    Recently I Am Selected In TCS Walkin Drive And Received My Offer Letter Two Days Back, Which Says I Must Accept It Within Seven Days Which I Really Want To. I Am Also Planning To Resign My Current Job In Few Days. But Here Comes The Issue Of BGC Of TCS. I Have Heard That My Current Company And TCS Have Some Legal Issue, Because Of Which My Current Company Is Totally Against Of Their Employees Who Applies To TCS Jobs Or Got Placed In TCS. Now When BGC Happens, I Think TCS Calls The Current Employer Of The Employee For The Confirmation Of The Current Company. But In My Case Where My HR's Are Totally Against This, I Have A Strong Feeling That They Will Not Give Positive Response For Me. And In This Case When My Current Company HR Will Come To Know That I Attempted For TCS, They Might Create Problem To Give Me My Experience Letter. I Have Also Given Reference Of Two Of The Employees Of My Current Organization With Good Understanding. I Would Like Two Know Couple Of Things. 1. TCS Calls Current Employer For BGC, Or Just Confirm It From Reference I Have Given At The Time Of Interview? 2. What Will TCS Do In Case My Current Companies HR Gives Negative Response. (I Know They Will, Not Because I Am Bad But Because They Have Some Issues With TCS). If my verification fails, even when I am employee of TCS, I know I will be asked to leaves company at that vary moment. This process should be completed before providing the offer letter. Its basically not a complaint, just few queries I have which I think only a TCS person from the concerned department can asnwer.

    I a marking this resolved because I had a word with the HR manager of TCS and was told that it is a mandatory process. and I agree every organization should conduct such process in order to check the background. I will be going throgh all the process of BGc and try my best to clear it.

There was a problem with my previous employer.So I was asked to resign immediately on spot.       My Tracking id is 999248051509100027710. My Current PF transfer status shows 'Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office'. The status has been the same from Sep 2015. Please note my transfer has been approved by both previous and current employer.


      Kindly let me know when the PF amount will get transferred to my account ? Also let me know if anything needs to be done from my side?

            I went to the psk office today, and after issueing of token i had to go outside because of some urgency, and then i was told to submit my file before going out, i requested the same with Mr.Pankaj Pandey/Upadhyay i am not sure about the name, he told me that i was not allowed to go outside, then i asked him why is it so, he started talking badly to me and also threatened to tear apart my file if i will argue upon this. And also they were not giving feedback form, after requesting for several times they gave it to me, but i dont think it will reach further, so i took a photo of it. I am very upset with the behaviour of the particular staff, and also no one was there to listen to my complaint

              TCS in Daccan Towers, Hyderabad. Lady bosses harassing lady employees. compelling to work until 11.00PM daily Lady boss leave office before 8.00 PM, by passing instructing to sit and complete the work until it finishes. Lady boss is having her car and will go by 7.00PM. Other staff has to leave after 10.00 PM, where by they don't get food. if they are in working women hostel and it is danger to hire taxi / auto at late night hours

                No network in Infopark Kochi !.. Infopark is the IT center in Kochi. It is a shame airtel 2g does not work here. I have already raised a porting request. I am recommending my friends and every one I know that use airtel to either port and not to go for any new airtel connection in Kakkanad are. I dialled *123*9# and activated data pack. No confirmation SMS for half an hour. Tried the same two more times, only to realize my balance was getting deducted everytime with no activation of the data pack. Customer service is not helpful at all. Sometimes they say I should have enabled my data raoming. I mean 'for 2g'- why should I keep data roaming on. ? And this has worked earlier. Works at times, does'nt work other time. No resolution whatsoever from customer service. There should be a portal where we can complain and get compensation. Such loot from one customer per location can make these stupid service providers rich overnight!!!

