The common issues are, all the atm is out of service and service in bank.

Employee won't keep up there word's and they won't help the uneducated people's. Please give us a solution to lakkundi village

    Sir,
    I had added my money 798rs to my paytm wallet from my syndicate bank account but i was not able to transfer it to my another bank account due to an error. So i refunded my money to the syndicate bank account but the money was not updated to the account and the balance from the paytm wallet has been deducted. It is about almost more than 6days. I had refunded the money on 28th may 2018 and know its 4th june still the money is not updated to my bank account. I had also called the costmer care of both paytm and syndicate bank but both of them are not clarifing thier mistake and blaming each other. Sir do somthing in this matter. Plz

    I have not received my refund from amazon for some reasons but the bank is unable to solve my query.
    Hi. Call me immediately on my number [protected]. We have applied for the education loan and it's been 4 days. But it's still showing in process but no further process is happening. Also we have reported the grievance. But no response and corrections. Please call at the earliest.

      On 20 may 2018 i have make an payment through my visa card to the amazon.in for an order but after some time i have canceled the order and they also have refunded the amount but i have not refunded the amount in my account. Amazon service center have provided me the reference no of the transaction and suggested me to contact in the branch. When i have tried to contact in the branch they have ignored my complaint. I request you to contact me for the further detail as soon as possible its already more than 10 days.

        I am b. Venkateswara nayak. My a/c no.[protected], syndicate bank, main branch, vijayawada. Personnel loan ro sanctioned rs.8, 00, 000/- on aug, 2015. But, inspection was done and i am not eligible for this amount i am eligible for rs.4, 80, 000/- this amount was given me and fixed emi rs.9, 401/- emi recovered up to march, 2018, aprial, 2018 onwards rs.18, 500/- recovered. Sir, please fix my emi for actually taken amount rs.4, 80, 000/- and give justice sir.

          Fixed deposit papers submitted on 11 may2018 and bank staff mr kapil not prepared the fd on 11 may it was made on 14th may whereas it should have been made on 11th may itself. On enquiry from
          Branch manager madam kim enquired from asst. He replied. That system was not working. The same day i deposited rs
          5000 and system was working. The person responsible for not making fd on 11may should be charged the difference of interest from him and be deposited to my account and he should be advised to complete his work on daily basis

            Hi,

            Even after repeated requests and frequent visits to the bank branch there was no solution/closure offered to the complaint.

            Request you to look into this on priority as there was no proper response from the branch manager, this is seriously killing my credit scores.

            Both were closed in 2012 still its reflecting as "open" and showing outstanding balances in the credit reports (Cibil).

              While withdrawal the cash from SBI atm.amount as been debited from my account but I didn't issue the cash(Rs 500)
              We already submit the form for sms allert two times bt not update my no. for sms allert . so please udate my no. for sms allert.
              Trying to switch from RSA to OTP. Option is not available under Customer Services. Kindly advice. Alternately, i do not have the Reference No for Transaction Password setting. Please assist

I applied housing loan to syn bank at dssc br niligiris what ever documents asketed bank i submitted i got legal openen from consation advocate and approval also now the manager asked land regularisation certificate i find out panchayat they said here no layout no drawing for hills station but i spent rs 4000 for bank loan now branch manager said we don't give housing loan pl approch other bank

                        Gama Plaza Br Greater noida received my regd post on 16.04 18 and telephonic request on 24.4.18 but refused to comply with request of TDS and receipt of Form 15 H of Income Tax act. I am informed on tel that there was no staff except Ms Lahar and therefore she can't look for my regd. letter. Their email id either does not work or they do not respond.

                            I have a account (A/c no – [protected]) in the syndicate bank of gandi road pilkhuwa, hapur..
                            Amount of 25, 000.00 has been deduction at the time of atm withdrawal on dated 29-mar-2018 at (12:26 pm) in “punjab national bank atm” (Gopal bhawan mathavl) name while actual transaction was partially cancelled due to some atm issue by which the net withdrawal amount 5, 000.00 has been deducted from my above mention ed account and actual amount withdrawal was not successfully done.
                            But still the deducted amount is not credited back to account more than 2 weeks.
                            Hence request you your kind intervene the timely settlement of the amount.
                            Any further information required from my side kindly let us know.

                              The syndicate app is not working since the last update. Am highly disappointed by the reviews on the app itself but what’s shocking is the management is not doing anything regarding the issue. Everyone is unable to login due to some technical error or it keeps asking us toh change our mpin. But nothing happens. I request you people to pay some attention else u ll loose your customers.

                                I had three transactions successively on 7/4/18 from my axis mobile account [protected] to my syndicate bank account [protected] through imps first 150000/-, 2nd 50/- and 3rd transaction 20/- but last two transactions had credited in my syndicate account but 1st transaction had not credited till date 9/4/18 in my syndicate account. But my axis bank account had been debited on the same day. So please credit my money in my account.

                                    My name is amit kumar, i am a syndicate bank customer, pitampura branch, delhi-110088. My a/c number. Is [protected].

                                    On 31/03/2018 at about 8.07 am ist, i received two consecutive message from syndicate bank to my registered number (+91 [protected]) regarding atm withdrawal from saket (Ald08351) delhi. But i didn’t made this transaction however said amount is deducted from my account.

                                    I made a complaint against this fraud on same day to the bank staff. And lodge an fir to police as well. I want you guys to keep you informed and want corrective action on this, as per government norms bank has to return money to customer within 10 days in case of fraud case. I am sharing with you all the evidences as attachment and details below.

                                      As i m the 25 years old customer of syndicte bank... Of jalandhar branch near skylark hotel... As m not available in city today... As my brother is hosptlised... Nd i send my son to the bank to get the withdrawl form from the bank because i cannot go to the bank... As such the conditions are very critical so i cannot leave my brother alone in hospital... So i requested them to please give form to my son as he will give u his id nd gives u reason in written... But they totaly refuses to do so... I thought this is totaly against the kyc policies of rbi... We are 25 years old customers nd i hav 3 accounts in syndicate bank... Atleast bank staff hav to copperte with us... But rathers coperating they are behaving very rude nd m very dissatisfied with this nd will discontinue dealing with this bank in future

                                        Hello, i withdrew amount of 8000uah from ukrainian atm i got faulty dispenser reciept. I didnot recieve money. From my account 19638.75rs deducted as local currency. I complaint them sent reciept n detail. They raise the chargeback on 16.03.2018 yet i didnot recieved my amount. Here acquirer bank said we hv accepted ur charge bank, issuing bank telling they have not accepted through system. Again i contacted acquirer bank raiffeisn bank aval ukraine, they said we did all what is needed ti refund. Still syndicate bank saying they have not accpeted. Its my university fees. I dont know how you people will help but i really need it.

                                        Pls do need full i[censored] don't anything pls close my account no this is my humble request, I m worried about branch manager Salawa l jagdish
                                        Sir my account has been transfer from salawa brach to gotka Branch, bearing A/c no. [protected], but Salawa branch not send trasfer hard copy to Gotka & i m worried about my account, more times approach to branch manager for transfer account but not do anything & show me rude attitude, pls do needful.
