Am today on 27th of sep traveling nelamangala bording to kwr. Bus come too much late. Once it comes to my diparture point the staffs of this bus (Cleaner and. Driver) are interacted too badly. I[censored] really wishing to continue providing better service kindly change the this type behavior staffs and provide better service for better people.. I hope. U are taking action on this issue.

Currently in this situation. Never expected from Sugama. I've been traveling in this same bus since three years. The driver is not willing to take the passengers to the drop points and is asking us to leave from some place which I don't even know. Sugama Q. Mangalore to Bangalore. I am a lady and there are three more in the bus.
Now I'm travelling py 05 9677 bus driver driving is very bad . I got injured & my wife got injured broken all glass Bengals hitted head to top . In that his pickup also late & rash driving . Bad drivers of suguma travel.. other ways pls cancel urs bus on Bagalkot roots. I got bad experience today in this bus. Pls take seriously action . And revitalize back.
One of the worst bus services ever seen. I had booked for L13 and was provided L18. The reason was said that it was booked for someone else. Who the ### was someone else when I had booked the ticket ?? PNR:400600
Moreover Driver, cleaner both drunk!

Will tell my entire organisation to biocot Sugama bus. Get lost.
First learn to response for customers problems... useless fellows nobody responds properly ...faltu transport
Please do not travel in sugama tourist, the passengers i am requesting you. This type of bad experiance i didnt expected from this tourist agencies. The driver is speaking very low level lounguage and we are waiting till half an hour even he did not stop in pickup point duo to traffic itseems and he is telling to go to the office near race couse. even my mom also running behind the bus finally i spend rxtra money to go to race cousre office with luggeg and family. seriously if the passengers should travel with satisfie please do not book with sugama tourist mainly bangalore to karkala root#M. that bleedy nonsence driver.. even this tourists will not take any action about him and this complaint. so kindly do not travel in this bus.

    Hi, i am having very bad experience with your travels. The pickup location sent in msg is different, (Opp gangotri hospital). But the bus arrived at in front of gangotri hospital.in order to confirm, when i called driver he spoke very badly. The another co-person is also coming to manhandle us when we were talking with driver. I am attaching screen shot of the msg. I want to debord the bus and file police complaint t. I am hoping u will take this seriously.

    This is totally a pathetic service of sugama...even though the seats are full..the attendent and driver are making a pit stop and asking people to hop in for destinations and making extra income for themself...bus number Bus No: AR 01 J 5377..journey date -01/09/17 ..
    Talking very rashly, rudely. He's name was Ramesh as he told. Number is [protected]. Calling time 7.30pm to 7.38pm on date[protected]. Im asking abt ticket cancellation. When he's recived a cal " evagelli cancel agutte" like this. Plz chek our call recordings and take action immideetly.
    Everytime I come across worst facility by sugama tourist. Irresponsible towards aged people. Payed for lower birth but shifted to upper birth. No time sense. Never ever gonna book tickets in sugama.

    Driver was drunken, his behaviour is tooo bad using vulgar words and language, showing rowdism. Very harsh behaviour, there is no safety. His driving also very poor. I asked for urinals he is not replied to me for 3 times asked lastly rudely irrespectively he says after 1 hour, later I asked he says again after 1.5 hours, and scolding, and left driving and came to my seat for man handling and and showing rowdism, i told him that I will complaint on you then he replied go and complaint (yaru Enu Shanta madtara - it’s in kannada vulgar sentence he told to me), and he told where you want to go go and complaint but I will not stop the bus. But he is stopping the bus in between small villages and taking customers with out ticket and left them to Koppal and Hospet . They came drunken and sat below my seat . I am travelling with my family and child so I didn’t mesh with him. There is no more safety for travellers in sugama travels. Kindly take this issue as a complaint on driver and conductor. Change the staff. Thank You

