Sub: complain against the disturbing & bad behaviors from sale person

Dear sir/mam

This is to inform you that we have a institute of professional study at santoshpur . Your personal or sales represent mr. Sourabh choudhury visited at our institute for vending the advertisement at your website one year before. On that time we won’t avail the same. We pleased that your organization still keeps in touch for the same. But from some month ago when we got call from your organization we have informed that we don’t need advertisement at your website; actually we don’t have any budget for the same. But still from last three weeks some person named anurag kumar (Mobile no: + 91 [protected]) calling often & offering about the same. My business partner use to received the call and informed we are not interested; but still he (Anurag kumar) continue that she (My business partner miss. Anusree sarkar) is not the only owner of that institute so he need to talk with me as he may convince me to do the same . Today also he called us & spoke impolitely with the same language with her.

I placed this letter as complain as well as feedback against mr. Anurag kumar; that how dare to talk like this sort of language with my business partner, when she informed him that she is also an owner of this institute.

May be some day we avail to give our advertisement at your website; but from today we will never & neither get interest to place advertisement at your esteemed website; as per your sale person impolite & stupid behavior. So please do a favor for us that we never expect any call from your esteemed organization (Sulekha.com) in future. Hope you understand the same.

I had posted my maid request to sulekha, got a call from monica placement services from saket. They gave the maid and insisted on full commission or they will take the maid. Upon paying the full commission of 25000, the maid ran away second day. The phone has been switched off ever since. The number that i had been contacted from is +[protected], +[protected].

The address in the contract is monika placement services (Regd. 4515)

Please contact these frauds and help me get my money back. Also i seek a compensation for the mental agony and harassment caused by them.

I have already contacted the chennai head office and call centre numerous times with my complaint. I was promised to get a call back. Haven't gotten than till today.

I want to bring your attention to the fact that your customer care representative is making false commitment and serious misbehave with customers.
Form your company I received calls for 2 or 3 times for opening a premium account in Doctor and Psychiatrist section. Then I confirmed a meeting. You telecaller said in Silver Pack for 12 Months I will get confirm 50 leads every month, but when your representative came to my house he said no it will be hardly 20 leads. I cancelled this deal then and there. Again that telecaller (Tina) called me and said it will be 50 leads, but company never says this, and even if i didn't get that much Tina will fix it. So I confirmed another meeting. Next day that same person came to my house and said, "Don't worry madam, no need to call Tina anymore, I will fix 50 leads every month if you didn't get this."
On 18/04/2016 I purchased a Silver Pack worth of 3435/- from your company and there after having the amount nobody call me regarding the status of my account. The telecaller name was Tina, when I called her after 3 days, she said that it is not her responsibility to inform me my account status, rather I should call the person named KAMALENDU NASKAR ([protected]) who came to my house as a company representative. I called him 3-4 days and every time he made an excuse that, he has no information and he is very busy. Today I called him again and he said "I can not do anything of him, even if he doesn't give me my account status", and also used abusive languages then cut my call.
I called customer care they said my account is in pending situation. And then they asked me for my confirmation regarding account activation. I gave them confirmation. Your customer care representative madam said it will be active and some one will call me to confirm. But I can not sure now, very confused.
All I want to know how company will take action against such activity and will you can any action against this person Name KAMALENDU NASKAR.

I had hired services of SUPER COOL SERVICE in virar for airconditioner repair. He repaired and issued a warranty of six months starting from 13.11.2015. When the unit went out of order on 19.04.2016 within the warranty period, I tried to contact him on his mobile. He came to see the defunct unit and promised to repair free. But he never returned. When for the first time I went to locate him to the address given by you on your site, I was shocked to realize that no such shop exists there ever. He is a fraud and you have not verified his address. I have filed a police complaint and hold sulekha. com as responsible. Worst worst worst service!!! I have never saw a packers and movers like that. He is fraud. He never say true always saying lie. He has taken 20 days to shift my luggage. Even though i paid full money to transfer from chennai to hyderabad. Some of my things also missed. He is using transport to shift the things does not have own transport. Please don`t go to any one even though he offer free service. All the bad words are found to scold him only. Finally i made a complaint and put a case with him. He is the one of the dupakur guy.
Please be aware of him.

I am fed up with these irritating calls from diffrent people asking for “SIGSA Solutions” which is aabsolutely doesn't exist in India...every caller asks about it and tells me that my mob. No. Is mentioned on internet..and just after their call a sms from sulekha arrives in my inbox regarding that call...
Please stop it immediately or I will definately take legal action as i have already gave this information to sulekha. And there was a response from that person on call "do whatever you can do against sulekha".
I have each and every call record and SMS.
when I tried to contact sulekha.com...there is ignorance from this company as they have no fear in cheating people by an absolute fake commitment.

I hope this issue would be resolved very soon if sulekha.com has at least some senses. I don't want any single call or sms from this fake cheating company.

This is to bring to your notice that, I have been associated with Sulekha for about 3 years.
The customer service is horrible, no one is bothered to resolve existing customers problem.

