my 2 year old son who is just not able to tolerate the heat.
                  Overall its a bad product and the service is pathetic.

                  Yes you are right, sukam is a very iresponsible company and i am facing a poor service on a lousy product complaint no 3406, no responce since 23/07/08, only evasive replys.

                  Su - Kam inverters — Poor Service

                  We purchase Su- Kam invertor in april'07. It started creaing problem in oct'07, people from the service center came and correct it then after few hours card inside the invertor burnt out. service center people took the invertor with them and returned it after 1month, apparantely problem stil persists. We again call them they picked the inverter again and now its arnd 1.5 months they are not giving any positive reply. every time when we call them they keep on forwarding the call or give some different numbers of different persons. None of the senior authority is ready to talk on this issue.
                  I Totally agree, i have bought su-kam inverter 2 days back and now its not functioning properly, even when the power is there it is not passing the current to the lines. And when the power goes down it shows low battery and shut down. So I am facing constant power cut, even when there is power by the UP electricity board, because of this pathetic product of this low grade company.

                  Now i have removed that inverter so that i can enjoy the power supply at least for the 14-20 hrs a day, I request all of you to not buy any product of this company.

                    I am Sandeep kumar Mishra, I had purchase Su-Kam invertor along with Su- kam battery 4 yrs ago(approx),

                    The battery which comes along with Su-kam invertor really gave very good service, It serve around 3yrs and

                    the time I had exchange it with a new Su-Kam mainteinance free battery it was capable of taking load of a 1 fan

                    and 1 tubelight for 45 mins approx.

                    The new Su-Kam Battery cost me Rs10500 and I had been informed that it comes with 2yr warranty

                    I had purchase the new battery on 9-4-2010 and now the battery is not able to run a fan for 1 hr.

                    When i register a complain I got the complain no. L/08/H/01/751

                    A person came , he checks and tol me that their is issue with the battery and we need to buy a new one.

                    When we told that it covers 2 yrs warranty then he told that it comes with 15 months free replacement warranty.

                    It is not possible for me to buy a new battery every year. Battery is just crossed 15 months and I request you to please

                    do a free replacement.

                      The Battery of my inverter was not being charged so I filed a complaint with Su -Kam service centre on 5.07.08 The complaint No. is 157387. On 08..07.08 the engineer visited and he give a report that battery will be changed by the Company as it is in the warranty period.He also told that the Battery will be changed within 3 days or so after waiting 4-5 days I contacted the customer center again and they assured that Battery will be replaced next day. I am contacting daily Officer of Su-Kam, Office at Ghaziabad, Sarvice centre on Phone and they are assuring for replacvement of Battery on the same day but nothing is done.Kindly help me to get the Battery replaced.

                        NEVER BUY SUKAM FUSION PRODUCT.

                        I bought a 2.5kva fusion product a year back Apr 2009. In less than 12 months I ha d battery problem. Given their pathetic service they took 6 days to replace it.

                        Then in a month, the inverter started making a huge noise. Service person saw it and said that it was from the board. If the board was not replaced in 10 days the UPS would go. Nevertheless they had no stock. (Ha Ha Ha). They came after 20 days to replace. In between I noticed that it was not giving complete backup. I assumed it could be related to board problem.

                        Now the board is fixed, the UPS says fully charged. So I told the service guy, please turn on full UPS I want to check if the inverter gives correct back up. He says it will take 5 hours to charge. But your UPS says it is fully charged so who is wrong?

                        These guys are a pack of liars. NEVER NEVER buy a Sukam inverter.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I had purchased a 1000VA Su-kam inverter on 6th May 2007 vide bill no 308. I have been facing problems with the battries. I had been repeatedly making complaints to the company on the issue. One of my batteries were replaced on[protected]by the comapny after repated remibeders and escallation from my end. Now the battries are still not working well and i am being told by the comapny to pay Rs3300/- towards replacement of battries which are under warrenty. We are being told that the battries that we are having are no longer available and hence other battries costing Rs3300/- more needs to be put in.
                          Kindly interviene.

