    Respected sir/maam,
    I am swetaleena das, visited the tata memorial hospital (Homi bhaba building) on the dt/26/04/2019 & 27/04/2019 for my mom’s (Mrs. Jayashree mohanty-case no-12566) medicines, as she is suffering from lung cancer (Adenocarcinoma mutation) this is been her 6th month of treatment. We visit first time at tmh so totally new to this hospital system. It has been 1 month by now my mom is in the process of treatment in tmh. I wanted to raise my concern that the hospital staffs and doctors are too careless against the patient. As my mom is a credit patient and after all the diagnosis done she is prescribed to take new medicine which is worth of 13 lakhs for 3months. So the prior information has to be sent by tmh director to the directorate of rourkela ispat general hospital, that the treatment cost is exceeding from the bill amount. As per the credit patient norms there is direct relationship between 2 hospitals no middle man needed. But now the accounts head of tmh named gayathri shetty instead of taking the case she is telling do on your own way. As you are a credit patient you are responsible to speak with your hospital and pass the bill. If this is so then why company did not asked me to directly deal with tmh?? In other way when it’s already mention in the movement order and referral order that “if the amount exceeds then official mail should be given to referrals hospital from the referee (Tmh)”. If i as a patient will do all these then why the bloody accounts dept, customer relationship dept and all enquiry dept sitting here?? Only to eat patients money doing nothing. And to highlight the worse was the staffs and security guards are behaving like they are the director or the ceo of the organisation.
    We believe tata as brand and reputation. If this is the service you provide to the patient then better to close the hospital and handover this to ngo. I suggests if it happens daily it only impacts the reputation of the legendary tata family. I voiced out don’t think the thousands who undergo this humiliation everyday will ever. Kindly do the justice to me otherwise i will go for higher authority concern.

      I have visited tata memorial parel on 6/03/2019 and to get my chance waited for the entire day instead of asking the staff again and again they about the expected time they were just saying 1-2 hours and at last specified that you are a new patient this will be seen at last. Today also i had visited the chest physician after taking an appointment yesterday in which they specified to visit at 10 in the morning, when i went to enquire about the expected time after waiting for so long they just said the same thing which i heard in the last opd i visited on 6th.
      I believe you are dealing with patients who are already not well thus you should have some system and way to treat them apart from that they have given a biopsy date to me without specifying the type in which it has to be done as they don't have the facility of ebus bronchoscopic biopsy which was specified by my oncologist.
      I believe to have words with someone senior of the hospital as a resolution so that i can be more accurate in my elaboration of my situation as well as other patients situation who are struggling to get treated in the hospital.

        Guard named rp singh one of the
        Guard of opd is highly misbehaving toward the patient.
        Please take an immediate action against this employee.
        When i and my patient entered in the opd he send me out and leaved me out of the room..
        And my old mother was alone in the room.
        When i informed him that she need one attender then he abused me and pushed me out of the room..
        Please help me

          My wife meera shukla dignosed in tmc file no cp/15573 paid money ruppy 3750 (May b this test free frm tata hosp) for alt test on 20th dec2018 til today we hv not received online report. Dr told report wil come in 3 days. Earliir may 2017 taken sample and requision but alt test not done. Plz do needful we r frm bangalore waiting for alt test result.

            Hospital refer us to howrah narayana multispeciality hospital. And doctor give advice to take oral chemo medicine for 6 weeks everyday 5 tablets. but prescribe only 100 tablets. I need my rest of tablets as soon as possible by post.

              Its really bad to see such kind of staf[censored] recruit in tmc in security they don't know how to treat patient. They ask patient to move from one place to other and not allowing to sit.. As by saying this is the place for CT scan patient.. Then where will CT biopsy patient will sit.. They just say.. Go outside.. Kindly do the action action hbb 42.urgent

                I am very much disappointed about the behaviour of the nurses of homi bhabha chemo department on 5th floor, we are not here for holiday they should understand this, feels like by coming here to get better treatment was our mistake, it is 30th april boudh purnima is a holiday but chemo department is open and they are upset about it as they had to come to office and this must be the reason for their rude behaviour, i must say tata should change their nurses of chemo department

                Actually CT biopsy and CT scan both happens at same place and the sitting arrangement are same.. But. A guard over here is creating a problem here... It's really same full in such a big hospital.. Such chaos is happening. Kindly do action in urgent basis..
                A/c[protected] of Indian Bank is debited by Rs. 3005.90for SBI ePay[protected]/TMC/thru Net Banking - ref: [protected]- 27/09/2018 15:40- Indian Bank . Amount not credited to Tata Memorial hospital card no CN/18789. Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount Rs 3000/- to my account.

                  Only one attendant per patient is allowed even when the patient is hospitalized and he is on saline and chemotherapy 24*7 for consecutive 5 days, when he needs one regular attendant for any help.

                  Following are the routine works which the doctors, nurses, security and management of tmc expects that single attendant to perform apart from his personal and ethical duties towards the patient, which only a super human can fulfill.

                  Tmc has long queues for procurement of medicines in its pharmacy which, at times, require minimum of 1 to 1.5 hrs. Not to mention, at night, they don't have any token system and only one counter works, due to which, that attendant is forced to stand in queue for the whole 1 to 1.5 hrs, when he cannot assist his patient.

                  For dressing of catheter, nurses ask for two attendants while security staff have been instructed to allow only one. Kindly explain the procedure of converting one person into two after i cross the security check at your gate, so that i may satisfy your requirement of two attendant.

                  Doctors ask for providing fruits, juices, etc for patients, for which, the same person is expected to run.

                  That person is also human, so he also needs food and answer nature's call, when patient might require assistance.

