Dear Team Sulekha,

I have two campaigns running on sulekha.com One month earlier I received a call from sulekha regarding product upgrade. But still the services are not restored from sulekha and also my another campaign has been stopped from sulekha....

Sulekha is a perfect fraud company. They just delivering fake leads to cool us. Sales executive will give assurance for business before getting payment but after getting payment they dont respond customers. I have registered for building consultant and contractor category for rs.68000/- but i dint get proper leads from sulekha. Mr. Kuppan (Deputy manager-sales) gave assurance by written statement for refund if not satisfactory but now he...

He asked us to switch to Premium Pack so that our ad will get displayed on top. I replied that if required I will subscribe for premium but he responded me in a very harsh way and told he will remove the free ad which I posted. Thanks for the extraordinary service, there are plenty of other sites available to post free ads with best service...

Its high time you should provide deactivate option to users to remove contact number/email from your portal. It's more annoying. Even after a week i am receiving calls on my enquiry. This is ridiculous with no star rating of companies. Appreciate if i am given the option of companies listed with star rating...

I had checked for details regarding a particular course on sulekha. From then on i have been continuously getting calls from advertisers (Around 10-20 calls). I am no longer interested in calls from the advertisers as i have got the required information. I want to unsubscribe from the database. Fooling people. Till they take money will call you. Later you will not the able to reach them... Customer care will not be reachable. Once your number is seen the call will automatically disconnect. Sulekha assumes that I have entered in to contract and the contract will not be canceled 7 days from the date of registration. I forwarded and mail of cancel within 7 days and now they are changing terms after add going online the contract cannot be canceled. This was not informed and signed., and nowhere in terms and condition it is been mentioned. When contacted sulekha they are interested in taking money only and their standard of work...

One of the person mr. vijayraghavan from sulekha properties called me from +[protected] on 06 september stating if i subscribe to a premium, the company gurantees 30 leads in 30 days.

The gentleman eventually send the same claim to me over email. following i subscribed to the premium for advertisement and shared the transaction details with him.
