Respected sir,
i am an employee of tcs-e.serve, mathura road, new delhi working in bucket 0,1 credit card collections.
i am working here since 17th Aug,2007 . i have been working here as a trainee as i am undergoing graduation,and by the time of interview when i was being asked about stability due to this,i made it very clear will not leave this place and will work very hard. all i require is leave at the time of my examination,but could not get the confirmation as HR Ruchika said will try for that if you are performing well,and have done a fantastic job during my tenure,
as have always given no's below target,and infact overachieved every target given,be it call,wrap,pp,pk.
finally i asked my supervisors Malti,Chaitanya and samita for leaves,i was under an impression that after performing so well i need not ask HR will ask my supervisors directly for that and have done that. they firstly asked me fr my date sheet i hv mentioned i need leaves from 30th May 2009
for 17 days.
they said will confrm later and never replied me for that finally when day approached from when i need leave i went to my sprvsr and tld her i won't be cmng fr 17 days as i have exams and have told before about that.
she straightaway said if want may go for leaves but will not allow for that and will abscond you,i was very depressed finally i went to Ruchika and tld her about that she said ok you may go for leaves, iwill talk to supervisiors. I did accordingly,but when my exams were over on 15th june,i called Ruchika and tld her I am coming back from tomarrow, she said will confirm me from when to come,i said ok.
But after 10,15 days,I got an abscond letter, i was very tensed i called ruchika immediately after that she accepted said they have absconded me and i cannot come,i was surprised to hear this from her. i said mam you yourself confirmd me for that than how can you do this now,she said all supervisors have decided about it,it was however too difficlt fr me to accept this but i anyhow did so,i said ok if this is the case please allow me to get relieved then,she said ok let me check it with your supervisiors, i kept on waiting for her response for 4 months but when she never contacted me i called her and asked her for the situation,she straightaway said we can't give relieving as have absconded you from services,i was very disappointed by her response and the way she responded me,that's why finally i have no other way out rather than writing you this mail,i just want a fair judgement for me,plz help me in getting the right thing done so that i may get my relieving properly,as i have never even dreamt of all this to get happened.
I am now being a vintage employee not able to justify myself because I am being punished for no reason .
So, I am just expecting you to help me out somehow and get me proper immediate relieving from my current organization.

I APPLIED FOR RELIANCE ONE CARD PAST 3 MONTHS BACK. AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTING APPLICATION, I RECEIVED A TEMPORARY CARD BEARING NUMBER [protected] .
BUT IT HAS BEEN ALMOST MORE THAN 3MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY PERMANENT CARD YET.

i am an employee of tcs e.serve new delhi mathura road working in bucket 0, 1 credit card collections.
i am working here since 18th oct.06, spent more than 2.5years, my initial days and experiences here were so enriching that i have never even dreamt of leaving this place ever.But since last 6, 7 months our office atmosphere is been so worst that an employee can never even think about being here anymore,
i would like to name the main calprits they are our current supervisors-malti bajaj, samita thakur, chaitanya dutta, who have a favourate line to shre in every team meat that they will take our happiness for no cause.
an employee can in these circumstances can just think of leaving out of such a place but the irony is they are not even letting us leave as well, we were in a morning shift had targets of 230calls some 70contacts and 22pp, s which is now revised for no reason, they have made our shift hours from 7am to 5:30 and at times from 7am to 7pm as well call targets are revised we are been given an unachievable drr target of 20lacs a day without completing which anyone can not leave even if have any emergency happens and at the month's end we are been told that since you have not performed well so your incentives have not come and same is going on for the last 3, 4 months after doing an extreme long shift of 15, 16hours we a 2.5 years vintage employee is getting a salary of 10, 11k.
i have had some medical problem was suffering from jaundice 4months back explained it to all my supervisors was expecting at least some cooperation at that bad time and from them stared getting calls after 7days saying that you have just 7medical leaves so will have to join immediately otherwise will have to either pay for leaves or will be considered as an unscarred. as a result i somehow managed to come back after 10days but my body could not allow me to stretch after 5.30 which my supervisors did not like and as a result asked me to be on permanent dialer however I was a part of crack team before and this was not it they have due to that extended my promotion as well.
after all this mental and physical pressure I have planned to resign and I did the same on 9th April 09, as per that my last working day should be just after 2monts I had to somehow take some 4 medical leaves in between as a result my notice was extended till 13th June and i as the companies policy says was ok with that but this was not it, my supervisor malti bajaj kept on compelling me to sign a retention letter which I never wanted but she given me wrong promises that will make shift if my body is not capable in an extended shift to be 7-2 which is never implemented till now and for the last year she is wrongly been committing me for my promotion and same she did now as well, but when she realized that i am not going to be convinced now she said if you wont sign it we will never let you relieve from here and I under so much compulsion had to sign that letter, but have done that jut 5days back that was on 8th. But I was under a dilemma as was not able to justify myself
so have started looking for a new one and have luckily got that on 11th, i very politely went to my supervisor explained the situation asked me to relieve and consider that retention letter to be void, but it was she, did the same as was expected came back to me said since you have signed it now wil have to again go through a 2 months notice, I explained them again that have to join them from 15th so I cant please let me go now but they clearly said its your own take if want to go now but if you did so will abscond you from here and will never get a relieving in future after all this I approached my HR lady ruchika as well but got the same response from her as well.

