Dear Sir,
I’m an Idea prepaid subscriber . Daily from my balance Rs 2/- is getting deducted and I just wanted to avoid that. Also request you to let me know the customer care contact number for the same as there is no option of speaking to customer care guy when you dial [protected].
sir i got a job employment order from sree Ganapathy engineering from coimbatore, in that letter i saw that u also one of the company tie up with that, bt i gone through the website, i can found that, they are the number one cheating consultancy from Tamilnadu.so i want to know that, whether it is true or not? Plz send me a good answer...

    Hi

    I have been working with TCS for almost 3 years now, and hence have a reasonable amount in my PF account. However, I am now going for higher studies, and so leaving the company. TCS now wants me to withdraw the PF amount (after deduction of 20-30% tax), even though I am willing to leave the money with the PF account for the next two years.

    Had the PF account been with the Central Govt of India, I could have left this money untouched for two years, and used the same account after that. But since Tata Sons keeps its own money in a Trust, I am facing a loss of 20-30% of my hard earner PF amount, which seems very unfair.

      Mine is a prepaid one. Today was the last date of the validity.And, in addition to recharging, i wanted to change the plan to lower down my STD call rates.Called Customer care in mumbai, Kiran Thok from Airtel gave the following information :
      Recharge Plan : 95/-
      Talktime: 0.00
      Validity: 30 days.
      STD call : 1Re
      Local call : 50p

      I got a 95/- recharge immediately.
      Now, it's after 12 and my phone is not working. I call Airtel again n the other agent told me that in 95 plan, VALIDITY is also 0 days.

      Now, i was expecting an official call from US at 11:45( the reason for which i got it recharged).

      May i know what's happening in Airtel. Aren't the agents working there provided enough training?? Why r they being paid for. His 1 mistake has landed me in so much of trouble. Who's gonna answer that and pay for the damage. I want an answer and that agent, Kiran Thok, out of AIRTEL, so that other ppl dnt get this.
      ABE CHutye VALIDITY is for the scheme.

        Dear Sir,
        I have taken a corporate post paid connection for Airtel [protected]/9077, and the same is rejected in airtel system for verification report as SHIFTED, the address is of Mumbai, of a flat owned by me, having my name plate, while i first tried to confront same on customercare, the lady said she cannot help me nor can take my complaint against the verification executive.. and asked to take it to the dealer from wre i got the connection, when i spoke to the exec (6/3/2008) Manoj - [protected], he said it will be fixed in an hrs time, he also gave me his senior Acc Manager Sagar's no [protected], who again said it will be fixed immediately.. since then i am trying their nos.. but no one picks up my phone calls and till date 13/3/2008 problem is not fixed .. i m too irate with the situation but dont know who will fix this up for me..
        Also if this is passed on to airtel personnel, i recommend some serios action on the gentlemen mentioned above.

          Hi,
          I m writing a mail on behalf of my uncle
          Mr Avinash Ranpise.

          We have taken Airtel postpaid connection from Government 199 Rs Plan.
          we have given 600 Rs as Deposit one month back and still the card has not activated.

          Our Mobile no is [protected].

          Now we are facing one another problem where we have received
          Mobile bill for another mobile no.
          The Mobile no is [protected].

          I think you have entered wrong mobile no against Mr Avinash which reflects negligency and lack of efficiency in your work.

          Please cancel our Postpaid connection and kindly refund the Deposit.

            Actually I have got a Wagon-R Lxi and this car is continuously giving me some problems for past one and a half years, I have been regularly visiting your workshops here in Noida (Vipul and Motorcaft) for the same, The issue is my car is being pulled towards left and people from Vipul and Motorcraft have tried n number of time to fix it but they are not able to do that. I have taken my car to Vipul and Motorcraft for at least 12 time in past 18 months to get it fixed, People at Vipul are just not willing to talk to me even , They are so very rude that as a customer I would never prefer to visit that place , I got my car’s wheel alignment done at Vipul and they said it is now fine but half an hour later when I got it checked at Motorcraft it was really in bad shape.Altough I registered a complaint with Maruti regarding this and Mr.Shobhit was looking into the matter , He tried his best but I am just not satisfied with the performance of my car , My car is coming out of warranty in Feb 2008 , And really do not want any issues after that also .Whenever the alignment is done at Motorcraft the car goes fine for 100 KM , But after 100 Km it again starts giving me same problem , I don’t ride on bumpy roads as I ride in Noida and Delhi only so the roads are also good.
            As a customer I am really unhappy with my cars performance and Maruti’s after sales service. This will lead me to buy another Non-Maruti car in future .The relationship between me and Maruti has been sour.
            I have no idea weather you are the correct person to talk for all this, but if you can’t do anything about this plz do me a favor, Plz cascade it to the higher management.

              Hello,

              This is Shreeja,my husband & i had applied for Axis Bank Credit Card thru Subramany,he did not give us the Application Reference # he told that the credit cards are approved asked to call him the next day when my husband called he informed that he will call back as we did not receieve any calls and neither did he receieve our calls after repeatedly calling him i called him from a different number he gave us the number of another person Sudarshan who asked to mail the details our date of birth & the month that we applied for the card to his personal e-mail i.d & Axis e-mail i.d which i did but today when my husband called him he states that he's out of office for the past 3-4 days therefore could not check his mail.I'm worried because what if somebody has receieved them & started using it for which we have to pay please look into this matter & resolve it as soon as possible.

              TCS — UNWANTED CALL

              please take care of the problem.

                I got a new debit card as the old one was swallowed by the ATM machine. but i did not get the PIN for the new card. I called the customer service and after some days i got the PIN. This PIN did not work and after few days I tried it again and i got the message that the card has been disabled. I am not able to make any transactionsand I am fed up of calling the customer service again and again.
                I am not sure whether this compalint will help me or not.

                TCS — Did not recieve KIT

                I deposited the check in month of 16th ofFebrary and amout of 500 was debuted from my account.I have already talked on this issue with Reliance people (Rahul and Sanjeev emailidsanjeev.g.[protected]@relianceada.com)But no response from them no body is helping me out. It has been more than 3 months. I dont understand how long it will take for my account to get activated.
