I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH Tata Consultancy Services (TCS E-SERVE) FOR THREE MONTHS & DUE TO STUDIES I LEFT THE JOB & OTHER OPPORTUNITIES ALSO.NOW THEY ARE NO GIVING ME RELIVING LETTER & PENDING SALARY.THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME PF ALSO. WHEN EVER I GO TO THE HR THEY SAY ONLY ONE THING THAT UR FILE IS IN PROCESS.ITS NOW 9 MONTHS OVER.PLZ HELP ME.
MY EMPLOYEE ID WAS 322429.NO ONE ATLEST CALL ME OR PICK UP MY CALL & TALKS WITH ME.PLZ CO-OPERATE ME & HELP ME.

Mysel[censored]rvashi Gupta working with TATA Consultancy Services.I stay in East Punjabi Bagh , Madan Park.My complaint is that at the distance of hardly 20feet there is a DustBin, which causes lot of trouble for us.And help in inviting lot o[censored]nwanted dieseases.Due to this dustbin we have to face lot of mosqitoes and bad smell.
The DustBin is not maintianed by the MCD authority, land on which this DustBin is tere is owned by someone local people.And People are using this land as DustBin since long time.Please take some action as soon as possible.

I have filed my IT returns for the assessment year[protected] and expecting my returns Rs 85K. Any one received returns from Gov for this period? I have submitted my returns online using taxspanner.com and submitted hard copies to Benglaru address as well.

Please let me know way to findout realtime status of my refund. Thanks

Hi ,

Please start direct BEST buses fro Seepz, atleast till Gandhinagar/Kanjurmarg-Huma Adlabs if not till Mulund.

This would really help the commuters to board the buses comfortably, as well as it would help people nearby to LNT,IIT Powai stops to board these buses comfortably.

This would not only reduce the traffic problems, but also avoid the over crowded buses and safe journey of the passengers.

I myself have seen poeple falling off from these buses, and day by day basis anger and conflicts among the people in the bus. Please do the needful ASAP.

This job is certainly under the easy belt of Governemnet and BEST, atleast dont avoid these simple tasks.

I can say, people across the globe trying to book a tatkal ticket would definitely face this issue. IRCTC Server goes down when tatkal reservation starts at 8am everyday. It would be down atleast for 1.5-2hrs. By that time, if the season is a peak one, all the available tickets would get exhausted. The below status has not change for a long time(since January 2010). I know TDR process takes time, but don't you think 130 days is a LONG time to process the same. .

Hi this is Vimal working in TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES. On 15th feb'10 bus from kadampuzha to chennai . Since all the bus was full and it was urgent and very sudden suggestion to go to chennaii thought of going by bus. The bus conductor said there are no seats available and i walked behind searching for another bus. a man came from outside the bus stand and took me to conductor and made some secret talks. The conductor asked me to give 450 rupees as bus fare to the person and witnessing people in bus i gave 450 rupees to conductor, but the other person said give money to him , i ignored still since conductor asked me to give money to him i gave it and that person gave 350 rupees to conductor.When i asked for bus ticket he said he will come inside and give it. When bus started he gave ticket of rupees 280/- and i asked for balance 170/- , he said who gave 450 rupees i got 300 and out of that i am taking 20 rupees as he got me a seat in that bus.. similarly i found he borrowed 20 rupees from every one who boarded from coimbatore.This is rediculas that a citizen of india is being cheated by a bus conductor. Am just 24 yrs and working hard to make money for my mothers operation. I request you to take necessary actions .. if action is not been taken i will make sure that i will step in to court to make these people understand that we people are not to waste our money to a government employee and make him know how angry we people are to
government employees.

I am working in ITPL, we were issued Rs.600 BMTC pass. But we pay Rs. 1225 for ITPL and has a seal on it saying "BMTC Rs. 1225/- PREMIUM PASS". We also carry Rs.200 BMTC ID card which is valid for 2 years along with it. But still we are not allowed in the Volvo buses with the discount of Rs.20 as it is for Rs.600 pass. Most of the employees working here are facing the same problem. So please let us know why we are not benefited eventhough we are paying Rs.1225/-.

I am currently working inTata consultancy services, Hyderabad. previously I was working with wipro BPO, sholinganallur, chennai. I left wipro in July 2008 and then I joined Tata consultancy services in August, 2008. I had filled the form for the PF to be transferred from wipro to my TCS account and gave it to my HR in TCS in october 2008. They have also sent the form to the concerned people in January 2009. As per my last salry slip March 2009.PF amount was nearly 2,20,000.But only 1,82,000 is deposited to my account.

Actually I have completed 5 years in TCS.
My joining date is 11thMay 2004 and I relieved on 8th May 2009 and 9th and 10th May 2009 are saturday and sunday.So ,I have completed 5 years in TCS and I should get complete amount as per my knowledge.Can you please let me know the details.

i have registered for tcs campus interview process held on[protected] in SSIT Tumkur.my registration number CT[protected].when i went to written exam they did not allowed to write exam giving some unknown reasons.But the miracle was after the online exams results my name was announced in that list.without writing exams how can it happen? when enquired about it they are telling that by mistake it had came and also they are telling that someone had written exam in my name.how can someone write exam in my name?

I m Naresh Kumar Pinnapathruni and i had bought a computer from Produgy Computers ,KPHB colony,hederabad .I had taken a finance From Bajaj Finance comp on 06 July 2006.They have taken a security amount of Rs 6, 375/- as a part of refundable security.They told us That after the completition of the tenure if finance amount they will return us the money.The tenure of the Installments ends on the July month of 2009 but till now they hadnt refund us the money and most dangerous thing is still they are taking money from my account even i completed all the EMI'S.when we contact them they told us to reach to their other office near AUNDH,Pune..its been 6 months since then but they hadnt return our money.when we contact their representatives and even the computer store No one is picking the phone.Finally I had to come at the door steps of consumer forum to seek justice.Hope i will get benefitted from here.thanking you!!

I travel regularly from Vile Parle(East) to Hiranandani SEZ via JVLR by Auto . The regular fare is around Rs.75/-.Today I boarded auto rickshaw No MH03 AA 9788 ,Drivers name Nitin Jagtap,Licence No 767 at 11:30 Hrs and went to Hiranandani SEZ.The meter showed Rs.85/- when I informed the driver that the Meter is fast told me that I can complain to anybody and he is least bothered. He also paid Rs.01/- less claiming that he didnot have change. As I asked him to tell me the Auto No he refused and asked me to take down the number when I get down and when I got down and started noting the number he ran away so whatever I could see I have noted down. He was reluctant to show his licence also, so the number and name he has provided may be false. His attitude showed that he was least bothered about the police and RTO.

This is the manner in which the customers are treared. RTO needs to look into it.

I would like to bring to your notice that i have filed my Income Tax returns regularly. But still i have not received not even a single refund from Income tax department. When i check in online it shows still my details are not processed.

Please get back to me when i will receive my Refunds.

I have applied my for my pan card on 21/10/2009. Still, today, I haven't received my pan card no through the respective website. I was supposed to get the pan card no within 10 days the submission of my pan application. But still, I am unable to get it. Please, look into the problem as soon as possible.

This is to bring to your notice about the auto rickshaws in Mumbai, Regulary I will travel from Poonam Nagar, Andheri (E) to Godrej, Vikroli(W). The auto fair will Rs. 53. I observed some auto owners have good qualities and charging exact fare. I travelled on 13-NOV-2009 in MH 03 AK 7171, He charged extra Rs 30 (Total Rs.83) on demand and his behaviour is very rood. Please take the action him then no one will not suffor in future.
