We were searching for maid for last 1 month and we have got one reference from sulekha.com
Aarti maid services uttam nagar delhi
After long conversation with agency we have ready to take maid from agency on 12 Aug 2016 agent sanjay has sent a maid with a lady around 7 in evening at our home in faridabad and take the rs.25500/- agianst commission and advance one month salary in cash after working 2-3 hour maid Aarti kumari just deceive us and locked us ran away afterward no one is picking the phone from agency I have already complaint in our nearby police station
I don't know what to do not how sulekha.com will help me

maid named sarita along with her agent bhima came and took 25000

within 1 hour the maid left and left her bag behind

    No leads and fake calls from sulekha.Com, i never saw this type of people any where, before closing deal they will hold the leg after ward they says we can't do anything you duration got over. For upload the page they will take 1 to 3 month even that time also they are going to calculate what worst people their is no difference between you and the beggers.

      My payment ahd been deducted twice for a single service. payment made through credit card as well through check. they promised me to give my check back as i am making the payment through credit card...but they deducted...now excutive is not picking up the call and not replying at all. no body is no taking any responsibility. the same thing happened with me before a year also. but i amde stop payment at time..but this time they done this way

      I request you i dont want any service of sulekha...i am in very much need of money and beacuse of there wrong process and commitment i am facing issue

      so kindly cancel both my payment and return to me i dont want any service from this sulekha..

      I am from ahmedabad and my company name is online travel magic

      they deducted Rs.17250 twice a time..so total comes to 34500.pls return it to me...they are just doing number of calls when they want business after that see what is it...i humbly request you i dont want any type of service...they just arguing to take another service.is this is technic to get customers.

      whats is it.really tired..i dont know what will ne my next step ..if i dont get response from your end

          Online Marketing Port Sulekha.com, 3 TO 4 Months ago There Representive come to my office.And Fraud promises basis 20, 000/ (Twenty Thousand) & above amount collect to my office.
          After this all not a give any one proper lead send to my contact details, They have all fake lead give me.
          So, after there i have complain them.But not any one come my office. And then I have send to mail suekha.com for change my category for proper lead basis.And then call me & they have say more payment basis.

            I was misguided while giving me the package i opted for the package having calls but when it came to me for activation they mentioned as messages
            I would like to request for full refund
            As i was give a 6 month package by one of your executive by misguiding me that i would get call from customer but after payment and at time of package starting i was told only messages would be provided
            O i refused for it
            But later on another one of our executive (Sakshi phone no. [protected]) requesting me to take a trial of 10-15 day mentioning that it would not effect my plan so i said ok lets take a trial but i didn't like the trial even so i request you to provide me a full refund as soon as possible

              Hello,

              I rented a room in a condo in charlotte, nc, usa from uncc rentals run by mr. rama raju in the same area, which i found on charlotte sulekha roommates. this guy kept $200 cash as security deposit on the very first day i moved into his apartment. i found bugs there, and i asked him to move me to any of his other apartments. after a while he offered me a room at his condo located at hyde point court. i lived there for more than an year. at the time of leaving his apartment, i cleaned my room, shared kitchen and shared bathroom, so he would return my security deposit. when he came to collect the keys, he only returns me $100 in cash. he says i won't return you the rest because i came to your apartment and swept the floor of kitchen some times.

              I never asked him to do that. by the time of leaving his condo, i made sure i cleaned everything i used, and didn't damage a thing during the period i used his property.

              I am not the only one who suffered this, i know bunch of other people, whose money is gone in such way. i have other roommate as witnesses who saw what happened.

                Leads started on 19/05/2016 because of all fake leads i written a mail for refund on 30/05/2016. and the sales representatives sagar anand and gaurav malhotra told me package is refundable and many other fake commitments. but they are not providing quality service, all poor or fake leads.

                Further asking for refund since long, they say now "refund is not applicable as the request given post 7 days of activation of your advertisement", so why fake commitments their executives are doing???

                The company takes their decision internally without taking in loop the customers and that to with retrospective effect, is the company itself a government; that what they feel like they do and customer will follow. poor company, poor staff, fake leads. just formed to loot people hard earned money.

                    We had given paid advertisement on 13th July 2016 issued cheque from company account & till date the activation is not done have spoken several times to costumer care, if the call is made to the sales person who came for order Manish Kumar from Ahmedabad my calls are not received by him.

                    Today I have informed to refund our cheque but no proper reply from Sulekha.

                    I personally request advertisers not to release any advertisement with Sulekha, very very bad service & staff.

                      I'm dipen trivedi, i m not satisfied with this "sulekha" company with this first lead position they gave me first lead position but having lots of problems with services. I'm not having any kind of calls for work and good business approach. When we requested to change our lead or pause it so they doing only for three days then we request to change it urgently and they totally ignore my request and dont pause or stop it. I'm not satisfied with their services and want to back my full money. I already done mail many times for refund my money but they dont try to listen me and continues avoiding my calls and mails. We want to take this as a legal action from court.
                      This company is cheater they try to make fool and taking money.