I am now being a vintage employee not able to justify myself because I am being punished for no reason .
So, I am just expecting you to help me out somehow and get me proper immediate relieving from my current organization.

I dont agree with your case Siddhant, as TCS-Eserve believe and follow proper Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Dear Sir,

This is regarding the complaint about interview selection
panel. I came for an interview to TCS (Velachari) office on 06/02/2010,
Saturday. I had been waiting for 3 hours to reach the registry section. They
had seen my TCS registration paper and said, you are disqualified because of
there is some educational breakage in your carrier. I asked to that lady
like i had been already attended the interview in TCS, then why i
disqualified for this interview. But that lady simply replied that every
month the policy has been changed in TCS, so i can not do anything.

Folks are coming from different different places like Bangalore, Coimbatore
& Mumbai. If your people are doing like this, then it will be created some
bad impact about TCS. If your rules are changed, you have to mention in the
requirements clearly. Even I had only one year breakage in my educational
carrier because of my family situation. I had finished 2 year ITI course and
1 year worked as a apprentice in LWM, but that lady has mentioned like 4
year breakage.

Note: There is no breakage in my IT Working Carrier.

I hope that i will get a reply for this mail.
I was working as an employee of TCSeServe (Chennai) in Foreclosure upto 10th february 2010(inclusive of notice period). I am done with all my settlement formalities but, till now I haven't received my relieving letter as well my settlement money. I an trying to contact HR[protected] as well the help desk, but, there is no use. This seems to be very irresponsible, as least the calls should be received and answered properly.

Dear all,
Please go through all the documents and letters which you have been provided by the joing letter. There are some of the rules and ethical boundries of the company, and it cannot exceeds that. I can belive that the HR over there my be irresponsible but that is only the case of that HR, It may content several thing for terminating you. So its my suggetion to go to the company and ask for rejoing or if you want to leave so go and ask directly to the concerned authority.
I hope you will be getting the fair response.
I was also working for TCS e-serve for past 4 years. As told by my Supervisor I have served 1 month notice period Cos i was getting married. I Gave resignation on 10 dec 2010 and my last working day was 10 Jan 2011.

HR told me to contact them for settlement 45 days after LWD. But thinking that it takes time i contacted them in 1st week of april. Its been 4 months since my LWD and have still received proper Revert from HR. Last revert i received was 12 May 2011 asking for my last working day which was already confirmed many time. Its been 5 days since then and still my issue is not resolved.
well i would like to complain about your representative at your zamzamma branch at 6th commercial lane phase V DHA, karachi the person is he dont know how to speak to his customer his behavior is totally out of his mind that person is not made for customer service TCS should teach their employ how to behave with the customer i would like to tell there HR manager to get rid of this kinda of people those who are sloping the company

