Asim technologies got a contract from sulekha. [protected] toll free number. Abhi. [protected] is the contact person. We have not received any business from sulekha and what ever calls we have received that are from other categories than we work in. We had also contacted the helpline from sulekha, they promised to arrange a call back from hindi talking team but did not do the needful.
Abhi introduse promise to get refund if i did not like service anytime. Also have recorded call from him. Now the sulekha team did not gave his no. And ask to call on toll free no. Only.

We request for a cancellation and refund.

By recommendation of my friend i contacted sulekha
After that sulekha executive mr. Swapnil & mr. Yusuf called me continuously & contacted to invest in sulekha
Then mr. Yusuf had meeting with me
He explained me some plans..
And told me that sulekha has 250 leads per moth and and my money will not waste at sulekha we will provide you exelent services & a free banner on our website..
Then i have registered my bussiness hitech enterprises in paid listing contract on sulekha
And for that i paid 12000rs deposit for business listing on sulekha.
I provided that cheque to mr. Yusuf
After that the 3rd class service starts
No one responses quickly to listen my complaints
The contract was started after 1week and no documentation or recipt provided to me..
I had around 55 leads in 2 months
And this leads was also alrady attended by other persones..
When i am complaining for this
Then they telling me that your package is low rated and higher rated pakages will get leads first
This information was not provided me before i paying the cheque for sulekha
Now sins 1 month i am contacting to mr. Yusuf.. He was not getting my calls and after that also no callback
Then i contacted mr. Swapnil
And they both told me we will process for refund your money
Now after one month mr. Swapnil provided a call from head office
And then i had a conversation withe mr methew and he told me no refunds will be provided..
It means they got my money and fooled me

Sulekha has not refunded my deposit. No work was ever done by sulekha. It is hard to reach any responsible person. They do not respond to the emails or send standard reply that some one will get back to me and no one actually does.

Bad company to do business with. No business ethics.

I was never ever interested for any paid services by sulekha but they called many times and asked for one meeting with marketing executive. I agreed later on marketing executive visited and said that product cost is rs.4000/- but we do not/less presence in the area so can offer 75% discount and you have to pay online that will give you 2 more months free subscription in annual subscription. I have paid online but once he reached back to office started asking more money for annual subscription for which we are not ready. We want our hard earned money back. Every day calling them and writing several emails no response. Kindly, help in refund asap.

I am badly frustrate from reliance mobile service from last 11 days, i was user of vodafone from last 15 year, still i have never face this type of problem in vodaphone network, reliance spoke person miss tanya mam (Mobile no. [protected]) has forced me for port our vodafone mobile connection to reliance mobile connection, with plan of rs.699/- with unlimited std/local/roaming / 3g speed 1gb data & 2gb unlimited data, i was agree & submitted all required document with rs.300/-on dated 03.06.16. Now 16 days has been passed reliance team member is unable to connect my no. Moreover they have disconnected my existing vodafone connection without informing me. I have contacted several times to customer care no. & reliance team member there mobile no. Are [protected]/[protected]/[protected], mostly there mobile phone found switch off. Still no body has taken an action regarding the same.

I hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible. This mobile no. Is my official no. All official activity has been stopped due to this.

Sulekha is one of big company as every one knows, but there is reason behind this, its make his own employed fool and take money from them for one or 2year subscription and and give fraud leads to employed and making people fool,
I only wnt to say dont trurst on this company, i[censored] dont belived thn try it once and u r on my possition whr u only put review nothing else

I asked assistance from sulekha.com to provide me a company name that will
Repair my ac.

That company has taken 1200 rupees from me and did nothing and escape away.

The company name is saha refrigeration.

They did nothing with my ac, but demand that they has replace the ac purse like relay, capacitor, overload.
Finally they create odd position, taken the money from me and escape away.

The name of the person who id the fraudulent :rajesh saha.

Right now i am trying to connect him. But he is not picking up my phone.


Main culprit is sulekha.com as they provide the address of this type of company, who did the fraudulent.

I am a Chartered Accountant based in Navi Mumbai and I had subscribed to listing my firm on Sulekha.com for the Keyword "Chartered Accountant" on 20/08/2013. The executive who visited my office had given me promises that we will receive leads from Navi Mumbai area. But as it went on, I used to receive leads from Mumbai Area only. Very few or None of the leads were from Navi Mumbai Area. After that I decided not to subscribe to sulekha.com again.

For 2 years I received many calls from Sulekha.com as to why I have not renewed my account. I gave them the reason that I did not receive any leads from my area the last time i subscribed.

Then in May 2016, I received a call from Mr. Vaibhai from Sulekha.com. He asked me for the reason for not subscribing to Sulekha.com for such a long time. I conveyed him the reason that I did not receive leads from my area so I discontinued and I have no trust in Sulekha.com. Then Mr. Vaibhai told me that Sulekha.com has changed now and the leads are much more filtered.
He forced me to buy the subscription again ( as most of these sales people do). I had already told him that I need all my leads to be from Navi Mumbai Area only and I have a written proof of the same in my mails to him.

