I bought this trimmer from flipkart after using it for 3 months it just stopped working. I just pulg it in charge and it is not charging. I just plugged it for 1 day but then also it didn't started working. So don't know what to do. I charger light is working and it's is also working but the trimmer is not charging. It is battery problem or wireing problem that i don't know. I called at syska help iine they asked me to wash a internal part and again it will start working are they kidding or serious that i don't know. Poor product quality.

    But they can't help me out

    This is syska customer care service
    The customer was fully frustrated for this type of service..
    I m not buy any of the product of syska in future this is my worst experience...
    Please maintain your brand name or improve your service for customer's..

      It's venkatesh from moodbidri mangalore as for complaint registered [protected] since 20/12/2016 and i have couriered my mobile to pune as for information and my courier tracking i'd is b39225617 it's bad sign where i must not purchased your insurance. Right now i don't have my mobile as well as response from your side and the system status shown as job card in process by this i can come to know about system of service.

      I am waiting for response if not i will straight away go to consumer court i think you wan't allow me to do the same...

      Sir i purchased syska led lantern model no SSK RL 3036S dated on 07/02/2019...but after charging it fully its led are sometimes getting much brighter and sometimes getting dimmer and these leds are not given enough light while having 36 leds..

        I have been charging the trimmer for 8 hours but it was only working for less than a minute so I want to you to repair it and there is no service center in andhra pradesh so I hardly need the service from the customer care and I have an warranty too I have bought this product 2 months ago if not repaired please refund my money back to me or repair my trimmer give an exchange this trimmer

          My phone was covered under syska gadget secure unfortunately, my phone got damaged and i filed a complaint on
          They approved the claim but after that, no word on when will i receive the amount, i called the customer care many times yet not received the amount.
          Its been more than 2 years. Not only they didn't give money also they took the phone basically they stole my phone and they are big-time fraud.
          I suggest all of you don't buy any products from the syska...

            They approved the claim but after that, no word on when will i receive the amount, i called the customer care many times yet not received the amount.
            Its been more than 2 years. Not only they didn't give money also they took the phone basically they stole my phone and they are big-time fraud.
            I suggest all of you don't buy any products from the syska

              I purchsed syska ht1309 trimmer from snapdeal and they deliverd me used product and no return request were accepted by snapdeal and now after 2 months of puchasing the product it started overheating and when i went to syska service center they are asking 250 for repairing they are saying that thier is no warranty of blade. It means that blade of syska trimmer has a life of 2 months only after two i will have to pay 250rs is this somekind of joke i purchased a brand so that it will be better than those low quality products but no its worst than that. Suppose i purchased that blade then it will overheat again after two monthes. Replace my product or repair it otherwise i ll go higher bcz i m student and our income is our father and he belongs to middle class. So i request syska to solve it

              Your teammate was saying that snapdeal is a mediator and it cant do anything with it he was saying that i have to pay for repairing it .I just want to ask snapdeal why should i pay if my product is under warranty and i didnt damaged it physically and if syska is a brand then why it started overheating in only three months do snapdeal diliver cheap quality products to thier customer
              Why snapdeal or syska is not taking any action against it . I got a call from snapdeal but they were saying they cant do anything thier work is to only deliver the product and they cant do anything about the warranty .it means snapdeal does not care for thier customer they only know to diliver the product no matter how the cheap quality product it is .snapdeal had written 2 years of warranty but in three the product started heating and syska is saying to how would i pay if you made a cheap quality product .Do something or i ll take another higher and serious action againt it .I m very disappointed with syska and snapdeal

                I brought these headphones, model number h-15 from syska few days back and now one of the sides is not working, the dealer is not accepting it back saying the company does not provide any replacement for the goods. I used syska for the first time, and i am very disappointed by the company and the services. I would want some solution out of the problem as soon as possible. The earphones were brought a few days earlier, and also creating noise in the speaker as well.

                  This is my worst experience with earphones. I generally use samsung earphones, but someone suggested me about syska which according to my knowledge is a reputed brand selling electronic gadgets. So last februray i bought a syska earphone. Within one month after buying, it went out of order. One of the speakers stopped functioning. Then i decided to buy another one. Again i kept myfaith on the brand and went for syska earphone, and again within one month after buying again the same problem arose, one of thespeakes stopped functioning. I have being using using earphones for long time. But my experience with this specific brand is really very bad.

                          I bought syska trimmer through online having 2 years warranty.
                          At start performance of trimmer was very good. But Within less than 6 months i got problems with trimmer. It is not starting even after full charged. Also not able trim hairs as sharply as early it does.

                              Sir, i am vijay kumar from hyderabad. I buied your powerbank on 30th june 2018. I have given my powerbank for repiar to syska service center (As you given me the address i. E, kamal mobiles in dilshuknagar). I have given it on 13th july 2018. I haven't received my powerbank till today. There are saying that they might received powerbank but they don't know where they kept. Instead they are saying that they will give other powerbank (Ambrane). I struggling to get that powerbank from them. I feel so fed up with arging with them either i need my money back or i need my power bank.

                                Mera samsang j2 phone demege ho gya tha jo maine samsang care main theek hone k liye 08-08-16 ko jama karvayea tha jiska claim 27-08-16 ko approve ho gya tha. Or main kafi time se samsang care main chakar lga raha hu jab bhi jata hu jahi keh k bej dete hai ki aapka claim approve nahi hua hai. Jabki mera 4872 rs ka claim approve hua hai.                                   I purchased a Syska HT100 Trimmer for men from Flipkart, on 26th of April, 2018, and it was delivered to me on 2nd May . The product was defective, and it was not charging. My return policy with Flipkart was expired, so i decided to get it repaired by giving it to the service centre. The Syska Service Centre, under the name of " COMPUTER GALLERY SERVICES" at Emall, 1st floor, Room No :- 127 Kolkata 700-072, took the product from me, on 5th July, 2018 and after 26 days, that is on 1st August, 2018, they returned my trimmer back, but the problem was NOT solved. I again gave the product back to the service centre mentioned above on 4th August, ad again when they returned back the product on 11th August, 2018 THE PROBLEM WAS STILL NOT SOLVED. When I asked the senior saleswoman of the above mentioned service centre about the terrible delay, they told me, that THEY DO NOT SOLVE SUCH ISSUES WITH ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES. They has NO answer when I asked them that why didn't they reject my request to repair the trimmer, at the VERY FIRST PLACE. I called up the Syska Customer Care, at[protected] which were UNANSWERED AT FIRST, AND THEN THEY KEPT GIVING ME EXCUSES FOR THE LAST 7 DAYS WITHOUT ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE.

                                    I had lodged claim on 8th December 2016.

                                    They have taken back my handset with all accessories & All box of the mobile.

                                    After taking the handset, they said that the handset is irrepairable & I will received the claim of 50% of the value of the mobile phone.

                                    It is July 2018 & still they have not transferred the claim money to me.

                                    When I ask the customer care they say all formalities have been completed from my side & they are trying their best to transfer the claim money.

                                        While working it got slipped from my hands which resulted in its fall from a table.
                                        Since then it has stopped working.

                                        Its been 3 months up my handset has not delivered to my address ur staff is manupulating me and giving me fake promises that it will come at so and so date But has not come yet now I am frustrated totally until I take some further legal Action against you I Want my handset Repaired in 2 Days at any cost .