                            I am from Gurgaon and purchased SUKAM Sign Wave inverter in April 2006. I have installed prestolite battery along with it. After1 year suddenly the inverter gone down and I called up support center. They took the circuit board for repairing and after an week installed it back. Again after 2 weeks I found smoke is coming out of the inverter. So I called up your support engineer and they told me it happened for a faulty installation of the circuit board last time and it needs to be repaired again. So they did the need full. But right after the second servicing I found the performance of the battery was going down and last month when I was not getting any backup from the battery, I got to know the battery gone down and needs to be replaced. As the reason the engineer told me, due to the faulty inverter the battery could not recharged properly every time and lost it's life. I installed a new Exide battery 2 weeks back with the same inverter. And still now, I am seeing the battery is not getting charged completely but the inverter is showing full charge. As the result, right after 30 min to 1 hr of power cut the new battery running out of charge. I told the support center and the engineer to replace the inverter when it is faulty and in warranty period. But sorry to say, no one of your guys show a bit interest on this matter.

                            Is there any way to get rid of that faulty Inverter? Is there any phone number or email address, so I can reach out to any higher Sukam Authority for the issue? Waiting for your response.

                            I am residing at GURGAON and I bought a 800 VA Sukam Sinewave inverter alongwith 135AH SMF Battery on Feb, 2008. The battery went dead on April, 2008. After almost a months time it was replaced and thanks to the efforts of Mr. Bhupesh and Mr. Neeraj working with M/s. Sukam. Now again the replaced battery has gone dead (January, 2009), the engineer who came was asking me as to who had adviced to purchase SMF battery. I said the dealer. For which he revealed that the SMF batteries from SU-KAM is a failure. NO DOUBT. Now today 17th Jan, 2008 they have replaced the battery. This time the response of the service people has been good, Thanks to Mr. Rajiv. GOD knows how long it is going to last. Next time I will go for either exide or Okaya battery only. PLEASE DONT BUY SUKAM BATTERIES.

                            SU-KAM — inverter

                            I bought a su-kam inverter on 12.06.2009.The prouduct is not working properly.I have complaint this to the customer care of su-kam.But they are not taking any necessary action.
                            poor feed back not replacing battery in warrenty period worst quality smf bat low quality container and cover small rat can damage only SUKEM batteries other local battery are very good iam using in office from last three years still givng 3 hours back up.
                            I purchased a Sukam 650 VA inverter on 18th April 2009 and the battery was found to be defective. The engineer from Sukam certified it on 25th July 2009 and i am yet to receive the replacement. Every time i call them, they say it would be delivered within 2 days. Worst service ever!!!
                            Am sharing my bitter experience and huge ordeal with Su-Kam that I had been undergoing ever since I bought Su-Kam product. Here is the detailed flow how it all happened:

                            1. Purchased Su-Kam Home UPS along with Su-Kam SMF 165AH battery on[protected] with huge belief in the product. For one year it all went fine. We were getting good battery backup as committed by the dealer [6 hrs. with moderate load of 1 fan/1 tubelight and 1 29" TV]. We thought we were enjoying the fruit by investing huge amount in SMF battery [Sealed Maintenance Free] without having any clue about what that had in store for us in future.
                            [Though had one meagre issue with UPS system [LED not glowing] in the next year which was replaced by the Su-Kam engineer. They didn't find the original color LED so replaced with available Red one. {Complaint # 390 dated 29-11-08}]

                            2. Over a period of time, realized that the backup of the battery had deteriorated drastically. By the end of
                            17-18th month, it had gone down from initial 6 hrs to 1.5-2 hrs only [a deterioration of almost 70%] with the same kind of moderate load as mentioned above. Simply put, we were getting around 30% backup as compared to the initial backup capacity that time.

                            3. Lodged a complaint on 2-2-2009 [Comp # [protected] Battery Sr. No SG0306624] stating the battery backup problem. After good number of follow ups and intervention of Su-Kam higher up authority, the complaint was attended to on[protected]. Upon initial diagnose, it was confirmed that the battery was NOT performing as per the standards/expectations and required to be further checked under warranty scheme.