      I'm traveling from dharwad to bidar in sugama tourists.. The timing they said is that it will leave dharwad at 10:15pm and reach bidar at 7:45 am but this is my fourth time traveling in this bus and not even once this bus reached bidar before 8:40 and some times it will reach around 9 or 9:30.. We understand that fifteen mins or half an hour delay means traffic or common issues but they are reaching bidar more than one hour or one and half hour late from the actual time given everywhere means why the hell they are misleading people that it will reach at 7:45 when the bus actually reaches everytime at 9am... People will be having important work to attend early, meetings will be there, exams will be there, jobs will start at 9 in the morning so if we reach at 7:45 as u! Mentioned or at 8 means we can hurry things up to adjust with time but delay of one and half hour is totally misleading to people.. If mentioned at it will reach at 9am means people can think of alternate means of travel which will let them reach early to their work but this is totally unfair to people and sometimes this bus will reach gulbaraga at 5:30 or 6 in the morning but these sugama bus people will stop bus for half an hour to pick local people who are going to next place on the way to bidar to fill the seats which are vacant from gulbaraga stop and earn some money.. If tourist bus line this stop everywhere to collect money than I suggest people to go in normal ksrtc bus which may stop at every village but it will reach bidar before this sugama travel.. I hope the higher authorisation will look at this problem and take action about this serious problem

        I and my friends travelled with sugama on july 14th from bangalore to panaji on py 8534. Firstly, the bus arrives much before designated time and the driver calls us and threatens us saying if we do not reach the destination then bus will leave.
        Secondly, they are very rude (Both driver and conductor) they spoke very rash through out the journey. I have travelled in many buses so far. This was my worst experience.

          We were travelling from bangalore to mangalore on[protected] in the night and travelled back to bangalore from mangalore on[protected] night. On both the days, we were extremely inconvenienced by the loose window panes which would open suddenly in the mid - night in spite o[censored]s leading us to face the wrath of chilling weather outside. This was in route no. J bus - seat no. 4 and 5 lower berth. However, this is also not the first time we were facing this problem. We faced the same problem last month while travelling in the same route (Bus route no. Q seats 4 and 5 lower berth). Hoping a quicker redressal for our grievance.

          Some drunk person was sleeping in my prebooked seat... conductor could not take that person out from my seat.. I forced to sleep in double sleeper though I booked single..

          Ban this bus and take serious action on driver and conductor,

            I was travelling from Shimoga to Bangalore in Sugama S3 on 4th July with PNR number 3619606 and bus number is PY 01 CG 0762. Bus reached Shimoga bus stop at 12.15 night while boarding bus i requested to put my suitcase to luggage box but cleaner denied for it and spoke to me very rudely. He didn't even showed a courtesy to a lady passenger. It was a horrible talk with him. But morning when i saw the luggage box it was filled with parcel cartoons. If there is no space for customers luggage then how to travel ??? When i kept my suitcase in side the Bus it was blocking the walking path.
            Totally it was a horrible journey.

              I Travelled on 29.06.2017 to mangalore It's one of the horrible experience traveling in suguma bus because of bad experience due to bed bugs(Thigane) in Route no.'W' sleeper coach. Complained bus staffs, they did not show human courtesy. Tried calling customer help desk, they kept on disconnecting the call after hearing my problem. At last, even spoke to supervisor of sugama travels, but this person was so arrogant and acted like illiterate and started abusing me. This is very bad service to public transport and sick people work in this sugama transport. Requesting all my fellow travelers not to use sugama transport for better perspectiv

                Sugama travel agency of anand rao circle don't have management skill and don't know how to behave to passengers. I was just 5mins late. Instead of calling me and waiting for me, they moved the bus and then cald and told that "ur number was not reachable hence should board the bus from next stop". Can't they call and check where the passenger is and how much time do they take to reach. Instead of pleading, they started shouting. If they don't have management skills and don't have sense to talk to passengers, why did they open the agency. Sugama travels should take action on such agencies. They should learn from srs and vrl travels. Their management is far better than sugama.

                    I am a senior doctor from Dharwad, was traveling on your route no 8 bus to Dharwad from Bengaluru, on 20/2/2017, I was waiting where I was asked to, but the called me far behind as the bus was far behind I went there but the bus moved ahead I lift all my luggage to run behind the bus, when asked about this the answers were very arrogant and humiliating by both the manager and the driver even they argued arrogantly with my wife.                       We had booked two tickets from mangalore to bangalore in sugama tourist, as we had some work at mangalore city we had given pick point as bunts hostel, when we reached there requested the operator to keep our luggage and thy told us to keep it over there and and when we reaqueted with them to take care of the same the operators told that they cannot assure the safety got pissed off and called bangalore operator they asked to handover the phone to vijay who spoke very much rudely and behaved too much rudely, which is not at all accepted, as we are making payment at least operator must speak bit smoothly, kindly take care of this issue

