I had purchase a Su-kam inverter on[protected], now battery is not giving the power backup so I lodged a complaint dated[protected] having complain no- [protected].Su-kam field executive visited on my place at[protected] and given me field service report having FSR no-133146 and Book no.-2663 that battery needs to be changed and told me that it will take around one week to replace your battery. But around two months have passed neither they replace my battery nor contacted me. And between these periods I repeatedly contacted to Su-kam customer care and their Area Sales in charge Mr. Swaroop singh .Each and every time they told me that your approval is on way and shortly you will be getting your battery. Finally today on[protected] they told me that your complain is rejected and you are not getting your battery because your warranty period is expire.
I am asking them that if I have lodged complain on[protected] their field service representative has visited on[protected] which is within the warranty period of 15 month from purchasing date which is in my case dated[protected] then how did they decided that my warranty is expired.

    hello sir, i am deepak borse, niphad. i purchased sukam ups from local distributor. i purchased on 10 july 10 but after 15 days it was folt and burn. i replaced to local distributer he say only 20-30 days wait. after that i also call pune brach they told ur ups now dispached and u get after a few days (complaint no. 996)
    now 1 jan 11 my ups not get. it was rubbish.

      Hi,

      My father purhcased a Sukam - Inverter (Matrix version) ,...last year ,..within 6 months it was not working ,..thinking the batteries needed replacing which was within the warranty period..
      asked the dealer to rectify ...his majesty comes after warranty period lapsed. Nice way of making fast money demanded 15000 rs for changing the batteries...doubt that my father paid for it...neverthless inspite of whatever replacement he did...the inverter is still useless..does not work...and is another added piece of junk lying around the house , Rs.22,500 wasted

      anyone wanting to buy an inverter..should make a local one..and avoid using the new brands , they have absolutely no reliablity and cost too much...

      I have seen at my friends , a locally manufactured inverters , working splendidly..does not have any brand...but at least gives the service when needed,

        Dear Sir

        WIth due regret I would like to inform you that my Sukam Inverter of 2.5 KW is out of order from 2 months.

        It has a problem with the LCD screen which was replaced and after that also the problem was not resolved and there was still some problem pertaining with the product. I have paid all the charges for the product and the service and also the advance for LCD screen at your service station. Still there is no interest from your end and it has been months that i have paid the advance amount.

        It is a matter of shame on a company of such high reputation to treat the consumer in this manner in regard to the service of the product.

        I hope there would be a strict action taken from your end and at the earliest.

          I have purchased a Sukam inverter with sukam battery in the month of march 2010 with 2yrs warranty. Now the inverter stop giving backup after light failure, I lodged a complaint regarding this vide complaint no. [protected] on dated 07/08/2010 at 2:00 pm and at that time I got the assuarance that my complaint will be attended within 48 hrs. after 3 days their executive came and after checking told me that there is problem in battery which is to be replace and again i asked him that how much time it will take replace the battery , he told me again it will take 48 hrs.,, after 3 days i asked at sukam costumer care on [protected] they said it will take 10 days to replace the battery. and now after waiting for 12 to 13 days and calling of "Sukam" customer care no. numbers of time getting the same same repply from then that my complaint has been already forwarded for approval of replacement of battery i got fed up by Sukam service I promise to myselve that i will never buy any product of sukam and also i will suggest others not to do so.

            Had bought a Su-kam Inverter in July 2008. As per the warranty card attached in the booklet the warranty is for 24 months. The company maintains the warranty is for 24 months on Smiley model and not on Smiley i model. I find this frivolous and a mis-representation.

            I sent a scan of all the papers to the company and they replied that the warranty certificate is tampered with. This is ridiculous. The first excuse is that the model is different and now the excuse over e mail is that warranty has been tampered with. My e-mail correspondence with the company bore no fruit. For no fault of mine I have to bear the cost and inconvenience.

            Extremely insensitive dealing and poor customer regard.

                My invertor has stopped working on 1-6-2010, after complaining to customer care on 2-6-2010 it was serviced on 7-6-2010. after six days same problem occur on[protected]. while contacting to its customer care nos. it was busy on whole sunday or message "all our customer care executives are busy". I lodged a complaint on[protected] vide no. [protected]. It was told to me that it was serviced on next day but no response. when i contacted its ghaziabad service center on[protected], they gave me the no. of a service executive, but its phone was [censored]ched off. I talked on[protected] with that executive, he assures me to come after 3.00 pm. but he did'nt come. What a poor service, i have experienced.

