I want to write a message on Facebook and other social media site but before that I want to send email

after so much of fallow done by sulekah team we have singed for to get the internet leased line lead (only corporate) and thay promised also saying we will get the corporate leads. after taking the 45day they have not activated the services and I have sent the cancelation mail to sulekha. after my cancelation mail they activated with out my approval.

every day we are sending mail to cancel the contract they not cancelling and they forcing me we will do the need full we are working on leads.

If you guys can't provide service let me know we will go legally

    Hello, I own a cookery class. From the first day. I suffer a lot with the service. All employees works in this company are fraud. I got a call from a sales girl named Deepa from Hyderabad branch. She explained me about a package which cost 3300 rs and she informed me that some promotional offer is going on so she can give the package for 2000rs plus tax for 6 months with unlimited leads. And booked an appointment for an sales executive to come to my house and finalise the deal. I said ok. Then one sales person came to my home I forgot the name. I told him that I want to put ad for my cookery class. He explained that the lead flow is 20 leads per month. But due to network problem he was unable to set my account. Again after 2-3 days. Two person from Sulekha.com hyderabad came to my home. One person name is Rohit. He said he is the sales manager. He explained me the package and told me that if I want to go for cake shop than the leads will be more, and he informed that sulekha.com gets 200 lead per month for cake shop in my area. I told that I want cookery class. He said that the lead will be approx 18-25 per month. I said that if it is 18-25 leads how many is conversion rate. He said 60%. Then we finalise on baking class. But he was facing some network issue. So he asked me to pay online. He said he will call be from office and guide to how to pay online. I informed him that I will call him after 2-3 days and confirm the deal. Then after 3 days may be 15th or 16th of January I called him by evening and want to go with the ads deal. He gave me his login I'd and asked me to pay 2290 rs. I paid online and got confirmation on my mobile number. Then Rohit informed me that I will get a call from Deepa to set the account. And now the problem started. Next day I waited till afternoon Deepa didn't call me back. I called back the number but she didn't answer my call. I tried 20-25 times. In the evening by 5 pm she answered the call and told me that she will check with back and help me to set the account. Then I got no response from her. Again I called 2-3 times. One girl answered my call her name is Monica. She said she is the team lead of hyderabad branch. She is a very bad in talking laughing at my problem over the call. Then she informed me that Deepa went down to set my account. Then again no response from Deepa. Then next day I called her she informed me that there is a change of price in the package which I opt for so they are trying to take permission to set my account from Chennai branch. I said why suddenly in one day the price got changed. Then she said she will call back. Again no response from Deepa. I got a call from a person he did told me his name, he said he is from accounts team and asked the opt number which was sent to my mobile just before 2 mins. I gave him the number and he said I will get a verification call from Chennai. Then next day may be on 21st or 23rd I got a call from the verification team. About my account she said the I opt for cake shop and other information to confirm. I said I opt for cookery class not cake shop. Then she said ok and disconnect the call. Next day I called the customer care at that time I was informed that as in the order form baking class or cookery class is not informed my account was on hold. After paying the money if you face so many problem how you will feel? Then the customer care asked me if I am ok with the cake shop than she will activate my account. I tried contacting the sales manager Rohit and also sales girl Deepa no one answered my call. Than finally I got frustrated and said ok to the customer service agent. Then started another problem. That is lead problem. I got one lead on, 24th January about a homemade cake order which is 15 kms far from my place as it was on Sunday and my first lead I tried to fullfil the order with no profit. Than no lead till February 1. Again on 2nd February I got one lead they want midnight delivery, this service is not provided by me. Again on 3rd and 4th I got one one lead and they did answer my call. After that no lead. I waited for 10 days and I called the customer care. They informed me that due to some technical issues the leads were not generated and the issue was solved and from then I will get lead again. On 21 or 22nd I got one lead but no response from that lead. I got frustrated and called the customer care. They informed that they change the area to within 5kms and the chances of lead will be good. I said ok. Then no leads asual. I got a call from a sales girl. Who informed me that she will help to upgrade the package I said that I am not interested as I am not getting lead. She explained me that as my package is lowest the lead which was sent to me don't have genuinety. Than she said if I upgrade my account then I will get good lead. She also said that there is very less lead from my area that is why I am not getting lead. I called the customer care and asked them to cancel my package and want my money back. I explained them that the sales girl told me that the lead is very less from my area. The customer service agent transfered the call to a supervisor named Prem. He told me as my account is under 5 km area so I am not getting lead and he said that he is changing the option to all over Hyderabad and if I don't get lead he will help me to cancel my account. As usual no lead. I call customer service on 2 nd March. And I wanted to talk to Prem the supervisor the agent informed me that he is on meeting he will call back. I waited for 2 days. Today 4th March I got a call from a sale girl who asked me whether I am interested to change the category. I said I am not interested and I want to cancel my account. She said ok and told me that she is sending request to customer service and they will help me to cancel the account. No one called again at 7pm I called the customer care and want speak with Prem but he was still busy and don't have the time to talk to me. The agent named Manikant informed me that as my account is under 6 month contract it is not possible to cancel my account and give my money. I said no one informed me that there is a 6 month contract. He said the I signed the order form where 6 month contract is written. And here comes a big issue. I never signed anything someone has signed on my name from sales team in the order form. Which is a fraud business. I am going to launch a complain against sulekha.com in the consumer court as I have not signed on anything and this is a fraud business.

