rude behaviour of the staff and even the watchman's/security guards

i'm complaining about my money transfer from syndicate bank account to paytm. thanks

As mentioned above i had transferred money from my syndicate bank account to paytm which has been failed. The money has not yet been transferred to my paytm wallet. When I had gone to close the account, I was told that it had gone to a negative balance of 1100 rupees, and this was due to the non maintaince of minimum balance. Technical fault in mobile banking

I had registered for mobile banking and it was working properly. From last 1 week I could not transact or even check balance in mobile banking.
