Yesterday i was suppose to travel from yashwantpura to sagara. My friend booked two tickets, my friend boarding point was vidyapeeta mine is yashwantpura. He informed driver and cleaner when he was boarding the bus. But bus driver not gave the stop in yashwantpura. After so many request driver stopped bus in gurguntepalya and behaved like he has not committed any mistake. So i kindly request you to take care about customer boarding.     Due to critical financial condition i made up my mind to work as a conductor at sugama karwar. After a single trip i felt very hard to do this job and informed the supervisor named vijay about my pain in doing this job. And the same worst supervisor fired me using rubbish and vulgar words and without paying me a single pie asked me to get out of the office. When i asked politely to pay me at least the minimal wages which i had for two days a like a conductor, cleaner and coolie he asked me to leave the office immediately and tried to hit me. I felt it was my bad luck but i would rather never forget that person who behaved with such vulgarness. God bless him.
    My earnest request to the senior officers of sugama travels is to take serious action against that supervisor so that he won't continue this with others in future.

      Bus number pu 01 cg 9222 date 24 October 2019.
      Bangalore to goa
      The service is very very bad, the bus crew is going like a local bus. At every stop from Yeshwanthpur they are shouting for passengers.
      They are begging for money with passengers making a kiosk in the bus and disturbance.
      Also the bus started almost 45 minutes late for no reason and on top of this they are wasting time at each stop for begging.
      The crew is very arrogant don’t know to behave with other passengers. We are paying for for this very very bad service.
      I request you to kindly take action against this.

        Ka 51 ac 6410 bus condition is so poor not able to open d windows if we open then not able to close them. And in between driver and conductors are taking extra seats stopping in between which is goin to their pockets.. And the place where they stopped for dinner there are no seats for outsiders who brought their own food n hotel people are sending them out forcefully..

          Driver was drunken, his behaviour is tooo bad using vulgar words and language, showing rowdism. Very harsh behaviour, there is no safety. His driving also very poor. I asked for urinals he is not replied to me for 3 times asked lastly rudely irrespectively he says after 1 hour, later i asked he says again after 1.5 hours, and scolding, and left driving and cane to my seat and and showing rowdism, i told him that i will complaint on you then he replied go and complaint (Yaru enu shanta madtara - it’s in kannada vulgar sentence he told to me), and he told where you want to go go and complaint but i will not stop the bus. But he is stopping the bus in between small villages and taking customers with out ticket and left them to koppal and hospet. They came drunken and sat below my seat. I am travelling with my family and child so i didn’t mesh with him. There is no more safety for travellers in sugama travels. Since more that 10 years i am using sugama but it’s first time i saw this type vulgar drunken driver. Kindly take this issue as a complaint on driver and conductor. Change the staff. Thank you 🙏

            Reference to the above subject i would like to inform that ticket fare in seasonal or festival time like ganesh chaturthi, dussera, deepavali, etc it is double then what it actually needs to be.

            All will be happily travelling to there hometown and no one will be accepting to cancel the ticket.

            Can u just give us the proper reply because all the passenger who will be travelling will not be having a salary upto 1 lakh per month we also need to fulfill our family wish by saving some money for our future usage.

              I traveled on a sugama bus yesterday i. E 25th jul

              I came to know that lost my mobile before my landing in bus and i checked with co-passengers and didn't get my mobile nokia 105 blue
              And the driver also said checked and he couldn't get on the bus.

              Please help me to get mobile and make me feel happy with your service so that i can use your service in future also.

                Worst experience with your service. Its really not acceptable at all. How we believe that, your bus is safety for a long journey? Today i'm traveling to bangalore from banavasi. Your bus is full of drunkers and smokers, those people smoked in bus. We only two females in bus. I'm afraid to close my eyes for a second. I never ever want to travel again with your travels. For sure i will share this worst experience with everyone. Please take care of this issue and save us. Those people making so much noise no one is here to stop them.

                  We 3 female passengers travelled from karwar to bengaluru departed from karwar on 27th may 2019 via bus no py 05 9477. After arrival at yeshwantpur bengaluru, on 28th may 2019 care taker (Conductor) of the bus demanded rs.100/- and forced us to pay rs.100/- for 3 baggage. We paid rs.100/- to him for which he has not given any receipt. He threatened us that bags will not be given unless amount is paid. He has also collected baggage charges from other passengers also.