                        This is the worst bus service agency ever I seen in my life. I had a bus from Gandhi Nagar. I came 10mins late coz of traffic, rain and Ganapathi festival. That driver didn't even bother to call me. He left me and went. The office people told me to go to Rajaji Nagar metro station from other bus and my bus will wait for me there. I reached there, there was no bus. Again office people told me to go from other bus to Dasarahalli they said my bus will wait for me there, but there was no bus. Again they told me to go from other bus, my bus will pick me on the way. As I entered my bus the driver started shouting at me saying that coz of you I had to wait, can't you come early? I asked him can't you call me once(there was no answer from him) then I said I'll complain about this, he was like do whatever you want to do I don't give a [censored]. Is this the service sugama tourist give to their customers? My bus is sugama 'D' from BANGALORE to Bhatkal.

                          I ad booked my ticket to Mangalore on the above mentioned date and the bus was supposed to arrive at my pick u point Yeshwantpur govardhana theatre at 11:05pm but the bus only reached at 11:45 pm, leaving us wondering. I did not receive any correspondence regarding he delay over phone call orby any other media. Moreover the behaviour of the staff in the bus was rude as well while boarding. When enquired about the delay they insisted is to go and check the back office in a very rude tone. Kindly request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps as per law. awaiting your response

                            Dear all,

                            We have been traveling in sugama volvo bus for a while now. We were happy about their service. Since last 9 months they have been very irresponsible towards their customers. There will be lot of last minute surprises like,
                            1. Bus will not come to pickup point. Which results in we taking a cab to find this luxury bus where we would have paid premium to travel. This is extra time, cost & too much stress.
                            2. There are chances that sugama tourist fellows will ask you to get down any point of time and ask you to take different bus. Most of the times this results in chaos for us.
                            I don't think sugama tourists will act on any of these complaints. This is an information for all the travelers who are thinking of taking service from sugama tourists.

                              sleper clas.my mothers journey started on time after some time she sleep wel so that she dindt wake up at her destination. and sugama bus driver or clener never try to stop on the vehicle where my mother should get down perticuler place after crossing 50 km my mother come to know that she has crossed her place .when ask bus driver he was very rude ans said to my mother you have to before inform to us without informing we cant give stop wherver u want . he was shouted.when my mother said that when i have booked ticket to perticluler location u have stop the bus she asked. for that also he was very rashly said we cant do that all.you to be carefull about that. idont know really what kind of bus service is this.and i observed so many time sugama bus driver and clenars are always drunken and very rude .very big goodbye to sugama.

                                I had booked seat for Bangalore to Sirsi for the Bangalore-Sirsi-Yellapur bus on 24/07/2014 I choosed pick up at Yeshwanthpur circle, which was booked for my mom, but did not come to said location driver called after 30 mins of mentioned pick-up time and told me that we missed to pick up. we asked how can you miss the pick up that too ladies passenger but we did not get the answer finally we called to Head office seat was shifted to another bus.but the response from the authorities were very bad When everyone talking about women safety the Sugama tourist never cares for that.

                                  Worst experience we had on travelling with Sugama bus, From Bangalore to Udupi.

                                  The Attitude of the So called Manager was like he was the owner of whole transport in state, and we are boarding his bus as we dont have any choice.

                                  The Travel was from Bangalore to Udupi bus stand. and bus started 10 min late and in 15 min bus was stopped near Sujatha near rajkumar road, when we enquired with driver, we came to know, Bus had a problem and it needs to be fixed, Also he said that bus had this issue from morning but they had not fixed that. when we call up the office, they give the usual answer that they will send the mechanic and they cannot provide the alternate bus, and we need to Waite for 2 hrs. The Manager came to spot and we asked him why was this issue, he started abusing the customers and asked us, he cannot take the bus and we can do what ever we want, People in bus got angry and started fight with him, He started telling they cannot guarantee any thing on their bus, and said us that , when our life is only not permanent then how can we assure bus, The attitude was like did not do any mistakes and he will serve like this only, Being Service based company, how can he talk like that, He said he cannot repair also, Finally he went some where and police(cheeta) came to location, when they heard the query o[censored]s, Police called him and asked him to repair bus or to arrange a other one, then finally he turned up with some solution and in one hr bus was ready, Some high level of Sugama also came , but they did not reveal the identity, Bus started and in Navarang they had a same seat booked for two persons and again the fight started, Some how agent managed to convince the passengers and we started again, In middle bus was empty without diesel and again we had to Waite for driver to get the fuel.

