My mom taken the construction loan of rs.4, 50, 000/- with starting emi of rs.4, 700/- in the syndicate bank, now our emi is rs.7500/-. We taken loan in 2008 we paid all emi's regularly, but we failed it to continue to pay emi's because of studies expenditure. From starting year to till now our loan account is still in default, per year we cannot paid 3-4 emi's, i have taken all the loan statement from starting yr.2008 to feb, 2016 we paid approx. Rs.10, 39, 000/- as a emi amount, now banker forced us to pay the balanced loan amount of rs.5, 12, 000/- till now, otherwise then will takes legal action on us by paper ads, it will take as auction on our house/ seized. Our current financial situations are out of controlled, but i want to postpone the legal action on us for the certain time period. Is it possible to do that.. Could you please help to come out from this issue.

Hi... Am Bijilal from pattabhiram, Chennai... Before one month I opened one savings account in my name in pattabhiram branch of Syndicate bank... But yet I haven't received my atm card... Today also I visited the branch for atm card by taking a leave from my company(for this purpose only I came to Chennai from Bangalore)... But their response was very irritating and telling us to wait for more 10 days... Why dont they think, We are having rather many business to do except running back of this atm card... Very poor service from Syndicate bank... And now regretting very much to open an account in such a bank

Your one branch is in front of Indira Building, civil line, Allahabad. This branch is attach to Sale tax department indira building, civil line Allahabad. And we are new appointed in sale tax department, so our account in open in Syndicate bank civil line allahabd on 27 February. But they are not giving to ATM card at present date 17/Apr/2016. This branch member is only say wait for few days. We are also have many other works, its depend on ATM card.
So please help us. And we hope to you take action about this branch. And provide to ATM cark us.

1 is this the alternate way of earning money by harassing customers
2 whether the senior banking staff is aware of non opening of 24 hours atm
3 what is rbi policy in this regard
4 either open 24 hours atm or waive off all the transaction charges @ rs 20/- each transaction in my account

On 17th March 2016 I have withdrawn Rs. 20000.00 and my balance amount was above 80000.00 Today I tried to withdraw amount and the balance was shown as 44595.00. This means some unauthorised person has withdrawn cash from my account.

I have taken a CROP LOAN from Syndicate Bank, Barauli, Baldev, Mathura in[protected], Amount Rs-15000/- then this amount will be submit with interest[protected] Amount Rs-16655/- then again loan is repeated and[protected] Amount Rs-17237 will be submit loan again is issue[protected] Amount Rs-15000/- but now Indian Government will be announced that[protected] Kisan Crop loan amount is not payable by kisan, because Indian government will be provide subsidy to Indian Kisan. Mr. OM Prakash is under this subsidy scheme also but his loan amount not will be consider scheme because he is illiterate and some bank employee is scam now and manager sent his private employee (Mr. RAJANA S/o Chhote Lal, Barauli, Baldev) to Mr. Om Prakash home and he said your loan amount is weived[protected] and not payable by you to the bank and demanding Rs-5000/- for weived loan amount. So, Mr. Om Prakash is now think my loan amount is weived by manager and (Mr. RAJANA S/o Chhote Lal, Barauli, Baldev) is totally free otherwise he will ready to submit loan amount but is misguided by Mr. Om Prakash. Now, in 2012 manager (Mr. O.P. Dhanya) is sending private employee Mr. Ramveer Singh for recovery amount and Mr. Om Prakash is going to Branch and finding details about his loan but manager is not provided any details and he say his loan amount is weived. Now, 10, January 2016, manager will sent again his private employee to Mr. Om Prakash Home and he say your loan is pending and Rs-1, 00000/- is immediately paid you in bank then i will go for branch and contact Branch Manager (Mr. S.P. Singh) and tell me he is paid urgently Rs.-47, 141.27/- and your loan amount is not waived. Mr. Om Prakash is very poor and Cancer Patient last 3yrs (S.N. Medical and Cancer Research Center, Agra), helpless person, he has no any Son for help only old couple are lived in a small house. He has no money for his medicines then how can he pay this amount to the bank.His family and economy conditions is very bad. Sir, I submitted challan of Rs. 1, 48, 000 through DD in Syndicate Bank BWSSB Branch, Bangalore on 25/9/2012. towards Karanataka Housing Board (KHB) site allotment instalment. but the bank person entered the amount as 1, 45, 800 and transferred to KHB. KHB received the same on 25/9/2012 and rejected the amount on 28/9/2012 as amount is not matching with DD. upon enquired with KHB, got to know that amount was received, when checked with bank on 28/2/2013, they have not taken any action in last 5 months. upon raising concern, they transferred the corrected amount to KHB. Since last day for paying the instalment to KHB was 30/9/2012 was over and payment was delayed by 5 months, KHB has charged interest of Rs. 8295 including penalty. KHB is holding my site registration until i pay the above interest. I have been to KHB Office many times asking for register my site and even travelled from USA for asking the same. Now I wanted to Syndicate Bank, Bangalore, BWSSB Branch to pay the interest for their mistake. i have visited the branch 4 times, each time they are arguing that it is not their mistake and its a mistake from my side not to follow up on that. Respeced sir/madam i am rosamma, working as a staff nurse in sir ganga ram hospital, in rajinder nagar .I want to compalint aganist syndicate bank, sach a careless bank.I tried to withdraw cash from atm of bank of baroda at karol bagh, but i did not get the cash, i tried to withdraw the amount 2000 +2000, two times.I received the atm slip that the transaction declined and unable to process on the same day.I did not filled the dispute form on the same month becasue i admitted to my hospital for surgery on may 13th for surgery and i went to medical leave for one and half month and when i return from medical leave and updated my bank passbook, i come to know that total 4000 thousand rupees has been deduct from my account, they made to enquire to bank of baroda, but that bank told me to enquire from my parentral bank then i went bank to my bank.They are not solving my problem i want to see the footage why they are delying to show the foortage.Please consider this complain.
