While withdrawal banker is not giving money telling your signature is not exact circle is not there extra line etc in signature after standing 1 hour in queue sending back again and again and i wanted urgent withdrawal for hospital he is not giving even if photo is available please take serious action regarding this issue

    Dear sir/madam,
    Greetings!

    I booked train tickets for delhi to ara using syndicate bank internet services. And then i canceled those tickets. I would like to inform that irctc has reversed the charge against the canceled booking and a refund of inr 445 is processed back to my account on 18th december 2018. The refund reference number [protected].

    Refunf id is a unique number which is generated when a transaction is being processed on the basis of which the card holder can liaise with the bank.

    Whenever a refund is processed, an refund id number gets generated. The generation of the refund id number is an indication that the refund has gone through successfully and that we have got debited for the transaction.

      I don;t know why are not take serious this matter by syndicate bank branch hapur

        I made a wrong transaction through phonepe app and then again I contact to customer support from phonepe, they told that complaint and raise a charge bank for the transaction and went to bank but they told they cannot do anything and again I contact to phonepe customer care, they told to complaint in consumer complaint you will get back credited to my account.

              Sir. I am abhishek naganagoudra. I have bank account in syndicate bank sampagaon branch, belagaum district. But i stay in bengaluru. Today[protected] at 2:00pm i visited different bank atms to withdraw some amount. But those were not able to complete the transaction. Then i went to syndicate bank atm and withdraw 200 rupees. I get sms of 200 rupees transaction instantly. But today at 8:21pm i got message of 500rupees deduction at 2:06pm.

                मैंने आज मैंने आज ₹1000 एयरटेल पेमेंट्स बैंक के द्वारा अपने सिंडीकेट बैंक के खाता संख्या[protected] में ट्रांसफर किया एयरटेल यूपीआई के माध्यम से वहां से मेरा पैसा कट गया लेकिन अभी तक मेरे खाते में नहीं पहुंचा मेरा खाता इलाहाबाद जिले के पैदावार कला में है मैं बार-बार कस्टमर केयर टोल फ्री नंबर पर कॉल कर रहा हूं लेकिन कॉल नहीं लग रही है लगता है सिंडिकेट बैंक को अपने ग्राहकों से कोई मतलब नहीं है

                As i have entered moon of mobile banking many attempts..that mobile banking is blocked...the alert i got is contact branch...so please help me out in unlock this account..

                    I am having a syndicate bank credit card [protected], i had made a payment of rs.20, 000 by neft on 16th of october 2017 but it was reflected in the on 21-oct-2017 due to which i was charged rs.1464.50 on oct-2017 statement. I had done the neft payment which has been received by our end on the same day ie 16th oct 2017, inspite of that i have been charged with the fine, i accept that i had delayed the payment by 6 days but 1464.50 is to much for 6 days, late payment would be 100 rs with other cards, please justify the same

                      I have salary account in this bank in vayu bhawan branch. I applied for renew of chip based debit card on 26 nov 18 through email. Same day one staff called me from bank and confirmed my account number and postal address and told me that your debit card will be sent tomorrow. Same night at 2242 hours i received three transactions message on my rmn for rs. 299/- 350/- and 1000/- respectively which were not done by me and no otp was sent on my rmn.                         I made examination fee payment of rs.7500 on aktu sbi web portal through syndicate bank debit card. Money is deducted from bank but the status on web portal shows msg of "unsuccessful". Money is not even credited back to my bank account after payment being unsuccessful. Where the money is gone then?

                            On 20th i ordered a micro earphones for 3899 in amazon and i cancelled on the same date but i didn't get my amount refund yet when i called amazon customer service they gave me a reference number[protected] and told to call syndicate customer care and to mention the word charge dispute claim should be done when i called syndicate customer care they are telling me that from our end we can't do anything

                                  My name is trupti sahoo and i have a sb account no.[protected] with syndicate bank, jagatsinghpur, odisha.
                                  While attempting for making payment (With my debit card no.[protected]) against the purchases made at lucky shopping mall, visakhapatnam (Hereafter merchant) on 20.10.2018, two transactions were failed with remark ‘declined’. But, the amounts (Rs.788/- x 2 = rs.1576/-) were debited from my account. The merchant has provided a letter from their bank stating that the said amounts were not credited to their account with sbi.

                                    Last friday i have given application for registering mobile banking and internet banking services and visited syndicate bank branch. I enquired the status and they told that the services are active now. But i am not able to use this services. When i enter my gmail id for internet banking it shows that 'invalid gmail id'. When i enter my mobile number for mobile banking in syndicate bank application, it shows that 'your mobile number is not registered'

                                      Refund amount from railway train cancellation amount has been refunded by irctc to given account detail but the refunded amount has not been yet received in my account or bank refunded date has crossed more than 5 days and still yet not received to my account please check and proceed the refund amount to my syndicate account refference refunded id [protected] and the transcation id [protected] transaction date 05 nov 2018

                                      On November 4th I recharged one mobile no jio of 498rs but it's failed they told that amount is refunded from amazon
                                      They provide the refund reference no 884811 but so far amount is not credited
                                      From amazon they are telling amount is credited from there side but syndicate bank is not processed