                  Mr. Sandeep Chamoli the great HR in TCS gurgaon location was not only arrogant but not interested in having any conversation with me. He sent me back from my scheduled interview for no solid reason. Ridiculous HR I have ever seen. Scenarion was like this: I am being the job seeker reached to the interview venue before an hour of the interview. No one was having the information about my interview somehow I managed to get in touch with my HR contact Person the great "Mr. Sandeep Chamoli ". When I reached to him he was so busy with his work that he stayed on his desk kept me stand there only didn't even see who I am and asked for the resume and EAF form. I told him see on yesterday late evening only i received the interview call and needed to come here early morning so do not have the hard copy please help me and take out print out from your office only. "Mr. Sandeep Chamoli " not only refused to do so but also showed absolutely an interest in even turning back and giving sometime to me. He completely made me feel like a beggar . I am unable to understand if you are HR so at least do your job properly why I mean why so much of arrogance and non sense behavior.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, My name is S.BHUVANESH (I am a MALE) and I am from Erode District (Chennimalai – 638051). Hereby I wish to tell, TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES concern FRAUD. Yes, I was selected in that concern during the year 2008 under campus interview in my final year B.SC (computer science) and I finish that degree in 2008 [FIRST CLASS WITH DISTICTION]. TCS concern selected me and gave assurance letter in 2008, but didn’t call me to join more than one and half years. During June 2009 I got call from TCS and they asked me to join next month which means July 2009. I already waited and waste more than one and years for this job in my life. But, TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES gave training through consultancy [TEKNOTURF] present in Coimbatore from ( July 2009 to November 2009). After those four months, HR and Training managers asked me to write resignation letter. Without putting me in any projects, TCS told me to write resignation letter. And the saddest thing is that I have to write letter of my own will, yes it’s true this is their [HR and Training managers] order. I was really shocked and out of tears in eyes. I was totally out of mind in that situation. But, my HR and Training managers pushed me and got resignation letter from my hands. And throw out of that training institute like waste paper. In that moment, I commit about suicide but thinking about my beautiful family I drop that decision. So, from this I finally wish to tell that TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES is hiring candidates for company sake and throw away employees like waste paper. Moreover, TCS is doing like this to show fraud accounts to income tax office and get good name in the IT sector. While I throw from that fraud concern TCS, the HR gave me RELEASE LETTER and SERVICE CERTIFICATE. In that they mark my name is MS BHUVANESH S. Now, you can understand why I mark as I am a male in the first paragraph. The training managers and HR now even know I am a male or female in those four months, how can they evaluate me. It’s all my fate. Anyhow, past is past. All now I need is legal and acceptable compensation from TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES for the misbehaviour of that concern. And I want all certificates in correct format (MR BHUVANESH S) to my residential address. Because TCS totally buried beautiful life and it gives many tortures mentally and as well as physically. For the further reference, I attach the photos of wrongly printed certificates of mine which I got from TCS. In the year 2009 the concern SATYAM got locked due to scam. In the same year TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES doing the same, but one small difference is TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES did scam as less when compared to SATYAM. That is the reason why TCS got escaped. But, anyhow scam and fraud is always a punishable thing whether it is small or big. If any good hearted persons who is really working for the truth please consider this issue and bring my legal compensation and other certificates from TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES as soon as possible.                       I have ordered a watch from provogue under an offer from ICICI bank. Provogue has deducted an amount of 299 from my account on 1st August 2015. The status of my order as of 21st August 2015 is Processing and this has been in processing from the order date and its been 21 days. The customer care numbers provided are also not working (either it says busy or no one attends).I looked for every possible customer care number but none of the no.s are functional. My order number is[protected]. I want my product asap or i want the refund in my account.

