Hello, My phone got damaged on April 9th [Htc desire 816] and the syska person collected my mobile with all documents, they said will get your phone with in 21days, after 21 days that I contacted to the customer care so many times they are not giving me any kind of clear picture of mobile status and they don’t know how to handle the clients, and unnecessary harassing a genuine customer & holding the call intentionally, Finally they said my phone will get delivered on 28th of May, now they are saying the phone is still in the Bangalore service center not came yet. And also says HTC and Sony service centers are not in Mumbai that’s why send my phone to Bangalore service center, whenever I am purchasing the insurance they didn’t said about the htc & Sony service center issues. Still my mobile is not delivered 3 months completed what I should do. Please help me Ashadevi Padmanabhan [Complaint no [protected]]

    I had Given My Gadgets For Repair In Syska Gadget Insurance Claim, My Gadget Was Under Insurance Claim, My Complait Number Is [protected], And Gadget Name -Micromax Canvas Blaze .My Gadget Had Been Damaged I Had Given To Repair That, The Gadjet Had Pick Up On 11/05/2015 By Sushant ( [protected] ) Employees Of Syska Gadget, During Pick Up Time Only I Had Ask That How much Time It Will Take To Repair My Gadgets ?, He Told Naer By 18/05/2015 .Whenever I Call To That Person Or Syska Gadgets Costomer Care, They Always Delay, They Don't Give Any Final Date, Till what Time My Gadgets Will Replace . I request Consumer Help Line To Look Into This Matter, And Try to Delivered My Gadgets As Soon As Possible . Regards, Rahul Jaiswal .

      Dear Sir, Job Card No-[protected] I bought Syska Gadget Secure insurance with my Sony Xperia mobile in Nov 2014. In Feb-2015, some water drop entered in mobile and I found some problem while operating it. I called to Syska on this issue and they collected my mobile after 8-10 days. It is committed by Syska that they will regularly update on the status. I have not received any call neither any update from there end after one month. Then i have started to call them on weekly basis and every time they asked that claim is under process and it will take time. When i asked when i will receive my mobile, they said they can’t commit any date. In every call i got different feedback from their end. In April, they told that it is complete loss of mobile, company told that they will pay 90% of mobile price. They asked to upload cancelled cheque and accordingly i uploaded cancelled cheque. Again i have started to follow-up for the status. In May-15 there was no any update at their end and only said it is under financial process. Today that is on 27-may-15, they said that your claim request is rejected as you have not launched the complain within 48 hrs after the incident. I am very much surprised about the process followed in Syska and after 5 months they are saying like that you should lodged the complain within 48 hrs. They never raised this issue during last 5 months. I really very disappointed with this company and suggest each and every mobile user not to use this product in future.

The agent asked for the syska coupon code or the bar code, on insisting registered the complaint based on my mobile number Generated a CIN Asked to upload on the website the following docs: Phone Bill Copy ID proof - self attested Insurance claim form Deceleration letter (No format is provided on the website) 3 photos 1 from, 1 back and 1 with IMEI Cancelled cheque (not mentioned on the website) Next steps: Need to upload the above mentioned docs on the website Someone will call from their end to collect these documents physically

          Syska gadjet secure is a company involved in carrying out illegal business of providing insurance against damages and theft of mobile phones. It is not registered with insurance regulatory development authority (Irda) of india. As it is not registered with irda, any insurance plans sold by syska is illegal in nature and with a conscious plan of duping those who purchase such insurances.

          I purchased two mobile phones in the month of June 2015 from Reliance digital and out of two phones one got damaged.I called up customer support person and they sent one person to collect the phone.Now he made mistake of registering other IMEI number of the phone and not the one which got damaged and took the damaged phone .My Job Card got rejected.I called up the same person and he asked me to cancel the old complaint and register new one.Till date I am struggling to get my old job card cancel which they are not doing and because of the same they are not registering my new complaint.Now as a customer I lost my Rs.20000/- of phone which is of no use.I also asked If i can reach out to any SENSIBLE person in the company but they are not even sharing numbers and call center representative is not even connecting to the senior person of the call center.             Hello Sir, I had my mobile phone (HTC Desire 820 model) insured with a 'mobile insurance company'. Unfortunately i met with an accident on 14th Dec 2014 and registered a case with the 'mobile insurance company'.Their representative collected my phone from me on 17th Dec 2014 and assured me that me phone will be given back in 21 days. Today, on 4th of Mar 2015, i m still waiting for my phone to reach my hands. When i reach their representatives for last few weeks I have been told that the phone is repaired and will soon be delivered to me. I m really very frustrated with these people and want to get my phone back. Please please please help get my phone back.

            Useless Service by Syska an Insurance of 11300 still pending for approvals from past 35 days who will wait for 35 days for 11K as mobile is Note 5 worth 45K SYSKA INSURANCE is useless 100 % don't buy they are not worth it they are not at all bothered to call or pick up your call their field agents in Mumbai & keep on posting new issues time & time again some new documentation the problem is Just screen crack such a silly complaints requires more than a month then finally a person using a 45 K mobile will usually buy a stand by phone of around 8 to 12 K so whats the use of insurance still complaint is pending and we have to chase them for whats the purpose of insurance required