                  With above arguments, i am only trying to explain that one attendant policy is affecting your patient and their families badly. Kindly look into it and try to improve the situation.

                    My mom have breast cancer and she has been treating since august 2017. Still she is not well and it is because of dr. They gave 8 chemo and then operated but after that they said operation is not successful and they took another minor operation within 1 week. When they operated i they suggest for radiation but they said that radiation is not possible in tata. So take it in another hospital.

                    My complain about irrelevant and irresponsible behaviour of doctors.

                    I know this is the best hospital but it's not mean they play with patient.

                    They should do their best behaviour with patients and attended. They shoul help to attended to take next procedures.

                    How they are irresponsible?

                      biopsy report from last 17th day

                      Sir, i am done a oparation last 23rd march 2018 to my father in law. That was a revition surgery. The doc told me that my biopsy report is came within 15 days from surgery but still now my report is not seen in the online. We came from w b. We faceing lot of problem there. Plz do the needfull as soon as posible. My case no is (Cr-3290). Dulal ch rudra....

                      Last chemo has done 16 feb and dr. Said for surgery on 1 march but he did not last meeting he said come between 3rd march to 9 march but again he did not do... Again i met then he said next for your surgery is 20 march even treatment running on homi baba but still he or hospital did not make a call for confirmation... They are not feeling our situation in new and expensive city even my patient is so afraid.

                        My aunts visits this place for her checkups after her cervical cancer treatment. Unfortunately, she has been having a hard time dealing with her side effects. She's been suffering from so many of them and was hoping to get some reassurance during her next checkup. She was assigned a male doctor who was extremely rash during his checkup and did not hear a single sentence she said and another doctor actually screamed at her in front of other patients. Tell me, are patients not people with feelings and fears? Do they not deserve compassion from the doctors? Not even a bit of manners? I hope no patient is ever treated like this anywhere. It seems these doctors have caved in and lost their touch of empathy. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Besides that it is overcrowded, unkempt and has bad site management.

                          I humbly request the team of tata memorial hospital to improve the services of nurses and officers. Nurses are not behaving politely with the patients they are behaving rude some of them are good but some dont have the way to talk with the patient and his/her parents. The officers are not doing their job they are only helping their relatives once i shaw a girl capturing her picture in the terris but there were no officer to stop her for doing that and once a boy seeing his face on his mobile and a officer caught him the boy didnt capurtured any picture but the officer took his phone and talked with a rude behaviour. I just want to ask the team that is this a way to behave with anyone he doesnt have any manner he is only here to help his relatives.
                          I kindly request you that please do check first then take an action regarding this anthorwise i will find some another way to improve it.

                            Myself chonde pankaj attender wuth patient janabai madhav chonde cp33111 now my complaint is from the bus helper @2:15 pm is person gives differnt justice to different persin now i am in a bus he gave a permission to a lady to travel without patient and a old man aged more than 65..
                            He removed him out of the bus.
                            How can you say that you give same justice to everyone...
                            Its a injustice for us na.

                              The doctors and nurses at tata memorial hospital are always confused on the action to be taken. One calls you for surgery and the other denies telling some discrepancy in patient's reports.
                              Once, they admitted my wife for surgery, but didn't do it telling there is some issue with her thyroid and discharged her. But, when she was checked up by the physician, he told that she is all fit for surgery.
                              The next time, my wife went for all the tests which doctors asked and the reports were also absolutely ok, the next day we were called for surgery. My wife was asked not to eat anything and drink even water from 6 am. We reached hospital at 8 am. Till 5 pm nobody attended us. My wife was hungry and thirsty. Around 5 pm one of the nurses again denies us for surgery telling the pae report is not ok and there is issue with her thyroid.
                              I asked her to contact the doctor who had approved our pae report. She denied and sent us back telling to come some other day. What kind of inhuman behavior is this?
                              If the pae report was not ok, why did you called us for surgery?
                              My wife's case file is cp/09535. Kindly take it forward asap.

                                Very bad management, my father diagnosis is going on in this hospital. The way management people treat the patient and relatives is pathetic. I mean they think they are the only people who is doing the work. They are getting paid what they are doing and after all it is their duty and job to do that thing. They are not doing favours to anyone. Some time doctors says they have so much patient to handle and yours cancer is nothing serious. It means we should wait to get thing more worse. I think they forgot they are treating cancer and being a cancer patient is never normal. My request to top management is to take some good steps towards it. Hospital is running for a good cause and don't let the poor people faith die.

                                  My mother is undergoing treatment in gi department (Hbb) for last one month. She is visiting radiology department for 4 times in last two week to take radiologist report on ct scan done by us at chitra scan centre, dadar. After spending almost 9-10hrs/day in hospital, doctor is unable give his view on that report. Every time he is saying that cd images are corrupted or its not uploaded properly or i have to concern senior doctors. They are literally torturing the patient by sending her here & there. Yesterday my sister was waited till 7.45pm in the hospital for any review on report, then also the doctor's answer was 'you should keep patience.'? After waiting for 4 day how he can ask for patience? Now he told me to do ct scan again. How i can spend 12k again on same thing? Doctor's behavior was really rude with my sister. Please suggest me what should i do more?

                                  I miss vira monteiro wana volunteer from mon-fri . there's no body to answer your call. there should be telephone op to answer our grievances
                                  there is a interview for volunteering how to go about i have no idea they make us dance in circles with no head or tail.

                                    There is no proper communication between doctors of various department specially radialogist (hbb-306)& hbb-325. every time we visit both doctors suggest different things & in this confusion the whole day get wasted.

                                    Patients Reg no:CP/22798, is registers last 1 and half months the diagnostic is over but treatment is not goings of your concern department the department was tell unsatisfied answer to patient. She was not given not any proper Gidence please held for that.