I haven't recieved my creditcard , I got a messge from the bank as"it is undelivered , returned. im working tata consultancy services pvt limited in velachery,chennai.
on 15th dec ,2011 i got a message from bank as my credit card is available on first flight courier . it has a number CC7456696. my mobile number is 91-[protected]. my name is PALAGaNI NAGARAJU
kindly ,please inform to me about my credit card details. my a/c num is XXXX154, i opened my acccount on 11th nov,2011.
Fake Experience Employees in TCS (Noida Office ) :

I am here by drawn your attention to one of the Fake company that is "Valid Page " that has been run from Ducat Institute, A-43, Sector -16, Noida-201303 . These people will answer all the verification calls for this company from their Noida institute . There is no such company exist . These people provide certificates from bogus companies are quite rampant. Not only are such fake certificates available for a meagre Rs 15, 000 to Rs 20, 000, these bogus companies even have people who answer calls and verify information during background checks.

There are almost most of the employees recruited in TCS in 2010, 2011 and 2012 (at Noida Office ) have been working on this fake company (Valid Page)experience . TCS needs to take an action against them asap otherwise it seems that TCS will be giving motivation to the Fake companies

I am Sathish. I have attend the interview in TCS Eserve December 22nd 2013. They asked me the Mortgage experience and i have 1.5 yrs relevant experience. The HR selected me and they shows salary package. I was accept what they said. After 15 days i got a call from HR I am not selected. For the reason, I have completed my degree and Hr. Sec school in correspondence. My correspondence details have already informed to TCS HR (who took interview for me). This is Ridiculous. They know the value of time. Then how can he spoil others time. We know this will continue. till someone take action. If anybody asked me regarding TCS interview. My answer is try some better company. TCS is Like a dustbin company.

    I can say in one word that "Airtel plays with customers and doesn't give value to customers".
    I recently came to chennai from Bangalore ,so brought Airtel prepaid SIM at a shop in Shollingnallur
    This was on 1st week of September.
    Airtel Provided the service till 17th September.On 18th September my service was blocked.
    I was kept to a voice response saying "Your service is blocked as we don't have your documents".

    There was NO INTIMATION before blocking the service either by a call or by a sms.

    Ok,fine I started to my home town on friday night (18th september),I reached Tirupathi(Andhrapradesh),at around 3:05 AM (19th September),I tried my brother in laws number just to check(I was not sure it would be connected,but It did).

    My question is Why did Airtel provide the service(out going calls) in roaming state (when it is blocked in home state)?
    Why didn't it provide service for incoming calls in roaming state?

    Airtel is cheating and playing with the customers.
    When it is blocking the service in home state why didn't it block in raming state?coz it wants to earn money by cheating.

    See in my case there were people (my relatives and my family members) with out sleep after I gave a missed call at 3:05 AM(19 Sep 2009).

    Was it my fault to assume that people would be in sleep at 3:05 AM?
    Was it my fault for not able guess that people had been trying to reach me since 18th Sep?
    How could I understand that there was no incoming service rather than hearing it from my family?

    I went to airtel store personally and resumbmitted the documents(29th sep),I was told that my service would be activated within 24 hours.
    After 24 hours ,I checked with customer care for asking the reasons for not activating the number,
    they replied saying they need another 72 hours within which they would activate the service.

    Is it not PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS?
    Is it giving ANY VALUE TO ITS CUSTOMERS?

        I have applied for me nad my wife's passports, it has been about 4 months after the police verification took place but still no passports received. When I called up Mr Tarun (Rajarhat Police Station) he advised me to go to DIB office Barasat. He was also asking for Bribe but I did not give. This may be the reason they are holding our verification report.

        Why do we need to pay bribe? and please don't promote these cheap people by giving bribe

                Dear Sir,

                The incident happened at Udyog Vihar - Phase -IV. I am an employee of TCS Ltd and just has brought the car out of the parking and just stopped it as my wife was coming in front. I have not parked the car and that too was on the side of the road where TCS Parking is there. This one of the traffic man came and challaned for incorrect parking even when i hae not parked the car. He did not listen and made my challan even when one of his collegue was not wearing license.

                I think action should be taken on these traffic men who do not themselves follow the law and make unnecessary challans.