I am sending you this mail as my last hope from sulekha .
I have renewed for my security agency in the name of SS Services from Pune on 27/11/2014.
Till date i have received only 60 leads.
My profile is showing Detective Agency and soo many other services that I am not into.
From past 2 months I have not received a single lead . In the month of March one of your representative have visited my place for renewal of services .
Sulekha remember its customers only for renewal. Without giving customer value for money how can they even call for renewal.


I want you to kindly look in this matter and resolve my problems.
You can check with the forms as well as with the recording at the time of verification call what services I have opted for and what services has been displayed in my profile.
Without customer concern how can it be display, I want the reason for the same

Beware- sulekha is fraud & cheater
Sulekha delhi is cheater and fraud. Their sales team has collected rs. 8000/- from me for advertising & now i dont have any clue about my advertisements. Neither i am able to contact any of the team members. No i want my money back but no one from sulekha is ready to talk about it. I have called so many times to sulekha and their personnels, but they didn't pick our phones & they didn't respond. I want sulekha team to refund my money on priority otherwise i'll take legal action, i do 've all the proofs and communication recorded.

I took silver package of worth Rs.9610 for one year...they assured surely we will provide 15 leads per month but i dint get even a single lead till 50 days from the date package started. After that i have called customer support about this problem and they gave assurance for leads. After 10 days i got one lead for rain water harvesting...from the feedback of client they called me to take advanced package of worth Rs.60000 for more leads and banner promotion etc...After few days they told about leads package and they gave committed leads of 88 and they asked additional 3500 rs. My package was started on 25th feb 2016 and till to date i dint get even single lead. Such a cheating fraud company please ban this company

I bought sulekha service one month before in the name of ‘’Desig9x Studio‘’ but I'm not satisfied with your service because I haven’t earned even single rupee I thought my business will grow by associated with you but I was wrong your Sales person has committed to me that I will get 40 leads in two month but I got 0 calls I m very disappointed with your service ……. Now I don’t need your service. and i want my fee refund with interest now ……...

They renew my package to mpm category in event management field but after renewing it they not providing me any good leads, what they committed, no leads were getting only scraps leads were coming and when i asked for solutions they told me to pay Rs.10000 more to get good leads, but what about the commitment they were did while giving me mpm category, i have document with wriiten on it the promises, if no action were taken i wll take a legal action .

Sulekha's marketing team approached me to sell their lead generation package. That is an annual package in which the customers get the leads based on their nature of business.
I registered with sulekha and activated my account to get the business leads for my events business. I got my account activated on 22nd jan 2016, after i paid the entire annual fee in advance. Initial i got few business leads but those were inappropriate. From february 2016 there were no business leads at all, till 15th feb. After multiple telephonic complaints and emails, i started receiving leads after 15th feb. But those were again for few days and now there are no leads at all. Whenever i call the customer support, they give a scripted response that they have registered the complaint and they will get back within 24 hours, but nobody never turns up. In-fact they they send the same response as email reply about the complaint.

My package is for 15 months, out of which they have wasted 3 months in not responding. I am not receiving any business leads from sulekha, this is giving me a business and time loss.
I want to get my rupees 16000/- refunded that i paid for this package.

Pls. refer my priority ad ID No.2926276 which expires on 26th Mar.2016.Despite my repeated contacts with your customer service for sending photographer to take out pics of my flat and upload, nothing has been done so far. Whenever I made calls I was informed that photographer will visit and do the needful. None has turned up so far. It shows that you dont respect customers.
Will you look into my complaint and do the needful immediately.

I had bought silver lead pack, a executive came and his name is intekhab akhter khan assured for replacement leads but i haven't got any replacement lead
i am requesting please they refund my money they totally made fool to innocent person i am felt bad mr.intekhab had totally miscommitment only

One lady by name Vidya had called me and explained me about packages for real estate firm. i told her i am looking for listing package from Sulekha property. But she told the same you will get from Sulekha local services. I gave an appointment and I met Mr satish and Mr Selvan who confirmed that I can do unlimited property listings in sulekha for six months and also 277 verified leads per month. i gave a cheque and two days later I got order confirmation of a package without any listing and lead details.i made stop payment for the cheque. Next day Vidya called me and convinced again and confirmed that I can do unlimited listings in the same package and fixed up appointment with another person by name Lawrence. he came to my office and confirmed me about unlimited property listings and taken a new cheque. but when they activated, it is just a company details advertisement in sulekha yellow pages. there is no listings available or leads.
Don't get cheated by these people. They are just fraud sales people who has got sales targets and no commitment to job.
Divya, Selvan, Satish and lawrence all are 100% fraud sales people. may be many more working with them.
How much you will earn by cheating people like this.

Sulekha is a big time cheating company. Ours is an educational consultancy which is a chennai based firm. Sulekha sale officer visited our office and promised us he would deliver atleast 1-2 leads per day and we agreed to get 800 leads and we paid whopping Rs 28, 000 for the purchase. So far, after a year, we have not even received 2 leads per month. The sales executive is a cheater to the core and coaxed us to pay such a huge amount. Similarly, the customer care officers are rude and never takes our complaint. We get sales calls from them to update for next package by paying atleast 15, 000 more. This is really a cheating company. And all theifs working in it.
