I had enquired about Modular Kitchen on the month of August, received many calls from your site and many Interiors visited and gave quotation, but we placed the order to ADAMS, so we would like to inform you that one of your interior have turned out to be very disgusting as they didnt complete the work and left taking the money without passing it on to their owner which is illegal.
We make sure that from now on neither do we suggest anyone to refer your site nor will we prefer any further.
I would like to attach his visiting card and copy of agreement paper, humble request to everyone never place any order from ADAMS.
In simple words Mr. Arnab Sanyal and his partner Sukanya Ghosh are fraud as they cheated us very easily.
As a customer I think keeping such kinds of company's can spoil your reputation.

he as explained us the mpm package for 9000/- which includes both vehicle rentals and tour operators but now ur head office member is informing us that only vehicle rentals will added. so pls cancel our agreement and refund the money and kick out that idiots who gave us the wrong information. pls dont give this type of service to anyone .its a very iritating service

Few months back, I have opened a Car Rental Service named "goRidez" in Kolkata which was a partnership Firm with the

partners named as Ms.Khushi Dolwala ([protected]) and Mr.Pawan Dolwala ([protected]).
In order to open the account in Sulekha, we had to submit our Trade License copy along with various other Documents to

Sulekha's local representative Mr.Amit ([protected]) who opened our account in MPM Account.
Now in course of time, there was a tension among the partners which lead to one of the partners Khushi to terminate me

(Arka).
Now when I want to know the status, information along with all the details of my account, the representative is behaving

rude and saying I am not the part of the account and cannot share the info.

Now the question arises:

1) How can the Representative Amit terminate me without my concern??
In the trade license, it was clearly written as Arka, Pawan and Khushi are the Partners. Please check the Trade License

for further verification.

2) Even after asking him, he repeatedly behaved rudely for not sharing the info of my account.
I am still a legal part of goRidez and still haven't resigned from the company for the which the account is present in

Sulekha.
And he behaved nonsensical for no reason.

Please make Mr. Amit clarify how can he just terminate my name from the account without even my acknowledgement.
If this is the nature of how a professional representative of a well known brand behaves, then it should be a shame for

the brand and people like me who are marketed falsed won't be interested in doing business at all.
Ultimately, the loyalty of the customer fails.

Please take it at utmost priority to resolve the Issue from your end
Please be assured, without proper clarification, I will report this to higher authority and take proper legal actions if required.

Fake Inquiry Again
4 Nov 2016 i got inquiry from SULEKHA.COM a lady named Karishma Thakural. Firstly she didnt picked my call when she picked she kept tried to make fool about to take service of pest control than she said i want pest control service but she didnt mention her address & said i will call you for my address now i am calling her twice again she didnt picked.
Stop fooling people
your company meant to be closed forever because you are just wasting precious time & money of your customers.
I will come soon to your so cold branch & Going to complaint against your company very soon

I am viraj from av global pest control service. As i said earlier i bought golden package from sulekha.com of rs. 15000 they assure me to given me lead. I am still not satisfied what sulekha.com is doing. Today 3 nov 2016 i got 3 inquiries from this company, i still not get the real customers who needs pest control service. The inquiry i got all are fake they even didnt picked my calls & who picked my calls they were not interested at all.
I requesting you to take some action against this.

I have two campaigns running on sulekha.com One month earlier I received a call from sulekha regarding product upgrade. But still the services are not restored from sulekha and also my another campaign has been stopped from sulekha.

Sulekha is a perfect fraud company. They just delivering fake leads to cool us. Sales executive will give assurance for business before getting payment but after getting payment they dont respond customers. I have registered for building consultant and contractor category for rs.68000/- but i dint get proper leads from sulekha. Mr. Kuppan (Deputy manager-sales) gave assurance by written statement for refund if not satisfactory but now he simply saying how can i refund...

I replied that if required I will subscribe for premium but he responded me in a very harsh way and told he will remove the free ad which I posted. Its high time you should provide deactivate option to users to remove contact number/email from your portal. It's more annoying. Even after a week i am receiving calls on my enquiry. This is ridiculous with no star rating of companies. Appreciate if i am given the option of companies listed with star rating to reach by myself.

I am no longer interested in calls from the advertisers as i have got the required information. I want to unsubscribe from the database. She was about to insist me about payable scheme of business, she was just spoke very wrongly to me.. previously my mind was to take that scheme but now i will not coz of sulekha.com's employee's wrong behaviour with customer, i have respect for sulekha.com and never expected this incident from sulekha's employees... and these things affected your business... i'm demanding to take a strict action for this employee.. i hope customers are valuable for sulekha.com.

I am listed in sulekha under the category of astologers for last many years. For this year's renewal for listing mr kuldeep singh (Phone no.[protected]) of sulekha yellow pages, from ahmedabad office, had come to my office and collected cheque. The payment got cleared since more than two months back but the promised listing has not been done. An ordinary listing continues.

Mr kuldeep singh kept on giving me promises on every phone call enquiry but all his promises turned out to be false. Now he has stopped taking my calls.

His conduct has been suspicious and if he goes unchecked, he may cheat other customers and also damage sulekha image and trust among users.

Please make an enquiry into this case.

As we contacted to your head office before one month for the subscriptions of the package. One of the representative from your head office had visited to our institute regrading the subscriptions of the package. Earlier they made a commitment that they will provide us whole delhi ncr areas and according to their commitment we subscribed the package worth rs 20000 and made the payment through credit card in the name of your company.
Even after the subscriptions the package has not started and every time we got a message that you will get only 5- 10 km area of delhi. As your executive had made a wrong commitment and fake promise to provide us all delhi ncr region.

Fooling people. Till they take money will call you. Later you will not the able to reach them... Customer care will not be reachable. Once your number is seen the call will automatically disconnect. So be very careful when they try to reach. Really waste of time and money posting the advertisement in this website ( I mean SULEKHA.COM).
