First incident: A lady called up 15days back and promised that the property will be occupied by 15days. She called us around 5 -10times on that day. We trusted that you will provide the services as promised. She told will promote the rental property. Unfortunately nothing she did.

Second incident: Updating wrong details by customer complaint executive: Mohammad (from Chennai). Irresponsible staff.

Third incident: I called up to the customer care looks like black listed my number. They were not receiving my call even after calling 20times on 4th October 2016

Fooling the people very badly.

I'm writing on behalf of memar constructions, i gave an executive 18, 000 in cash for 500 listings of the propert + 1 month of banner

I paid the amount on 30th september, today is 4th october and yet my account is inactive

Sulekha assumes that I have entered in to contract and the contract will not be canceled 7 days from the date of registration. I forwarded and mail of cancel within 7 days and now they are changing terms after add going online the contract cannot be canceled. This was not informed and signed., and nowhere in terms and condition it is been mentioned. When contacted sulekha they are interested in taking money only and their standard of work is so worst that people in the local can give better service as it is multination company not to fit to be there. The leads forwarded by them not relevant and notaccoding to my request of local area.They are one of the company living by cheating the common people.

One of the person mr. vijayraghavan from sulekha properties called me from +[protected] on 06 september stating if i subscribe to a premium, the company gurantees 30 leads in 30 days.

The gentleman eventually send the same claim to me over email. following i subscribed to the premium for advertisement and shared the transaction details with him.

Days kept passing by with no sign of any...

Hi, one person came with cook from srs services, near Pf office, peenya, banglore 560058, took the advance 2000rs for maid, after that they are not lifting the phone, they got my number through sulekha.com, their numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected]. How u take action on THEM? HOW CAN allow such fraud agencies in ur websites.we don't want people get fooled in this manner through ur site

I used the services of a placement agency 'bk placement agency', whose details was shared with me by sulekha.com on sunday "18th sep 2016".

I hired a cook (Name: sushma jaina, mobile: [protected]) using this agency and sulekha.com services.

The cook came for 3 days for trial period then i made the payment of rs 5000/ as charges to the agency person "kamlakant (Mobile no: [protected])". But, the cook is not coming from the next day onward after i made the payment and also switched off her mobile phone and the agency person kamalakant is also not picking up the phone.

I have lodged the complaint with sulekha customer care service also but i am still waiting for any response and also no complaint number was shared with me by sulekha.com.

Request you to please look into the issue and resolve the matter and help me get the refund.

I got registered on 25th of august.
Its more than a month now and theres 0 response from sulekha! The person in charge is Mr.Sunil Kotecha. The kind of service i was assured was much more but the service i am getting is next to zero! I tried getting touch with the person in charge but went unanswered. Noting has been provided to me even after paying the amount a month back. Expecting a speedy resolution. Dear Sir,
I regret to inform you that, on your (Sulekha) recommendation, I have booked a parcel ( A side board, an antique wooden cupboard, used as a TV stand) have booked to deliver from Kamaraj Nagar, 4th street Vyasarpadi, Chennai from Sri Tangam Packers and Movers, Chennai 41 on door delivery basis on[protected], is till date not supplied.When I called them they asked me to call their Proprietor Mr Karthik [protected], and initially, he used to bluff saying it is nearing to your town and will be delivered very next day, but now he agreed it has not started from there, still he is bluffing saying that next Monday he will send, such 3 to 4 Mondays were got over. So I fed up with his attitude and suppose to give a complaint in Police station and Consumer court, before that I request you to do the needful at the earliest, because your recommendation I have chosen the Sri Tangam Packers and Movers and found to be a fraud. I believe, these types of people/company will spoil Sulekha name in the market.Please consider this issue seriously.

Respected sir, please open anything e.g malls, cafeday, banks, resturant, colonies etc in my petrolpumps .address highway filling station village chohan near tangra nh-1, district amritsar state punjab country india and a2b fuel point village joanake near harike nh-54, district tarn taran state punjab country india contact person amit dhawan-[protected].

On may 24, 2016, i registered with explore it inc. To avail job placement services.
My registration formalities were handled by kavya. She asked me to pay an initial amount, $200 (Total fee $600) to start the job placement procedure and then pay the rest ($400) once i am placed on a job.
However, the entire amount would be refunded after 6 months of placement.

Till date, i have neither received any interview calls nor placed on a project/job through explore it.
Hence, i wanted to end this deal on a good note and requested them to refund my amount. Although the team agreed to refund the amount on the call, but they refused to send me an email stating the same.

Post this discussion, it had become extremely difficult to communicate with the company’s employees.
Kavya was never available to take my calls and neither acknowledge or respond to my emails. I had to call a zillion times, use different mobile numbers to catch hold of her or another associates.
After a lot of debate, persuasion and explanation harika gave me her supervisor’s number, ajay.
Ajay agreed to refund my amount but again, refused to commit the same through email saying that he is not authorized to send out such emails. When i asked him to give me his official email id so that i can email him the details of our discussion, he refused saying he is not allowed to share his official email id with anyone. Later, another associate, ravikanth, conveyed a message that the accounts department is not willing to refund the amount due to company policies.

Suddenly, the accounts department is in the picture out of no-where. Why was the accounts department not involved when i was making a payment? I requested to speak with accounts team for which i was given the same excuse “not authorized to do so”.

