    Email id: nitin. [protected]@gmail.com. My samsung s7 edge screen got cracked due to accident and a register my complaint and submitted my phone on 2 january 2017. My claimed get passed on may 28 2017 but after that i have not got any information from them regarding my phone. I call them on regular basis and got responses from them like they will contact me and i have also written so many emails to them and got no response. Till now i have not received my handset.

Whenever i talk to customer care they are just like very soon your complaint will be solved.. Bt still there is no improvement in the case.. I came into contact with manish but still he fails to help me out... Please solve my problem as soon as possible

        Your office received phone and related documents on 27/02/17
        Insurance approval date is 27/02/2017.

        But it is almost a year till today 09/01/2018 i haven't received any refund

        Not even a information from your co. About my case.

        I called on your customer care no. Many times and every time they said that this is under process.

        Pls. Refund my money it or send me a iphone in working condition asap,

        Otherwise i need to look for some legal step.

              My name is denish hamirani.. I have submitted my phone samsung s8 which is damaged from screen edge on 1/11/2017 to syska insurance for claim. But i'm highly unsatisfied with the customer care communication. I'm not getting proper informations of my phone from the company side. And neither they disclose the information about product if i contact them on my behalf. They are not even telling that on which date i will be getting my phone. It's been more than 45 days. Please help me to get my product back as soon as possible.

                My mobile htc desire 526g+ was damged on 17 dec 2015. And i have insurance for it. My complaint no is [protected]. I submitted to your office at villeparle at 11 february 2016. But i haven't received back my mobile till the date today. Many times i contacted and also visited to your office but they gave me the next date. So please you do something and give my mobile back as it is.

                    I have submitted the application on 13/08/2016 to process my claim submission for my stolen mobile 12/08/2016 samsung galaxy s7 edge which was insured by syska gadget secure but they have failed for any timely action and always update saying its under processing though my claim amount is approved. Its been more than a year now but i have not received my claim amount. I have repeatedly enquired regarding the status but they always say its under processing which is not an acceptable behavior from customer service perspective.

                    From last 2 months following these guys on my iPhone 7 screen breakage . My condition follow there complete policy but they are just trying to find ways to reject my claim . Very unprofessional, rubbish answers, its not about 3000 I paid for my mobile insurance but about company working on cheating people . Will never recommend any one .Beware

                      I have mobile samsung s8 and i have bought syska gadget secure along with mobile. My mobile got damage in an accident and i have raised claim with syska on 10oct 2017 then on they have asked so many documents proofs and asked me to courier documents as well and finally approved the claim and asked me to courier my device for further repair and assured to be delivered immediately after repair.
                      I have couriered my device and it has reached them in 24oct 2017 and they updated the status in website saying it is under repair and will be delivered on 1st nov 2017 but then it isn't delivered till now. Their customer service is very unresponsive everytime they just say, we have escalated ur complaint and will look into matter.
                      No firm dates & responses given till now.

My insurance claim is approved on 27/01/2017. Rs. 12637.50 claim approved from company.                               and some time said we are sorry and disconnected.

                                Last year bought syska mobile insurance, and in aug’17 i had registered my complaint under syska as my handset got damage but the team has rejected my claim stating “unable to process the claim as it got crossed more than 48 hr”

                                Incident - i was returning towards my home after having check up of my son on 13-aug-17, while returning to home, a two wheeler hit our scooty, i was unbalance and my handset got fell down, simultaneously a two wheeler came over it, it was all of sudden that i could not recognize what happen. I got scared with this accident and was not in a condition to even call any one.

                                I had called to syska customer care on 16-aug-17, since 15-aug-17 was the national holiday, claim no [protected]". As per syska team i had called the incidence post 48 hr so they are rejecting my claim,

                                I asked 15-aug-17 was the national holiday then how could they include this day in 48 hrs tat, but they had not listen anything, post this i had mailed to the customer care team but could not get positive response.

                                Recently one of my friend has informed that i could registered my claim in consumer forum and where we will get response, that is why now i am registering this complaint with this forum

                                I know the importance of insurance, i took mobile insurance by syska brand name/services & customer value… but these are not matching with each other. As team had not responded on my query why they are including 15-aug-17 while considering tat of 48hr.

                                  I have registered my complaint on september 2015 in theft case.i lost my samsung j7 mobile. I regiatered police complaint also, i registered complaint to syska before 1 year validity. I provided all documents in only one month. and claim has been aproved by syska in november of 2015 but yet not i recieved any amount.. i contacted Customer service nearly 100 times but they are saying same answer again and again. I mailed them so many times they replied same.

                                    I gave the complaint on Syska Gadget secure a few minutes ago so after then I got a call from Syska Gadget company and his name is" Rakesh Sharma" no is "[protected]" so he was taken all the details from me after then he told me that the amount will transfer on my bank account soon after then he was withdrawn 1000 rupees from my bank account
                                    So he was a thief
                                    So i request to Syska Gadget company that kindly take the suitable action against thief company and break the link from complain box

                                    So I request to you kindly help me to collect my cash soon

                                      My mobile is samsung s7 edge and i have bought syska gadget secure along with mobile. My mobile got damage in an accident and i have raised claim with syska in oct 2016 then on they have asked so many documents proofs and asked me to courier documents as well and finally approved the claim and asked me to courier my device for further repair and assured to be delivered immediately after repair. I have couriered my device and it has reached them in april 2017 and they updated the status in website saying it is under repair and will be delivered on march 8th 2017 but then it wasn't delivered then they said due to shortfall there's a delay it will be delivered very soon. From then till now there is no update or even a call from their side and there is no current status and the only source to contact is customer care who don't know anything regarding the company and there is no manager as well. I have been calling them but getting sake response as wait.. And i want my device back immediately.
                                      Even if i send to another country it will come back by now...

                                        I have called more then 10 times to the customer service center.
                                        1. Your customer services are #... Absolutely disgusting.
                                        2. Takes too much time to receive a call.
                                        3. I have filled a complaint to replace my earphone h-15 since sep.
                                        4. # didn't reacted for 1 month.
                                        5. When i called them.. They said the earphone is in warranty and would be replaced.. But no one came. My complaint no. Is acs[protected].