                    I was waiting for bus in sagar busstand on 26th may around 11:15pm and. Sugama bus driver of bus ka51b3137 came at the speed of 60kmph and stopped just 1 feet close to me. When enquired for such driving in booking office, that booking office lady also supported the driver. The driver hit my brother with a chair in booking office. We informed to police in sagar station. I don't know the name of the driver but when police asked he said he is from akkialoor. Pleasesuitable action and acknowledge

                      Hello sugama tourist team,
                      I am writing this mail to you guys on your bus worst service which made me to raise a police complaint against conductor in the night. Yesterday (30/04/2019), i traveled from bengaluru to sullia at 10:55pm bus number ka30 9528. I am on my seat u3 which was female seat and beside me it was empty. Horrible situation it was, the conductor slept beside me without my knowledge and when i woke up and questioned him he was talking vulgar. It was around 01:20am midnight in the bus i kept quiet because i was alone. I later informed to driver regarding this issue, but the conductor was arguing and telling blunder that he did not touch me. I am going ahead with this issue to the civil court till you should take a stringent action on him. This is the situation i never experienced in my life, so this must go to higher level and he should be punished for his mistake and rude behavior. Otherwise, he will repeat with other women and it will be continued. My question is, did he allow a man to sleep with his wife or sister at midnight when they are alone in the bus. At that time, i was bold enough to hit or injure him, but i was afraid as it was midnight and alone. Finally, i am not leaving this matter till he gets punishment for his ridiculous behavior. I want you guys to look for this matter for further investigation and an action. I am here to spread this news everyone on social media to make aware about this type of matters and this person should be kept behind bars. I hope, you will take an action against him and i should know this whether you guys do any future safety for women or not.

                        My pickup time was suppose to be 8:53 pm and it is 10:05 pm now and still no show.

                        I call the driver and he will say I don’t know how long will it take.

                        It is very unfair as customer. They didn’t updated us about the delay prior.

                        Delay of almost 1.5 hours now and they say traffic and time I don’t know.

                        How can such business even be allowed in our country.

                          Tirupati package arrangements are very disappointing. Hotel not having lift we require d to go to third floor by stairs. Food is very bad. Idly was half baked.esrlier I had booked itdc it was very good. Next time I will not book suguma. And will tell my friends also to not book on suguma.
                          The price per head is 2500 compared to 220 in itdc. Very disappointed with service. it's spoiled the trip.

                            Someone stole my power bank, data cable, and ear phones and when i tell the driver he's least bored and says you slept alone who will come there. It was bus travelling to bailhongal from bangalore on 12 feb ka51ac5463 do something 🙄 i think the people who belong to sugama only must have stolen that is why they are least bothered. Also except for them who roams around the seats in midnight

                              I have booked bus ticket from gokak to ragavendra temple jp nagar bangalore on 28.01.18 through sugama bus, i have been alloted seat no 13u. Bus no ka 52 ab2159 all dravirs&cenares seat servicing without booked passengers. Onther thing is
                              That booked bus goes to beneragatta. Since i was carry luggages hence i am particular about bus rout via ragavendra temple stop but he telling to jayanagar stop is last. Hes changed to rout.

                              Compare to other trallaves good. Very warts drivers.

                                I have been travelling in this bus past 3 (The only reason being there is no alternate bus which picks up at my location. Else this travel is a big no!!)
                                - the biggest difficulty is booking the tickets. All seats are blocked by agent and when trying to book through agent they show you arrogance and reply rudely.
                                - my first travel to bangalore and i get dropped at the last stop without being notified at 5 am in the morning.
                                - pick time says 930pm bus arrives at 11
                                - when bus arrives 10 minutes early (Happens once in a blue moon) the driver leaves us at actual pickup point and asks us to board from a place ~8 km away in blore
                                Kindly request the staff to be a bit courteous to the customers and understand the difficulty we face by blocking all tickets and making our lives difficult.

                                  I didn't recieve any cancellation refund even aftr more than a month
                                  I cancelled my ticket on oct 28 n now is almost two months till now nobody responded properly very upset with the kind of service provided
                                  Inspite of calling customer care on of the person was too harsh in speaking better train them properly.

                                    It was 11:30pm in the night. The bus ka.30.9528, was using the fast tag lane illegally which is not right and hindering the route of normal rest of the world trying to use the fast tag lane. The driver was constantly on the phone rather than focussing on the road and the chaos he was causing. 2+1 executive sleeper coach bus on the way to nelamangala at the toll gate is where the incident took place. He did not even have lane discipline to drive. How can you hire such drivers who is such a threat to the lives of other passengers?

                                    Sugama bus #33 . Bangalore to Gulbarga is very very dirty. Bedsheets are not cleaned, foul smell is coming in the Bus. Looks like since a year they haven't cleaned the Bus. But the date of bus is very high. Not at all worth it

                                      Pickup delayed by 40 mins. When questioned the driver answered rudely to senior citizens. Request for strict actions to be taken to avoid such occurrences in the future. Kindly make sure drivers or conductors behave in a civilized way with the senior citizens and the ladies before the matter goes out of hand.

                                        Hi,

                                        I was traveling with family on 17th Sept night from Mangalore to Bangalore in Sugama "H". The driver was unwilling to stop on the way for passing urine. His preferred stop seemed to be at Hassan. Please note, you need to give atleast one stop for using the rest room / urinals during this journey especially when someone is requesting. Identify appropriate locations which can be used even by the ladies.

                                        We would board the bus by 10.00pm and would need a break in between the journey before reaching Bangalore. Ladies are worst impacted as they have to control all the way. Stopping in the middle of the forest is not an option due to the risk involved.

                                        Please INSTRUCT your drivers to be sensitive to the needs of these passengers and stop the bus as appropriate.
