On 1st November-2017 my handset was physiclly damaged I have done my all process in max1week since 5yrs they had not provide my refundable amount and taken my all gadgets and handset in courier with them, and after calling so many time by customer they give excuses of financial dept. had not pass amount till now, they can not give statement bla bla bla. It is fraud and I m now going to Do Consumer Forum Dept. about it. I m regretting for purchasing insurance of syska.

    I have purchased syska sw300 watch which was faluty. so i submited it to the service center and now the syska team is telling me that the product is not available and provides me some coupon code to buy another syska product. as i apply the coupon code it is showing an error as invalid code. i want my refund back it is frustrating as i am trying this from September 15 2022 and till date there is no satisfying response from syska

        I bought syska's sw320 smart watch by flipkart replaced the one that got damaged within 3 days with 7 days replacement warranty That watch got damaged again after 7 days I filed a complaint by the customer care of the company on 9th August who picked up my product on 19th August and they said that it will be replaced within 15 days but today 15 days My product has not been done by the company, I have to make a complaint for it.

          I have requested for replacement for the defective syska product on 28th, May 2020. there Turn Around Time is 20 day as confirmed by them on call but still the have not replaced the product. when ever i speek to them every time they only say it will take some time and not doing something.
          i have a long trail mail regarding this that is attached to the complaint please check.
          it passes more than 70 days. please do the needful to get it resolved.

            I hereby the customer of your insurance company SYSKA gadget secure in which I had secured my handset CIN No: [protected] SAMSUNG SM-A500G purchased on 08/03/16.
            The phone was damaged accidently and there was physical damage to the phone.
            For this reason I claimed for the insurance from the company and logged the complaint to the company about the same on 28/09/16.I had contacted the dealer, the insurance agent, the company's customer care number everywhere
            but the response was not satisfactory for the refund of my money.
            I had claimed it within the time slot of the covering of the insurance.I had purchased the phone on EMI as I am not a very rich men.Please see to it responsibly and proceed further for the refund of my money.Please find the attachment of concerned documents below.

              I have purchased SYSKA Trimmer model Number HD 1620 from Shiv Gauri General Store Jodhpur on 13/03/2022.

              now within a month the same stopped working. i went to shiv Gauri store and asked them to help me, but the shop was very badly behaved staff who did not even talked to me properly and rudely said go to syska care.

              my concern in why syska is authorizing such shops to sale their product when they are behaving rudely to customer and second where is after sales service.

              second, customer must have ease of dealing with seller when there is some product fault.

              i want the product to be replaced completely and that to be delivered at home as such shopkeepers are not wort to sale product of a good company like Syska, such shop keepers are destroying name of your good company in market.

                The trimmer is showing a blue round led image appearing when switched on along with the full battery icon. And when charged the round led keeps being there with the charging symbol.

                    I have purchased a trimmer HT 200 pro on 11.2.2022 from Jyoti Electricals, Bahadurgarh vide bill no. 460. While I opened this product to use, I found that the charger point of this product is not working.
                    The next day I visited the shopkeeper to replace the product, but he refused to do so and gave me your customer care number to complain. I have called and submitted my complaint vide number RVCCR2202EE300013. One week has been passed but no response from company service centre.

                      I have bought a Syska SW200 smartwatch from Flipkart on dated 11th June'21. It was fine in first 3 months and now having below issues.

                      * It restarts abruptly more than 20 times day.
                      * Power button doesn't works
                      * Battery backup reduced from 10 to 3 days due to auto reboot
                      * Music Controller doesn't functions

                      I called customer care on 15th October twice but they told that our local agents will contact you but they didn't. Later on 13th of November the complaint got registered (RVCCR2110RVS00361) but device pickup location was wrongly updated by the SC agent due to which another one month got wasted and lastly it was picked up on 20th of December (RVCCR2112RVS00112) and till now there is no update or solution I've received so far from anyone and i 've been escalating to support.[protected]@syska.co.in but no there is no response from anyone except an auto mailer.

                        I have purchased a charging cable from Mekhal Enterprizes Jabalpur MP on 24 Jun 2021.
                        at the time of purchase the dealer assured me of a 6 month warranty on the product from the date of purchase.
                        cable is being cracked ( Pic attached ) on both points
                        Today on 9 Dec 2021 i went to dealer for replacement as it is manufacturing fault
                        cable is being cracked within 6 month due to quality issue .

                                  I bought 1 led lamp from reliance super market on 2nd oct 2021...from fay one lamp not charging... I put complain to your customer care service.
                                  Complain done few times but there is no satisfaction at toll free number and your staff come at my home on 4th oct. 2021 he comes but there is no solution..he said our other technician will visit and replace that products. From 4th oct 2021 there are no one visit and replace my product... As i am unable to use the product . I am asking for it to customer care service many times and there are no satisfactory answer given by them. I request them to transfer call to the seniors but they refuses...really to much bad experience with syska... I will never purchase syska product in future and never recommended to any one for buy this company any product.

                                    I had a complaint against the product about the button pressing as it was not working so they had my product pick-up for repair but soon I came to know that they had it repaired from a vendor not a authentic syska workshop and later on when I received my product after 1 month of long delay they send me the watch whose button was still not working and area near the watch being damaged. I have launched the complaint again it's been more than 2 weeks now and yet to have any solution, all they say is we are working on resolving the issue and yet no action taken till now.

                                        Brought two Syska Bolt SW200 watches on July 12 2021. After a month o[censored]sage, the power button got stuck in pressed position of both watches. Complained to CUSTOMER care on 21st Aug 2021. The watch was shipped to Syska with ticket nos RVCCR2108RVS00605 & RVCCR2108RVS00607

                                        Then, I received the watch after 20 days but the repair work done in the watch is absolute garbage. The back plate of the watch is not fitted flush with the body and has a gap in between from where water can get inside the watch easily.

                                        My warranty is getting lapse due to unacceptable ### repair. The guys at the CUSTOMER care are only sending the same mail over and over again. 45 days have already passed and still they are unable to provide useful resolution.

                                        Never going to recommend & buy anything that says 'Syska' on it.