                  I had purchased sukam inverter on 15/05/2008 with warranty of two years thinking that it is a renowned company. My inverter is not working since last two months so i had lodged a complaint in your Lucknow service center on 17/04/2010. After reminding many times, they sent an engineer on 21/04/2010 to attend my complaint. The engineer told me very rudely that you have to pay charges for repairing because water has gone into the inverter.
                  Sir, I told him that there is no scope to go water in the inverter because it was kept in such a place that water cannot reach there. He did not listen to me & misbehaved to me and went away. After that I had told service manager and manager regarding this matter but they did not taken any action in this regard.

                      I have a Sukam inverter, which is 2 years old, I had logged a complaint on the customer care number last saturday i.e. 17th April at 10.53am with complaint number [protected] but no one has ever called me to attend the complaint.

                      Despite multiple calls, writing even to CEO of the company Mr. venkat, no action has been taken. This company is a bunch of stupids.

                            I bought a sukam battery 6 months back & it is still under a guarantee . Last month i found it was not working & immediately I lodged the compalint to its customer care on 22th Mar . A executive visited to my place & assured me that there is a fault in the battery and company will replace it within 10 days time. Its already been 20 days now that I am following up with the team there and no action has been taken yet. Company at customer care are not even bothering to give me a proper response. Please help me on this. Customer should atleast get proper response. Please guide me accordingly. I have all the relevant documents with me. Appreciate your help. Thanks!

                            Sukam Battery — Battery replacement

                            My battery is in waranty period, and its not working, but they are not giving me replacement. I have called them several times and they are not responding.

                            SUKAM — NO BACKUP

                            I have purchased one Sukam battery for invertor from M/s CHIRAG POWER SOLUTIONS, GRAIN MARKET, PHILLAUR on dated[protected] vide bill no.774 and battery serial no. Y6B00815, model no.SMF 165A and i have lodged complaint with customer care but no one visited so far. My battery is now not functioning properly . Pl do the needful.
                            sukam battery xpired with in 18 months but they are now saying that they will not consider purchase date...they are saying that battery is 23 months old as per date of production ...now i am hopeless wht to do now...my heard earn money is seems to be last now...after seles service is very sluggish

                            Su - Kam — Company that has no commitment

                            i had purchased a Su - Kam in 2006 it is under warrenty of two years. I register a complaint at Su - Kam delhi on 12/07/08 but no action has been taken thereon a person came today and took my ups and gave a service ups and said it would be repared and given back but the service ups is not working either.

                              I have a Su-Kam inverter which is giving problem since jan 2010.it is in warranty period.But when i am complaining to the authorised service centre for the problem, they dont provide a perfect solution.always says we will send someone for check the inverter but nobody come till time.
                              plz look in to and revert with action

                              I have a Su-Kam inverter which is giving problem for last one month.it is not getting charge. it is in warranty period.But when i am complaining to the authorised service centre for the problem, they dont provide a perfect solution.in SEP, there people told that everything is O.K. but now it is creating problem again. plz send somebody for diagonising the problem as soon as possible.

                                My name is Yogesh Garg.I live in Kalanwali, Distt. Sirsa, Haryana.Last year i bought a new Su-kam inverter battery from a local Su-kam Dealer.But after 7-8 months that particular battery started causing problems, as the battery back-up remained only for 5 mins.So we approached to that particular dealer for change of the battery.I think we call that person for atleast 2 months&after 50-60 calls, he replaced our Su-kam battery with a local one&told us that Su-kam comp. manager is not listning to him.So thats why he is facing the problem.So almost after continously complaint for 4 months now my battery has been changed, but now this dealer is demanding 500 rs.even though he changed our battery within guarrantee.So i am wondering why i have to pay him.Even though whole procedure harras us a lot.i am totally lost confidence in Su-kam comp.I hope company will take this very seriously&solve our problem&plz tell me also why i have to pay 500 rs.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  This is in relation to our Inverter of your company purchased dated 16/03/09, model Smiley (1400 VA), Serial Number: [protected] with the name of JET ROADLINES CORPORATION. P-9 New C.I.T Road. Kolkata-700073.