However, after 6-10 leads received to me, none of the were from Navi Mumbai Area, I called up Mr. Vaibhav to look into the matter.

"Dear Ankit,

Thanks for your mail.

Team is already working on same, thus there is some system error. As far as leads is concerned, it will get scrap those are irrelevant.

Request you to wait till next week. I'm mailing you the excel, kindly update & resend so I can forward it to my Chennai team for scrap.

Waiting for positive reply"


I sent him the excel file of all the leads but only 4 of them got scrapped those were job seekers. Rest all leads were left unscrapped.

Now when I am calling sulekha customer care or Mr. Vaibhav, they say we cannot do anything. There is no area mapping in the plan i subscribed.

They charged me Rs. 11000/- for 120 leads, none of them were from Mumbai.

This is the second time i have been on the other side of this fraud committed
by sulekha.com or its employees.

I want sulekha to take strict action againts Mr. Vaibhav who was so enthusiastic and eager to sell me the plan and now doesnt even picks my call.

mr sarang. Patil who is a fraudulent service provider, who was supposed to give leads for chartered accountant & home loans leads (from 5o lacs & above) but this fraudulent guy has not given the chartered accountant list & home loan leads provided from 1 lac to 5 lacs .Then after we have called him to give us a refund this guy provided a wrong email.Id... The email id provided was [protected]@sulekha.Net ... Now we want our rs. 5500 back so plz kindly refund

Our company Vencom Infrastructure Pvt Ltd purchased a business leads package in the Month of April 2016 from Sulekha.com via their marketing personell namely Mr. Mohit and Mr. Sagar for an amount of Rs. 45, 000/-.
Till date we have not received any relevent leads with most users denying having a requirement, not answering or having requirements for services other than those we provide.
Upon submission of evidence of these low quality leads it was acknowledged by their customer service team that the enquiries being sent are indeed useless.
We have asked for a refund but till date nothing has been done about it. The sales reps Mr. Mohit and Mr. Sagar refuse to take our calls and their customer service team keeps telling us that we will get a call back from their refund team. No one has called us or emailed us regarding the same despite repeated follow ups.
Beware of these cheats, don't throw your hard earned money behind them.
If sulekha.com guys are reading this, I request them to refund our amount immediately.

Pardon for the harsh comments but that’s the experience with Sulekha.

We are a software services organization located in Mumbai having good hold on online business but recently we are focusing on offline marketing as well(local market in India)

Earlier we had twice took the monthly service from sulekha but that was for very short...

We were looking for Cook on Sulekha on 27th -MAY-2016 and Sulekha contacted us took the details of the requirement and sent us some details via SMS. Immediately we got a call from number - [protected], a lady who said her name was Akila calling from Maheswari services, Saidapet and she mentioned that she got my number and my requirement from sulekha. She said there was a person available Immediately near our area who fits our requirement. Today she brought a women and introduced here as the cook women who fits all our requirement and collected the amount Rs.5500 as the deposit / registration amount and immediately she said she will take xerox of the id proof of the cook women - voter-id, ration card and also the xerox of registration form which I filled from the shop nearby and give to the cook lady she brought and then both vanished never to return and not answering the phone call / sms.
I also see another consumer has faced similar situation using Sulekha for similar services and has made a complaint and consumer complaints

I got a mover and packer's reference from sulekha.com when i was moving from bangalore to gurgaon in the month of january 2016. The person promised me to deliver my luggage within a week (By 7th february 2016). But it has been 4 months now and there is no hope left. Whenever i call him, he abuses and talks inappropriately with me. I had registered a complaint with sulekha.com (They had featured this company in spite of all bad reviews for these many years), but no action from their end as well.

I was looking for baby care taker and contacted a consultancy available in the sulekha website.
Later I received a call from sulekha- [protected]and registered my number on 24th May 2016 for getting the services.

Later i started getting calls from many agencies that they have got my number from sulekha and i discussed with my requirement.
I got a call from a lady Ammul - [protected] from Maheswari services, who mentioned that she got my number and my requirement for maid from sulekha. She was ready to offer the service for half day in the timing which meets our requirement.
Ammul and a maid called nancy visited our house and confirmed the salary of Rs.4000 to be paid in advance as registration amount.

We filled up the agreement form and gave Rs.4000 to the agent lady Ammul as deposit/registration amount on 27th May 2016. Attached are the filled up agreement forms and visiting card provided by the agent.

She is supposed to send the service from today(ie 28th May 2016). No maid came to our house and the responses from the agent when we called her seem to be irregular and fake.
My personal number provided in sulekha has not been kept confidential and was shared to some fraudulent service(unauthorised or illegal service).. This agency is not listed in sulekha which they confirmed later in sulekha customer care.