                            4. The battery was eventually picked up after 1 week, again, after good number of reminders. [Su-Kam Gate pass # 15395 dated 2-3-2009]

                            5. Had a good round of follow ups, higher up intervention requests and huge discussions. Finally got the battery replacement after 2 months [Non returnable Gate pass # NRGP[protected] dated 2-5-2009 Battery Sr.SSMHL00821]. I was finally happy even after all the ordeal as they say "all is well that ends well" until the same problem knocked me down later, this time with the replaced battery itself.

                            6. After one year, realized that the battery backup was again draining and giving only 1-1.5 hrs backup with the same moderate load as mentioned above but this time within 15 months of its replacement. I was very disconcerted and started getting shivering just thinking about all the struggle that I may have to get into again to get the issue addressed and fixed. Had no other option besides Lodging a complaint again. [Comp # [protected] dated[protected]]

                            7. Spoke to the Su-Kam people both front line and higher up on this complaint and got this response ~
                            a. Warranty is over so they can not do ANYTHING now.
                            My comments here ~
                            [They are showing no further concern to customer grievance and leaving him stranded. This is very short term perspective of Su-Kam. Seemingly, they do not want to continue this relationship in future.
                            What was the big point replacing a bad battery with another bad one? And if warranty gets over that doesn't mean the company can leave their customers on their own and will not provide any support. The product itself was not up to the mark and had troubled within warranty period and the replaced one is also giving trouble now then even after the warranty gets over, the company should be liable to provide the corrective action. They just can not wash their hands of with the issue.
                            Also, it seems, Su-Kam knowingly keeping their warranty period [18 months] in synch with the 'actual' battery life/performance. However, it is said that the battery would remain smooth at least for 3 yrs]

                            b. Battery needs boost up every year so I [the customer] need to go to some external battery shop to get this battery recharged at least for 17-18 hrs. They further said that this recharge will boost the back up by 30-40% for another 4-6 months. Am not sure how far this is true. I talked to their two battery vendors/dealers but they said nothing of that sort can improve the battery backup. Of late, Su-Kam front line also confirmed that this kind of boost up never works for SMF batteries.

                            Sent an email to customer care [[protected]@su-kam.com] on August 6 2010 and Lodged a complaint as well [ consumercomplaints.in ~ #c424869] on August 11 2010 but to no avail.

                            Su-kam people never got back to me even after good number of reminders. Looks like the customer care is also not bothered and not 'caring' their customers.

                            I DO NOT RECOMMEND SU-KAM SMF BATTERIES AS THEIR LIFE ENDS THE MOMENT THEIR WARRANTY GETS OVER. RATHER I FEEL THERE IS SOMETHING RADICALLY WRONG WITH THE ENTIRE SMF BATTERY PRODUCT THEY HAVE. NOT SURE, IF THEY ARE DUMPING THIS PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMERS DESPITE KNOWN ISSUES?
                            Sukam SMF Battery life is too short. It hardly lasts 15 months.

                            The company didn't replace the battery easily, they will keep telling you that the battery is out of stock

                              Dear Sir, I lives in karnal(Haryana) & I lodged complaint with Su-kam at their cutomer care mail ID '[protected]@su-kam.com' & called Panipat Customer care @[protected],[protected],[protected] many times & all the time got assurance that my invertor complaint will be attended today or tommorw but regret to you say that till time nobody came to resolve it..

                              I'm not satisfy with the way Su-kam is working as their Invertor is creating problem again & again... You are requested to please help to get it replaced because nobody in Su-kam is ready to hear my problem.

                              i have purchased a sukam inverter before some months, now i got problem with battery. your person come to me and said that battery is not working, that i made a complaint to customer care. i made lots of request to customer care for change my battery. but i got no response. your local sukam incharge suresh raina always misbehaived and said we are not responsible for your battery. more over my inverter in warrenty person. according to your local person u will have to bring the faulty battery, we will not come to u for replacement. what we do now sue the file in consumer court or keep sit at my home sayyyy

                              I have purchased a Su-kam battery just three moths before but unfortunately it is not giving the proper backup. So please check it soon. No service is being provided from the side of company till now.
