WRONG BILLING --Account Number - [protected], Iyyappanthangal, Bharaniputhur Location.

Meter reading for the period May-June 2021 was taken on 20/6/2021 by TNEB employee and Was surprised to see units consumed and the bill amount charged. the details are as below.
Current reading - 6670 units
Previous reading - 6050 units
unit consumed -620
Amount to be paid Rs.2502/-

I am not in the house for more than a year now last day Due to Covid i moved to my Home Town and working from Home till today. I am suprised to see the units consumed. Last day i visited my house was on 19th March 2021 i came early morning and returned on the same day 19th Night.

Could you please check and let me know how to overcome this issue.

    Dear sir
    I am living in MCB Blossom Rich, mettupalaiyam village, kannapalaiyam panchayat, chennai-77. Here more then 50 families living and 14 houses are in under construction. We are facing power fluctuations from 130 to 160 getting and our valueable thinks getting damaged. Three month back we addressed our issue in CM complaint app for new separate transformer and they accept our request. Our EB person came and chosen the place to put new transformer. We have given request through our association letterhead. But still no action taken and no progress. Kindly take immediate action based on our complaint.
    Our EB office is located at parivakkam. Thank you very much.

      I have provided incorrect reading value and paid d money

      Address: W/O.Krishnamoorthi, Dr.No:10/246a1,Opp.Balaji Theature, Doddampalayam.

      Dear Respective officer,

      During the covid situation reading not collected by Eb staff. I have collected KV value provided to EB, instead of KW and also I have paid rs:888.I have noticed and informed to EB staff for changing the reading . Strictly EB staff told they are not able to change reading and refund the payment. Kindly do the needful....

      WRONG BILLING.
      1. Meter reading for the period May-June 2021 was taken on 21/6/2021 by TNEB employee and Was surprised to see units consumed and the bill amount charged. the details are as below.
      Current reading - 9840 units
      Previous reading - 8690 units
      unit consumed -1150.
      Amount to be paid Rs.6070/-

      2. Since the amount was high, I checked the reading & found that 9840 relates to KVAH. Actual Power consumption (kwh) was 9421 only.
      with this finding, units consumed becomes 731 only and the amount to be paid is Rs.3298/-. That means a overbilling of Rs.2772/- (423 units)

        There was power outage in Sayalgudi today from 9:30 to 2 :00 pm. Still no power tried to call EB department. Nobody picked my call.

            There is a power cut for my area from last 2 months 6 to 7 times per day kindly take the action immediately there is a lot of problems in their agricultural lands in my area due to electricity problem

              In our area we facing power cut form morning itself without any pre notification. This is the working day for all the students and employees. This long term power shutdown will affect our official life. Please take an action and provide the power supply.

                Ponni nagar, karambakkam, Porur facing low voltage issues every night without fail. This issue is there for many years and no steps taken to solve this permanently. Voltage meter goes less than 170 and keep fluctuating always. Because of this ac, laptop, mobile etc are getting damaged. Till 2 am midnight everyday this issue this happening, kindly check solve this issue permanently.

                    ELECTRICITY BILL FOR APRIL & MAY 2021 months with bill date 04/06/2021 for Consumer No [protected] generated FOR AN AMOUNT OF RS.6664/- . But the flat is door locked from 03/04/2021 to 19/06/2021 and we were out of station. This bill assessment was not done with correct meter readings and hence please rectify.

                        I had applied for the shifting of EB Transformer erected in front of my plot in Sree Mahalakshmi Nagar, Kallakurichi.                               Hi, this is Saran, staying in Ram nagar, 1st cross street, peravallur, ch-82. And this complaint for daily power cut problem happening in our street even most in night times lk 11.30 or 12am to 1 or 1.30 am. This is not really fair, we typically paying every EB bill as on or before every due dates. So kindly sort out this as soon as possible. Thank you

                                  Sir. This is to inform you about the difficulty we as a whole area is facing due to the frequent power cuts. It is so embarrassing as the power supply is cut short many times during the entire day. For the past one month the whole area is witnessing regular power cuts. People are so fed up of this. At night times and during the wee hours of the morning also we are witnessing frequent power failures through out our area.. This problem should be addressed immediately. Pls sort out this problem as soon as possible.

                                    Hi, please try to check my electricity bill for this month as I received 3000 rs . We never paid more than 1000 rs in summer for any year. This time it’s 3 time higher . Please check and resolve immediately. Last cycle we paid less than 1000 rs.