                        I observe the deduction of 746.66 rupees from my HDFC Bank account stating providing narration as DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL[protected] with reference no: [protected] on 12 Aug 2015 withdraw of rupees 746.66. Whereas never use DMAT account even a single time. Spoken with Demat Phone banker, they are not able to do any thing. They are asking me to close the Dmat Account.                           Hathway [censored]ed me with the fake and false statements committed at the time of taking connection and the use less uneducated customer care executives, they say the speed is 50Mbps but I am not even getting 20Mbps . Also they change the Internet plans without noticing the customer . This is totally waste of money and time . I hate Hathway.. It sucksssssssss. Ramesh is a scoundral, he is the one who is the representative in Hyderabad Chandanagar area and will never attend or respect your calls once the connection is taken. He will not take any action on the compliants

                            Madam/sir, I visited PSK Thane on 05 August 2015 for fresh passport. There i faced Ms. Gaikwad and Mr. Panchal who looking after document verification at PSK Thane. Bothe the said TCS employee are behaving rude, insulting me on the basis of region and not giving me the reason for rejecting my APN. I requested them for give me reason for rejection my form but they close the door and dare me to complain anywhere. sir, please ask them to behave properly and listen to custome also. There is no rule of law and no body is there to listen our problem. TCS employee Ms. Gaikwad and Mr. Panchal are just behaving like GUNDA and DON. Pathetic service by TCS employee specially Ms. Gaikwad and Mr. Panchal at PSK Thane. They have no fear of law and rule. Just uncontrolled ... Regards, (Brijesh Yadav)

                                HI I had seen one of the advertisement posted by Ritesh Gupta HR Executive (RMG) Emp id:843020 in SAPpass.com and called him. He said that he is recruiting through Ref.quota as per Management Basis Recruitment cycle, should pay the money 1.3 lac to get this offer. Apart from this as a last step of 156-LR Policy of TCSL, should pay 49k as judicial and non judicial mutual bond for 18th months of job security of RMG. Provided below bank account details to deposit the money. RMG Head Niranjan sir a/c details Canara bank a/c:[protected] Niranjan banik branch: HABRA DP code: 4980 I deposited the amount then he conducted telephonic interview(2 rounds).mobile communication chat which I made with him from 5 Aug 2014 onwards. I received an offer letter on 12 Aug 2014 with joining date 28 Dec 2014 from [protected]@tcs.com again on 20 Dec 2014 received modified batch mail stating joining date 6 july 2015. I haven't get any further communication on this. I contacted him through mail (ritesh.[protected]@yahoo.com & riteshkumar.[protected]@tcs.com) and mobile no.( [protected], [protected]), he didn't respond. Next Monday is the joining date so I called to workstation number[protected], after 2 days continuous calling at last he responded yesterday and said that It is fake offer letter.                                   Hi, I am writing in regarding my experience at the PSK, Andheri (dt:26/5/15). My grievance is with regards to the incompetency of TCS personnel managing the PSK at this branch for facilitating the passport services. My child suffers from cerebral palsy (90% disability). I had applied for my daughters passport renewal (application ref 15-[protected]) and unfortunately chose the Andheri branch for processing the application. The people at this branch had no consideration for disabled children and their families. The issuance of token(first stage of passport application processing) was managed by people who were highly insensitive to both old age people and disabled people. They were rude and forthright in telling that waiting will have to be done ( i ended up waiting for over 4 hours to process my application from start to finish). There is little understanding of the challenges a family faces when managing a child who has more than 90% disability. The TCS employees seemed oblivious to this. What pains is that a system exists to prioritize such cases but is not being followed. I had to plead and explain my situation at every stage to get things moving. I sympathize with the fact that there are way to many people to manage which is a huge challenge in itself but in that case the number of appointment needs to be regulated. Also at one point i was told by a lady that "we've had over hunderd people in the disabled/old age counter". Is that an argument to keep them waiting. If it cannot be handled then why run a place. I had high hopes with TCS managing the place but my hopes were dashed today. I heard a number of people citing examples that other centers managed by TCS are in better hands. The time period for processing the application was four hours. This is long for a normal person let alone the family of a disabled child. There is little to no provision for the old age/disabled people (i.e. chairs are very limited). The lines are ill managed and no body to coordinate. There is no one to explain the process. Each one seems to do their job and ask to go to next counter. The cafteria food was limited and got over. I felt the place was run by a govt agency and not a private company of the repute of TCS. My sincere request is to sensitize your employees to the plight of old age and disabled people. I would be very keen to hear from TCS so i could explain better my experience. A lot of improvement is required on part of TCS.
