I was also working for TCS e-serve for past 4 years. As told by my Supervisor I have served 1 month notice period Cos i was getting married. I Gave resignation on 10 dec 2010 and my last working day was 10 Jan 2011.

HR told me to contact them for settlement 45 days after LWD. But thinking that it takes time i contacted them in 1st week of april. Its been 4 months since my LWD and have still received proper Revert from HR. Last revert i received was 12 May 2011 asking for my last working day which was already confirmed many time. As you know I am been connected with concerned people working in the company.The constraint now is that people with whom I am connected will not be in the selection-panel personally when you attend the selection-process on ( Aug 13th & Aug 14th ).Reason for this is they have been put into other selection-panels by the ADMIN.. I have been intimated by the concerned people that it will not be much favourable for them to concentrate on your selection-process.

Let me explain you clearly risk involved in attending process with out help of my concerned people.

1.) My concerned people are the ones who will take care of your selection even if you perform average..
2.) Even after getting into company during your training period in any case if you are not able to perform upto company standards it is my concerned people who is going to take care.
3.) Finally if any goes wrong after your selection it is my concerned people again who will ba handling everything and see that you are not in trouble.

Finally I have decided that it will not be comfortable for us to go for selection-process by this week-end.This is because I do not want to take any chance. I am very much keen on completing process successfully with this company don't want to waste chance which is there with us right now..

Yes I do accept that it has been long time ( more than one month)since we have started up the process.Even after such long time I am looking very much keenly to finish the process without failure this time. I'm working with Tata Consultancy Services. We are forced to work for 10 hours (includes1 hour break) without any extra pay and sometimes even asked to come on a Saturday. Although our client has the work hour as 8/day, the Project Managers are forcing us to work for long hours. They also claim that this is as per the law and even the HR claim the same. I suggest that the Labour Department issues a notice to all the HR concerned that they cannot force the employee to work for extra hours. This is not only the case with TCS but with many other IT companies.

I am from Bangalore and been using Airtel from past 5+ years. I came to Mumbai on office work for 2 months. I got a message from Airtel saying to submit my documents again. I had submitted the proper documents when i got a connection. As i am in Mumbai and will be back to Bangalore only after 1 month i am totally helpless. When i called a customer care 121 its going to Maharastra call center and the customer care guy denied to help me and asked me to call Karnataka customer care. I am not able to call [protected] or [protected] from cel. I got a short notice of 2 days and i am asking airtel people to help but not getting any assistance. Can i get it activated for another 1 month so if required i can submit when i am in Bangalore.

I worked with tcs eserve for around 2 years but when i reisgned it was declared as termination i want to know how can i get my provident fund amount.

I resigned from TCS , Kolkata on 7th June and submitted a domicilary claim of Rs 5000 on 4th June 2010 . I have not received any claim till date.Attached below it the conversation exchanged with TCS Medi assist Team.

This is shameful on the part of TCS as on how they treat their employees.