        I opted for a paid premium service with Sulekha Bangalore for advertising a PG accomodation I was offering. It was a Rs 650 package. It has been a week since the ad has been placed and I have hardly received 1 call for last one week. While same ad on other property portals has helped me close the deal. I wrote to Sulekha that I feel cheated even after making payment and within 2 days of placing ad I spoke to their representative. They are hardly bothered. This is completely deceiving customers that they place ads which promise larger visibility and good prospects to close deals. I am not finding any difference between paid ads of Sulekha vs free ads placed on other property portals.

          I have paid for premium ad to be put for renting out my apartment on feb16th.They promised me that they will photoshoot it the next day and upload the pictures. Till now they havent done it and have been delaying it. While coming to take the money they came immediately and took the money. But while giving service they r delaying it. really not worth paying them.

            We had a packge on rotational bases for 65 leads. We received only 39 leads and after that since 26th jan the leads have stop coming. We are spoken to mandhir, sagar, mohit sharma and custmer service more then 100 times and there is no reply. They only say that computers went wrong. How could it be ? Not possible .
            This is a clear fraud from sulekha.com with malafied intentions for their clients. We have asked for the refend of rs 7300 which is lying with you and have given a cheque for Rs 57000/- for a new packge, which we have asked sulekha to return it . Once again plesae dont do fruds with your clients . You have lost repotation in market .
            I will surely give one add front page add about sulekha did with my company later on . Big fraud doing with cilents .

                  Hello,

                  I have listed my property in sulekha.com media private limited. During package registration, I was given false commitment by this company for UNLIMITED LEADS and so on. Once the payment is done, I don't receive any leads at all. Neither the backend or customer support people answer properly. They are just prepared to pinpoint one department to another and play a blame game rather than pick up with issues and rectify for timely solution.

                  Completely disappointed with it.

                  Paid amount should only be considered as forgotten.

                    This is Sandeep kumar from Inaya Tous & Travels, few days back I paid almost INR16249.00 to get bussines/lead from sulekha(Package Name: PMCD 15 Months() on 22nd jan 16 till today(06feb16) I just received 2 lead from company and as per them its should be more then 1lead per days, I tried to complant them but I didnt get any answer and I am trying to follow them from last 6 days but still no response.

                    I think this is the easy way to stolen money by sulekha and I really recommand everyone not to take any service from them bcz they are just fraud and more.

                          LOdgeda request for TV repair. D3 Services called me and took the TV for repair. Assured to repair it and return within 3 days. They have not returned my TV even after 10 days. I have made daily calls but the have not returned abut assure daily they will return it. Pl tell them to return immediately.

                                  I feel that i am being cheated by Sulekha .com. Initially i paid money to them for 3 months package in last year. within that 3 months we got a around 30 leads which was not converted. that time we thought that that was our fault to convert those lead. again we paid around 7000/- for 1 year and got almost nothing as lead from them. on their request we changed our plan again on lead basis against around 6000/- more with previous amount. but after 1.5 month we didn't get more than 6 lead whether they assured us to provide at least 30 leads/ per month. when i query about that to local office they again forced us for package change to provide potentially more lead than current situation. this organization is just a cheater to get money from the clients.

                                  Dont invest in Sulekha. They have no response for travel business. I took package of 6500 for 6 months for car hire business. It was activated on 3rd March but till date there is no single enquiry related to my business, for which their executive promised me that you will 3-4 enquiry per day. Even when I sent mail to close account there is no response, But their call center guys still keeps calling me to upgrade package and invest more to money to get response, Im being cheated, Instead try Just dial.

                                    I had paid Rs 2290 through the mobile app "sulekha for business" on Jan 11. There has been no response after that. I called the toll free number 5 times and recently spoke a guy called Kumar. All the execs say that they will arrange a call back for activation and nothing has happened so far. There was no email or sms regarding the payment aknowledgement from sulekha. I want a refund of my money.

                                      Sir/madam I have bought htc e9plus. Set on 11 th november 2015. and after buying of 3third to fourth day it is having of major wifi connection issue wifi did not work properly and many application were not responding and not working both third party application and phone application According to. Htc. policy if problem occured within 14 days then phone is replaced by the company And i registered my problem witin 14 days but copany is not replaced my phone In 2 months i have given 4 times for replacent. But my problem were not solved same problem iam. Facing.if this set is not reparable then plese replace it But customer. Care were always say that submit it again and again. And they were not fixing my problem. They were cutting time since november 25. And till now Main problems. Were. 1 Wifi. Dissconnect automatically and not connecting 2. Application were not running like kids mode is not opeaning. And it is phone application 3. Spea race is a small game which is not respoding and 4. Temple run is not runningtotally hanging Phone is not working smoothly It has 3 Ggb ram and 2. . gz. proxssor copany is not replacing my phone intentionally. 4 times i have given for repair in 2 month and problem are still my phone is in still service center And i have no time to always run in service center

                                        On dec12th contacted you for my computer service. I hv chosen geneva system chrompet from your list.person came and charged Rs.1350/for just make my on/off switch working.They gave one month guarantee for the service.system didn't work after 10 days. Contacted them for service on 22nd dec 15 onwards. Till date they didn't attend. Now i realize they are not professionals and wonder how sulekha has these kinds of companies. Are you reliable website for our future needs. Reply pls.