If i had failed to clear interviews arranged through this consultancy, then it would be illogical and baseless on my part to put forth this request. But we never got that far since registration. Then, what services have i received/benefited from the amount paid? The team has no explanation for this and i have no way to deal with such unethical and unprofessional people. Hence, i request you to intervene and resolve this issue.

I paid an amount to be placed on a job through a so-called reputed staffing company. Now, that the staffing company has failed to deliver the promised services, i demand my money back.

I asked refrigerator repair service provider form sulekha form website .
After providing details i received calls from few service providers certified by sulekha .
I confirmed with one (arun electronics munirka village new delhi ) he came and repaired and asked to on my refrigerator after 2 hr and charged 1300 rs .
And given me six month warranty after 2 hr when i switched on my freeze it was not working
i called several time to come and correct my freeze but no response i also called several time to sulekha for help but issue not resolved.

Kindly help and resolve my issue

We renewed a sulekha miracle package on june 30 th.It took almost 1 month to activate that against promised span of a week and after that they didn't upload the relevant key words which earlier they told that they will do it by aug 20.Now they are asking for the pending amount, for which we have already provided a post dated cheque.The marketing person who came to us was one mr.Ajad and his team members include one ms.Shilpa.We are with sulekha for past 5 yrs and the present team is the worst.We are really fed up with the unprofessional and unethical behavior from the organization.

2 months back i searched for internet services providers for braodband connection in sulekha and within half an hour i got a call from a person saying they are providing broadband connections and quoted sulekha's name as reference. He called me continuously and said that he can arrange for a broadband connection, so i gave my address and he came to my home. Then he said, registration fee would be around 1000 and when i paid the amount he gave me a bill and promised to arrange the connection the next day. He vanished from that day and his number is in switch off. I went to the address which is in the bill and it turns out to be some fake address. I raised a complaint in sulekha.com but no response yet and i didn't get my money back.

I sign area contract 4 days ago but i am not getting lead from my area so i dont want erelevent material i am not going to paid for that i want my money back ither i will take legal action i will go to consumer court beacuse its secound time sulekha doing this type fraud with me this time i dont want any n​ew commetment i want my money back kindly call me [protected]

I was approached by the telemarketers of this company repeatedly. Since i sell loans to people through banks and other financial institutions i thought of giving it a try.

When a marketing person met me i was so convinced that the leads would be validated and sent as told to me.

To my astonishment and even after repeated calls made to customer care the quality of leads that they send does not change and they are utter waste. The keep sending the numbers of daily labors, maids, cibil defaulters etc.

By having a look at their website you may not feel and understand how bad a company could be. But if you want to give a try, please do with sulekha.

I am very annoied by the work done by your team. I have a payment done from last 3 months. I was been toldthat I can forward the agreement to the executive named afreen. I do not know why she did not activate my account. An amount of 32+thousand.is paid from 31st may.
Why was this not informed to me that you require agreement copies. Any business person is not foolish to pay such a heafty amount on fake account.
I have lost a business of 3 months and now I cannot wait for activation. I need premium listing for 12 months. From August 2016. If yes tomorrow all have to be activated. Or else I need the paid amount with intreset to my account. By 19th august.
I am mailing you all the information. Incase I do not get the same, I will fire sulekha to consumer court for sure.

I would like to register a formal compliant on mr raja rajan sulekha ([protected]) sales excutive for his incorrect information.

He never explained to me about the virtual number system been in place in suleka, i already placed before couple of years but that time this virtual number concept was not there. My registered mobile no : [protected].

Additionaly i would also like to compliant on mr raja rajan attitude and rude behaviour, he gave many false promise to fullfuil this order and as usual once the amount is paid his attitude changes.

I have made several calls to suleka at last a compliant was registered: 385536.

Atlast mr raja rajan assured me that he would meet me on 20 aug by 10: 00 am to explain on why he did not explain in front on the virtual number. He never turned up i made number of call, he was rude and disconnected the call. This was never expected from the brand sulekha.

Probably for mr raja rajan, i may not be important after the contact is signed not sure if suleka as a company has the same thought.

Sir, xyz packers and movers on sulekha.com called me and took money from me to parcel my goods but now he is not receiving call and i called for about 1000 times but not picking up call. Sir, i asked sulekha.com for help as they are giving number but they also didn't helped me. Sir plase take my issue seriously as sulekha.com is providing fake persons no. And not responding to any mail

The founder of appsnest rosario and his manger both holding respective mobile no.[protected] and [protected] are fraud, cheater and non trusted. They both practice unethical, unlawful business and can't be trusted. Rosario on call for pg accommodation allure with less price and when you personally go their for booking, they showcase high price with triple time deposit. Person who don't the standard pg rate and deposits will get fooled easily with their dirty tricks of business. If you red handily catch their corrupt way of business, they ask to leave and threat customer. Very dangerous people. Be care full these pg accommodation and provider. They will loot your money if you trust them.

Guys pls. Take care of your self from the fraud people.

We pick one person for interiors from sulekha. He called and started the basic work. We paid 40% advance. But after that he is not responding properly.

Whenever we call he will say, i am near, will come in 1 hour like this. But he will not come and continuing the same.