                        This is abdulazeem from "metro air cool systems" moti nagar hyderabad. had leads ads in sulekha but as per the promises we didn't get the leads so we approached to a khairthabad office and met with a branch manager maheshwara, ph. no.[protected] and requested for refundable. he mentioned that i will be getting the refundable amount with in 45 days but still i have not receive my amount., this is the 3th month of my request.

                        Maheshwara branch manager is not answering my calls and nor responding to my emails/massages and not being on his words that he promised.

                        This is my appeal you to please make my refund amount asap.

                          Its regarding for the cheating by one of travel agent having connected with you his mail id is : ([protected]@asia.com).how it was happened means on 7th of this month i was searching to book a flight from bangalore to ahmadabad with this i insert the required information to sulekha.com after 30 minutes i got calls from many agents saying got my number with sulekha and i trust your service many times i have been using your service but really this is the first time i had a bad experience that he quoted me 3000 rupees per ticket so i forwarded to book the ticket, he send me the booking reference of the flight so after all he informed me that please deposit the money to account once you have done we are going to give seat and ticket number so i have paid through bank, after all he did not pain money to airlines so it was cancelled with this i came to know there was something went wrong in the ticket after checking with him i booked a ticket through goibibo.com.till now he is playing by saying that today, tomorrow i wll deposit so please take this as a priority and inform him to pay my money and please please do not keep this kind of people to in your loop because it is damaging your reputation.

                            I have taken your service in the month of may on 31st 2016.
                            We are it professionals wrong for goverment of maharashtra as registered vendors. we had chosen sulekha for the purpose of growing our business, but unfortunately we have faced tremondous trouble doing this.
                            Your team of sales and relation ship managers have just kept us waiting for a simple change in our category and now asking us to pay more than the commitment, moreover even after the mistake was from your companys end of giving us wrong category we still agreed to pay the extra bit, bit in last three days your team is ust giving different calculations and after making two cheques again today your rm has increased the amount by 1000 rupees.

                            I am complaining regarding the same to your team several times but then they are not at all ready to solve the issue, they are giving new stories every now and then.

                              I am sure my premier Ad is not visible on your system as I am not getting any response to my Ad for the last 4-5 days while I am getting lot of responses from 99acres.com as well as from Majicbricks.com on the same subject matter. For a few days in the beginning, I received many responses for this Ad on your system.
                              There is certainly some thing wrong some where in your system.

                                Hi, it's been 10 days since we subscribed to sulekha's mpm which is the highest paid subscription. they promised 2nd position for our category and as expected we did not get the promised position instead we are ranked around 10th which is totally not acceptable. their whole customer support team are frauds and cheaters - they always promise to do end of the day and they give all silly reasons like they have holiday, busy with meetings as it's starting of the month and tech is not working since it's a weekend. they are just scammers - they are least bothered about you once the amount is paid. don't ever trust them. get everything done before you make the payment. they are now ignoring my calls and they totally reachable for any new number who contacts them for registration. [i tried calling them from other number and witnessed it]. don't trust them. no. 1 frauds.

                                    There is a complaint against SULEKHA.COM regarding a wrong commitment against services.I have a small event company. Sulekha executive came & sold out their package of silver listing (12 April, 2016). They dont have our Major category of Revolving stages their executive said we create a category. At the time of activation conformation Sulekha executive said their is no category, we will create a keyword for this category. There is so much difference between keyword & Category. Now 3 months has been passed but their is no response from company side. So many times we gave a call to their customer care team but always they are saying we forward their complaint to branch you will get the revert. Now we are asking for refund past 2 months becoz there is no use of service season is off now . Kindly file a complaint against SULKEHA.COM & take action against this company.

                                      A telecaller of your organisation Ms Suknaya called me several times for registering at Sulekha.com. I declined and express not to disturb me.But on 23rd Ms Sukanya called me and pray for the help for her family and asking me to give a cheque. i have given cheque to on condition that she will retun the cheque on 26th June and she will not encash. On continous followup she given lots of excuses on returning the cheque. Today morning i found that my cheque have been encashed at Rs. 7406/- in the name of Sulekha.com

                                        We have signed the contract on verbal terms as per sulekha staff - ms [censored]al, from mumbai branch. the contract was a simple renewal and which was given and committed with more benefits which we have already highlighted to her on official mail.
                                        Sorry to mention that we have not yet got refund, its been almost more than 5 months now.
                                        Hope to hear soon on my refund

                                        Sulekha.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        We have spoken to couple of staff from Sulekha Mumbai office several times, but not addressing the issues and only giving assurances without any confirmation. Not even a call back to give the status.

                                        Kindly have some Escalation matrix to address such issues with email ID's.

                                        Hope the seniors note the above, to preserve the Sulekha Service assurance and revert back to us ASAP.