                                  One of the worst EXPE with Sugama, Bus Number, KA01 AA 6426.
                                  Worst customer interaction and people dont know how to talk to customers also.

                                  Worst Service and Rash Driving

                                  Sugama Travels is one of the worst buses I ever travelled with worst service and drivers are very rude. I would never want to travel through Sugama travels in my life.

                                    I have booked bus ticket from Karkala to Marathalli Bangalore on 06. 06.10 through Sugama Bus, Category C. I have been alloted Seat No 10A Sleeper birth at Karakala Sugama office at noon hrs.

                                    Prior to booking i was confirmed by one lady staff, that booked Bus goes to Marathalli. Since i was carry Luggages hence i am particular about Bus rout Via Marathalli.

                                    On boarding bus i come to known that bus willn't go to my destination.

                                    I was told that i have to change bus at Gandhinagar Bangalore to get Marathalli bus. On reaching reaching the Gandhinagar Bangalore at 6 AM, no one was responding or hearing our problem in spite our best effort along with My co-passanger.

                                    One staff was told that the marathalli bus (category G) will not comes to this Gandhi Nagar Sugama office, he also not clear about this.

                                    No staff at Bangalore office is giving clear picture about Marathallli Bus, inspite my inquire from 6 Am to 7.10 AM, till the arrival of Category Z bus.

                                    My Co passenger (Seat no 10B) also finds same problem, who wants to go Augodi Bangalore.

                                    It is shame on part of Sugama Travels who always want to give wrong information to find passenger. After ward no one is bothered to customer problems.

                                    After wards went to trusted BMTC bus stop.

                                    Plz note that, this is a regular problem phased by most passanger (Bangalore - Mangalore).

                                      I’m posting this complaint on high frustration..... I don’t know what could this community can act on the issue...
                                      The victim is my Sister in Law.
                                      She is working in LBS College of Engineering Kasaragode, She has come to my house in Bangalore for a short visit and due to some urgent works in her college she had to get back to Kasaragode at the earliest. It was the busiest of days when there is no tickets available with any of the travel agents towards Kasaragode.

                                      I happen to hear from a friend of mine that Mangala Travels in Indiranagar (Near to BDA Complex) has tickets available with them. Upon calling them directly they told that tickets can be issued only if I visit them personally. So I took a half day leave from my office and went to collect the ticket. It got the ticket with seat number “2” and the bus was Sughama (“N”). “N” being their route number. The time of reporting was 8:15 PM and boarding time was 8:30.
                                      We reached there around 8:00 PM. My wife was also present with us. When I went out in search of ATM my wife and sister in law got inside travels and showed the ticket and confirmed once again. They were told that instead of Route “N” it will be “G”. at around 8:35 PM bus arrived and after confirming once again with both the travel agent and the bus crews my sister in law sat in seat number “2”. She had also confirmed that the bus people has cross verified the ticket and had said nothing..

                                      Around 11:00 PM in the night I got a call from my SIL saying that she has been asked to step down the bus and wait in front of Sughama travels office (Rajaji Nagar) till the “N” route comes. She had waited for 5 mins and on having a doubt she went inside the office an enquired about the same. The people sitting over there seems to be so careless that they didn’t even bothered that there is a lady waiting there for their bus. After enquiring again and again they told to her that her bus has already left and she is too late to catch the bus.

                                      On hearing this I didn’t even waste a single minute.. Ran outside and took a Meru Cab. For your information I do stay at Jakkasandra which is around 20 KM away from Rajaji nagar. I reached there around 11:45. I was too shocked to see the situation there. It was a lonely road. My SIL was standing in front of a closed office with 2-3 boys of aged 20 yrs standing about 20 mts away from her. And more fierce full was that it was only the drunkards who took that way walking.

                                      When asked what had happened to the people there (they were employees of sughama tourists office), they said that it is not their responsibility to take care as they don’t know anything about her travel. If they have to take care of her travel, they should be intimated from some one else blah blah blah….


                                      As of now I don’t know who is the culprit in this but the people whom I believe has involved in this are
                                      1. Shree Mangala travels, Indira Nagar (phone [protected])
                                      2. The driver of the bus route “G”
                                      3. The sughama tourists office Rajaji nagar employees
                                      4. The manager, Sughama tourists phone ([protected])


                                      Please let me know if I need to provide any more details of the incident. I do have following documents with me.
                                      1. Ticket counter foil
                                      2. Taxi receipt
                                      3. Shree mangala Visiting card.