                                  In this regard we would like to once again remind you about the improper working of the said unit. The said unit, as complained before, was giving troubles regards to the very dim light on power cuts compared to the same make and model installed at our home.

                                  In this regard we are third time sending you e-mails but there is no action taken on your behalf.

                                  Currently, the same unit is giving trouble since yesterday and lastly the unit got damaged due to non functionality of Relay as the matter was brought to the knowledge of INSTALLATION person and he came to check the unit.

                                  At present the unit is lying pending and we need to suffer during the power cuts a lot as the unit is not in use now.

                                  Hence we would request you to take some timely action and change this defective unit to avoid further inconvenience.

                                  In this regard, if no action is taken within two days of receipt of this mail we would deal this matter strictly with no mercy.

                                    My name is Sourav Bose, working in one of the leading MNC & do care for my customer feedback. Unfortunately around 7 months back I have purchased one of your products by spending around 15K to ensure the facility during the power off situation. Since last 15days your product is not working & at the same time we are going through of a serious power cut in Kolkata. I have got my 18months baby & my 85 years old grand fathers who are getting sleepless night due to you guys DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Since last 10days I am calling in your several help line no for ex[protected],[protected] but I am assuming that they are may be in holiday because you guys DONT KNOW WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have called up in your national help line no[protected], my god! even the no they have given me for their service in charge head of kolkata Mr. M. Banerjee ([protected]) has got changed but no doubt you guys did not update the same because of one simple reasone that you guys DONT KNOW WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                                    If you guys are having minimum self respect or desireness of customer service, please repair your machine as soon as possible.

                                    Remember one thing, may be you can produce NO 1 product of this earth but without a proper customer service will force you to go through of this kind of mail.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    At my hospital two-three yrs ago an Inverter of Sukam 10-KW was installed. This year at Feb ' 09 last week I face some problem from inverter.Than I contact Durga Battery and ask for authorice service center of Sukam-Inverter in Varanasi.They (Mr.Jay Singh -Propiter of Durga Batteryr)tell me Ground Floor or Durga Battery is the Sukam Service Center.Accordingly his comment I take there service three-four times and against it I paid aprx. (14000=00 )Rs.Fourteen thousand . But bad luck- nothings.My Inverter as it is condition what was ago. Then I Serch Net for Truth of sukam inverter actual service Center.I have came to know that ground floor of Durga Battery not a authorise Service Center of Sukam-Inverter, that is they are self maintanance center.Then accordligly Net I contat lucknow sukam customer care center then provide a service Eng.-Mr.Lalit Mohan and repair my inverter.My Question for you How they are doing maintain a Blaf Service Center to make a fool of your Customer?Request For a legal action against Durga Battery -of Varanasi(U.P.)from-su-kam.
                                    Sukam offers the worst service in the country. They should be expelled out of the country.

                                    service engineer solve the problem after 1 month. i m the dealer and unsatisfied by there service. the service engineer and the service manager mr, milind also talking that they dont have time. and i am record the entire conversation. i have no word to explain how chip service provide by sukam. and now i am decide to leave the dealership... i[censored] decide to buy eny product of this company then this is my hum-bulled request pls dont buy.

                                      I am Narendra Purchased a Su-Kam inverter in 8 january 2009, and after 3 month its battery became down, backup is 10 munites, I called the customer care after one week one engineer came on 23 april 2009, checked my bettery and told they will change in 48 hours. today is 29 january and no one came to change my bettery, I am daily calling customer care but they only promise.

                                        Purchase 4 (Four)Sukam Battery on[protected] from Raj Power System Kolkata. Battery was not taking load, complain was filed on 5-3-2009 vide Docket No. 03/124. The Service Engineer Mr. Saibal Das visited our office on[protected] and checked the battery and asked for one battery replacement. Our battery was within the Warranty Period, so warranty card of the damaged battery and purchase bill of the battery was given to Mr. Saibal Das on 06-04-09. Since than one and half month had been passed, my battery had not been replace inspite of several calls to your service center office. So, please look into the matter and do the needful.