                Yes, I totally agree with above said matter. As a matter of fact it is only due to this sort of corruption in Delhi traffic police where they try to misbehave with common man and take good amount of money from commercial vehicle owners, the rules are not being followed on roads. In other words traffic police is itself involved in encouragement of breaking of traffic rules and harassing common public for taking bribe. I think everybody knows (even in press and Govt circles at higher level) that there is a traffic hafta business running in millions in Delhi and NCR but nobody does any kind of sting operation or anything of that sort against this evil force. I have seen traffic policeman saying to commercial vehicle driver, "Who says not to stop your vehicle on road here for picking up passengers..Just give me Entry fees (Hafta) and carry on.. After that nobody will touch you... This area comes under me.. from this Red light to the next Red Light... If you deny Hafta then I'll chalaan your vehicle daily for any fake traffic rule violation... When I say you jumped Red light. That mean you jumped Red Light and nobody is going to question my wordings. Not even court... ". So this shows the state of affairs in Delhi Traffic Police at a mass scale.

                  I have CA No. : [protected], Phone No.27055430 having Bill-[protected] for July month.. I am trying to pay bill by Credit card in mtnl web site but this link is not working since last 2 month as I have tried both the times. I have already escalate last month but no body responds. Due to worst service by MTNL and poor customer care response, we have already harassed. They are so careless that they will not responds on mail and on phone as well.I am paying huge amount with service tax every month to MTNL.                     I am the account holder of hdfc bank having account number [protected].Today means 1st aug. 2009 near about 6:40pm when I entered 5000 rupeese money for withdraw form canara bank atm at kadugodi branch, near whitefield railway station, finally the transaction declined.Still then 5000 rupeese debited from my account.These are the details i m mentioning below.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I was using HSBC credit card for a while which I lost few months back.The same I requested to bank to close which they did immediately.
                      There was an outstanding amount and late fee charges.I paid the outstanding amount and requested bank to revert the late fee charges.They readily agreed to waive and mentioned that this would reflect in next month statement.
                      After that I never received any statement from bank.
                      Instead they started spiralling penalty/late fee charges and sending messages to my mobile.
                      Now only those charges(no actual spending)...even after card closure have grown to 7250/-.

                      Please consider my application and provide a solution for this as it is creating Harrashment and nuicance to me.

                      I have applied for the credit card 10 -15 days back through executive and submit all my documents as per the requirement like PAN card, Salary slip, Passport copy for Residance proof and Driving Licence.

                      As per his word " you will receive ur card with in a week " But till the time I have not received the credit card as well as any information regarding the same. Please check and send to my office address mentioned in the form.

                          This is in reference to the address below,
                          7th cross, 34th main.
                          TMCS layout.JP nagar-1st phase.

                          Here the residents have planted pots and constructed plantation area on footpats which causes a very big problem for the vehicles to move, and also the gates occupy the part of the roads.I would request you to demolish all the plantation areas occupied on footpats which hurdles the movement of vehicles.Hope my request is considered and the action is taken immediately.

                            On 30th June, I tried withdrawing money from the HDFC bank atm. But there is some problem in the ATM so I didn't get the Money and it was showing that the Transaction is timed out and the card came out of the ATM. But that 4000 rs is debited from my account. someone please tell me what I shyould do in this situation.

                              Since I joined Airtel network it has been a project, for the last four days I called up customer care twice. Airtel is very fond of charging from my dedicated account rs 5 for a local sms every time I send one. On top of it I have recharged on an airtel scheme to send 500 sms over the month for 51 rs. So not only I am not enjoying the benifit for that I am paying 5 Rs for a local sms and everytime I call airtel they say that they will credit the amount to my account that never happens.

                                  I agree. GNIDA was to conduct the draw for BHS-11 last month, in May 2009. However, it may have gotten delayed because of general elections or otherwise.

                                  Could GNIDA kindly conduct the draw as soon as possible and could it also anounce the date of draw at least a week in advance.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is an on going issue since we have the BSNL Landline.

                                    1.the Landline is most of the times DEAD. Completely useless.

                                    When compaint is registered manuaully at the Ulsoor BSNl office, after quite a lot no of days (30 days) somebody fixes it and then again it is dead now..

                                    Literally fedup with your service.

                                    2.Broadband connection is always not working.Again as usual it is not working.
