Swiggy — Cancellation fee with informing me

I placed my order on seiggy application on 14 march 2025 @ 5:46pm
and order reaches me @ 7:23pm
the order was 1.27 hrs delay and when i raised my concern for the same to one of the executive, she cancelled my order without any knowledge of mine
now its showing an cancellatine fee of ₹293 on my account
so when i haven't cancelled my order of my own, why i am liable to pay the charge
when i try to contact at thier customer support, they didn't help me