Sulekha is not taking up the responsibility even when i called multiple times and register complaints through mail.
Can you make necessary actions to find out the personal data which has been leaked through sulekha to a fraudulent service who has cheated us Rs.4000. We are not sure if they may contact us through some other means or creates problems in future as they know our house/name details.

I request you to make a serious action on this as it is a big security issue for our life/valuables at home as well - as our phone no and address are available with criminals who has cheated us. This has to be treated as a serious complaint as the same things can happen to anyone and they can be cheated easily by sulekha and their fraud services. Since the number has been given only to sulekha and not any other online service providers, sulekha has to take responsibility of doing investigations and providing us a good solution.

[protected] is the contact perrson. we have not received any business from Sulekha and what ever calls we have received that are from outside station. we had also contacted the helpline from Sulekha, they promised to arrange a call back from Mumbai team but did not do the needful. we request for a cancellation and refund.

I bought a package from sulekha for 71 leads. So far, i've got about 15 leads and all of them are fake. Upon raising a complaint, i got a call from a sulekha representative in charge of my account (Order id 242683). After letting him know that the services of sulekha were pathetic and needed drastic improvement, he started misbehaving on the phone. He stated that sulekha is busy managing accounts of big customers and customers like me, who bought a mere 10, 000 package can't expect the moon for such an amount. It got to the point that he started mocking my technical handicap.

We have booked and made payment for beauty services through Sulekha (the receipt details given below)on saturday (07-May-20160. But the service provider refused to give the services booked by us as they no longer book appointments through Sulekha and asked us to cancel the same. As the service is not availed, we tried to reach the contact numbers provided by Sulekha. But the numbers are always busy and the contact mails through their web site is also bouncing.

I am a paid customer of Sulekha.

It is a fraud business they are running.

Until collecting the amount for the annual package they will make hell lot promises that they will provide so many messages, customer phone calls etc wit respect to business.

After collecting the payment they will make you A big fool. They will not provide you the service which they have committed before paying you the amount.

The same story is repeating in my case since 3 years. Even if you call up customer care also no use. They will not respond.

This year also the same thing happened .
There is one lady by name Una Maheswari she is a manager in chennai office. When the representative came to collect money for renewal I clearly told I am not interest in continuing but this lady stating I am the manager and I will take the responsibilty she gave all her contact details Whatsapp I'd everything that I will directly deal in case of any problem this time.

As the manager only promised I got convinced and paid amount again. After collecting the amount again the same old story repeated.

This lady is a big fraud and 420. The managers it self are like this in Sulekha. When I tried to contact her she told its in process it will Take time to get your services activated. Like this she moved for 1 month. After that when I tried calling her she tried to escape saying false that I have not committed for and so service.

Later she put my number also in block list. Finally I called to customer care dept. when I raised a complaint against her no response for the request or complaint. As the ticket will be routed to her she itsel[censored]sed to close the ticket as resolved.

Worthless and waste of your money in paying to Sulekha.

I had consecutively made payment for 4 times and every time they ask us to opt for different package and give false commitment definitely believe us that there is more leads we will provide and can make good business, trusting on them and I have burned my fingers in investing, different sales person keeps calling and giving different commitments and there is no clarity among their employees, but I have not made profit out of it more over they say I will give vouchers but I did not receive not even once.

Sulekha fool people by entrusting to invest in their service.

Investing in Sulekha it goes to drain and through our money they enjoy their incentives and their target is achieved

Sub: complain against the disturbing & bad behaviors from sale person

Dear sir/mam

This is to inform you that we have a institute of professional study at santoshpur . Your personal or sales represent mr. Sourabh choudhury visited at our institute for vending the advertisement at your website one year before. On that time we won’t avail the same. We pleased that your organization still keeps in touch for the same. But from some month ago when we got call from your organization we have informed that we don’t need advertisement at your website; actually we don’t have any budget for the same. But still from last three weeks some person named anurag kumar (Mobile no: + 91 [protected]) calling often & offering about the same. My business partner use to received the call and informed we are not interested; but still he (Anurag kumar) continue that she (My business partner miss. Anusree sarkar) is not the only owner of that institute so he need to talk with me as he may convince me to do the same . Today also he called us & spoke impolitely with the same language with her.

I placed this letter as complain as well as feedback against mr. Anurag kumar; that how dare to talk like this sort of language with my business partner, when she informed him that she is also an owner of this institute.

May be some day we avail to give our advertisement at your website; but from today we will never & neither get interest to place advertisement at your esteemed website; as per your sale person impolite & stupid behavior. So please do a favor for us that we never expect any call from your esteemed organization (Sulekha.com) in future. Hope you understand the same.
