3days ago, my transaction failed twice, the reciever didn't recieve the amount and amount has been deducted from my account. First i added money to my paytm wallet and then transaction failed and second i did payment to amazon for a product then again transaction goes fail.
So i want to get refund as amount has been deducted via both cases. It has been 4 days till i did not recieve my amount.

I visited the Syndicate Bank Branch which is near me and lodge a complaint. The manager told me that it would take a lot of days to recover the amount into my account. But only after 5 days the refund credited to my account.

    Sir, on dt. 02-04-19 from keshiary sbi atm i use my atm card for withdrawal rs.10000/- but i not received money from atm then i try again, and then i try in other atm but i still not received money, then next day i try again, but i have reduce money in my account rs.10000/- which was i have not received. I have complaint in mother branch.
    But till date i have not received at all.

    Please do needful as soon as possible.

      Hi i had cancelled a product bought through my debit card from amazon to which they had initiated refund to my syndicate bank bannimantap branch mysuru karnataka state savings a/c bearing number 220/16383. Refund reference number[protected] amount 32990 rs. Dated 3rd april 2019. Amazon had send me message stating that by 3rd of april the refund amount will reflect in my account but didn't receive yet. Even tried calling syndicate bank customer care number seen on google but there is no one to answer my calls. Plz help me regarding my problem

        On 12th march we made a transaction. From paytm app using syndicate bank debit card, transaction failed but money debited. Paytm has initiated the refund same day ie 12th march 2019 but refund in the account has still not come.

        I have called customer care many times and they have said that problem is at the end of paytm but paytm has released reference number given by the bank to them. Pl see the screenshot attached

        My request to syndicate bank pls issue my refund

        Dear Syndicate Bank, an amount of ₹ 1000 was debited from my bank account when i was depositing it in Dream11 account and when i check it was not deposited in that Dream11 application
        .. please credit it back to my bank account and do the needfull.

          Dear sir,

          I am ashiwni s imagoudanavar. I have a account in syndicate bank, branch - hukkeri (Belagavi of karnataka)

          I have ordered a product online from amazon on 6th march 2019. But due to certain reason order cancelled. Amazon returned my money on 09th marsh 2019. But it is not cerdited to my account.
          The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]
          Amount of rupees 608 deducted from my account.
          Still amount is not credit in my account...

          Please go through dispute and resolve it

            As mentioned above i had transferred money from my syndicate bank account to paytm which has been failed. The money has not yet been transferred to my paytm wallet. Message has been sent to my number regarding money deduction from my syndicate bank account but paytm warned that money has not been transferred and it's bank responsibility and it also told that bank may take 4 hours for transferring the amount from bank to paytm. Please check and confirm me the same. Thank you.

              [protected] of transaction id[protected] of amount 15000rs and it was n0t credited in beneficiary account and amount deducted from my account and i got msg as time out at beneficiary bank and status will updated in 2 days but already completed 3 days but amount not credited pls solve my issue a suman acct no [protected] it wil give negitive impact on bank and i made so many transactions in other bank but never got problem like this if transaction failed means it wil credited in instant or 2 days but what is dis bank taking so much time

                My name is shabnam jahan. I have done imps transfer of rs 2000/ from syndicate bank to kotak mahindra bank on dt[protected]. Rs 2000/ debited from my account and msg recieved from syndicate bank, "imps trxn with ref[protected] for rs 2000.0 is timed out at beneficiary bank. Status will be updated by beneficiary bank in 2 working days." 2 working days has passed but amount not credited in my kotak mahindra bank. When i talk to k. M bank officer they says that amount will reverse in syndicate bank.
                Syndicate bank officer also saying amount will reverse in account but 2 working days gone rs 2000/ neither reverse in syndicate bank nor credited in kotak mahindra bank. Over all responsibility is syndicate bank as trxn done from syn bank and amount debited from syn bank. When my amount rs 2000/ will reverse in my account?

                IMPS trxn ref[protected]. Transfer dt[protected]. Amount 2000/ not reverse in my account
                Money deducted from my account while doing transaction...the transaction got failed but money was deducted from my account...kindly check the details and refund my money 2500
                The transaction was done on 12/03/2019 at 2:44 pm
                On 3/3/19 I tried to book railway ticket to Bangalore from KUNDAPURA.first transaction of rs 415/ has been failed vide transaction ref no[protected] for which e ticket not been issued. Railway authority already recredited the AMT on 6/3/19 vide transaction I'd [protected].so far the said amount has not been credited to my a/c.pl look into

                    I opened this bank account recently ifsc code: synb0003129, so that i can make a little savings by transfering small amounts of money every month. My recent transcation was 1000 rupees on[protected] from hdfc bank account to syndicate account, the amount of 295. Rs got deducted on mar-02-2019 and the message read like

                    Your a/c xxx0490 is debited with inr 295.00 on 02-mar-2019 08.48.47pm for service charge

                    Avl. Bal inr 3, 205.28.

                    May i know for what services did they deduct money and if this will keep continuing when ever i make transactions to this account.

                                In 2 incidents the money was debited and not transferred to the recipient from my account. It clearly shows in your account that the money was debited but not declined. My question is why should a customer wait for 5-10 working days to receive the amount. Why can't the credit be immediate? Why should the customer keep following up for his or her amount with anyone. Would you wait for a single penny short for any payments? Or would your return the money back with interest for those many days that it remains on hold. I demand and explanation as it is the customer that is being impacted. There is absolutely no empathy for the customer. You are all in service industry, where people entrust you with their hard earned money, then why this lethargic and irrational treatment to them? Upon that we get different information from different people. The branch staff says 10 working days for the return, branch manager says since this is online we have no control, call center says 5 working days, then 6the working day they say call branch manager, then the branch manager says 48 hours for complaint to be register and after that 5 working days. Is this a joke???

                                    The amount has been debited from my account but receiver did not received.
                                    After that i have received message that you transaction time is time out i have also called to syndicate bank customer care no. They said your payment has been declines it was not processed so your amount would be returned by bank with in 2 or 5 working days, but now almost 5 days over i have not received my wrong debited amount. It is request you to kindly advice what i need to do or how many days they will take to give my amount return.

                                        मैने एक्सिक्स बैंक atm से पैसे निकालने चाहे तो पहली बार पैसे नहीं निकले और उसके बाद मैने दोबारा पैसे निकाले उस बार पैसे निकाल गए मगर मेरे अकाउंट से दोनों बार के पैसे कटे है मेरा मेरे पूरे 2200 रुपए कटे है मगर एटीएम से सिर्फ 1100 ही निकले है इस समस्या को मैने आपके बैंक के कॉस्टमर केयर वालो को भी बताया तो उन्होंने बोला की होम ब्रांच में संपर्क करे मैने होम ब्रांच में संपर्क किया तो वो कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं की ओर बोला की हम क्या कर सकते है कृपया करके हमारी रकम हमें वापस की जाए और होम ब्रांच को कार्यवाही करने को बोला जाए
