I just booked the tata tiago xz petrol model on 27th april from jaipur based dealer. Dealer assured me to deliver the car with in a month. When i contacted them after one month, they asked me wait for more 3-4 days. When i called up them after 3-4 days, again they asked me to wait for some time. I am continuously following up with them, but they are not giving any clarity on car delivery.
Most of the times, they don't pick the call and when i ask the reason for the same, they are always ready with some excuses.


It's quite unprofessional. My friends warned me not to go for tata as they don't provide the good services but i didn't listen and had faith on your company but i was wrong. You people will never improve. You can't build the image in the market by making the false commitments with the customers.

    This is for every one who wants to buy a tata zest or owns a zest. This is my experience with the company. I belong to surat and had purchased tata zest. Thought its and indian company. So i purchased it in year 2015. After one year I realised that "Shreeji Automart Surat" has completely cheated me . The variant i purchased was XM Petrol. One year went well. This year when I got my insurance papers, as I took a loan from tata finance, my loan was inclusive of insurance. The company cheated me in very first year by giving another policy along with the one I got. The hights were yet to come my car met with a small accident. When i took the car to service centre they said it will take 10 days the car was given after 27 days. The car was delivered with a problem where head lamps were not working and i had to drive back home. I risked my life because of the negligence of the tata service centre. I believed its big brand with group of highly efficient trained people, but shortly I realised my mistake. If you own a tata zest try this, when ever you get your car refuelled see the limit being shown, and then unplug the battery power you will find the limit has drastically changed. No cure and answer for this at service centre. From area manger to sales man the company has chosen the group of lethargic people devoted to excuses. No answer, no solution. My vehicle no is GJ5 JK 9773. My suggestions to company people is, we customers are not fools. Kindly don't play with someones life your fault could be end of someones life. Improve your reliability and then sell your product in market.

      A Tiago car was booked by me with Tata Motors by paying Rs. 10000. As company was not able to provide the car with in stipulated time, I cancelled it as per terms and conditions set by Tata Motors. However they refunded the amount by deducting some amount from the booking amount, although the delay was at there end. Moreover there is transparency in their supply.

        My vehicle, tata indigo met a road accident on may 6, 2016 and my vehicle shifted to abc auto link, subhanpura, vadodara on 7th may 2016 for servicing. Surveyor visited on 8th may at dealers place and given him work permission. But dealers service adviser told me that one of spare part (Front apron assembly) is not in stock and he is ordering it from pune. And it will take approx 1 week to reach the material to workshop. When i called him on 17th may, he told me that part has been ordered but not yet received, he told me he will call me back once material arrives at dealers place. I again called abc auto link on 20th may and spoke to body shop asst. Manager (Chiragbhai). He asked me to call pareshbhai, another service adviser. I called him also and he said the same old story, part is in transit and will update once they will receive. Then i logged a complain to tata helpline/1-[protected]. After this i waited for a week also but i have not received a single call either from tata motors or dealer. Then again i called chiragbhai, he told me he will check and call me back. But no calls received by abc auto link. I tried calling them but now they not picked my phone also. On 4th june i visited the abc, auto link again and i asked for part order no. And date of order. Then i came to know that part has been ordered on 27.05.2016 and not on 08.05.2016. So for these long 20-25 days dealer was jus lying without any proper knowledge and fact. Then i called to tata helpline and explained them all story. Now complaint is re open and they are saying now it will be resolved soon. I called to abc auto link on 11.06.2016, but parts yet not arrived and no clue when it will be available. Over all its pathetic service from a indian multinational company called tata motors. And in future i will never go again for tata vehicle when changing my vehicle.

          It's been two months now, i have booked tata tiago. The sales staff was confident that the car will be issued within a month, i am rigorously following-up and yet, there is no clear clarity on the delivery of the car. Same thing had haapend at the time of zest.Why don't they learn from previous experiences.Thats why tataz name is not good in the market. It is horrible to see the kind of service thery are providing.I have seen many complaints against concord motors

              I, sarbojit biswas, partner of pratima associates, 18/3a, barikpara road, behala, kolkata, 700053, had purchased a tata ace dicor bs-3 vehicle from bhandari automobiles pvt. Ltd on april, 2015, but last 16th march, 2016 my vehicle had crashed with a truck. I had lodged general diary and send my vehicle (Registration no - wb 19g 7362) to bhandari automobiles work shop for repairing purpose. But still today i do not get my vehicle back from workshop, and no such satisfactory steps to be taken by the work shop.
              So, i would like to lodge a complain against this workshop and also think about to lodge a complain in consumer forum as early as possible.
              This is humble request to take necessary steps against my complain as early as possible.

                I purchased Tata Bolt - XMS, from national tata motors, hadapsar, pune. They assured me to get RTO number since 15 days. Every time they are making false promises. sometimes they say like RTO server is down, RTO facing technical problem, series has changed etc. Just because of those guys, my car is just parked. Because of their assurance, My promises are getting false to my family. It is worst scenario, I am facing. Is that the way to maintain long lasting relation with customer? I wonder how it will go? Now I will scared to recommend others to avail tata services.

                  I've purchased a tata Indica gls 3 months ago. Company name Alicorn enterprise, it was a time permit vehicle for business purpose. I decided to go with tata even after many push backs from my family. I went to concorde motors in andheri marva center and Ashfaq was the representative who was helping me with the sale. It all started with the delay in delivery and even when it was delivered the vehicle did not have the accessories were missing and I was told that they are out of stock and will get in a week. In my bad experience with tata, I have realised that the customer has to do all the chase up and tata employees will never call you to give updates.
                  I got my RC book after me chasing up with Ashfaq several times. I had to point out that cng was not endorsed and needed to be added. I was diverted to Aman who would help me with RTO work. Aman is as lazy as Ashfaq who does not believe in after sales service. I was promised 2 days to get the CNG endorsed in the RC book and it's been 3 weeks now and several chase ups. But still no one has done the work.I have to call up several times and even go to the showroom, but all they say is 2 days. Lastly I have gone to the manager Ajay Wankhede who promised to call me back after assessing the situation. But even he failed to call me back.

                  In short I've realised not to ever deal with tata motors as even their managers are useless . Noone knows what customer service means. The customer has to call several time and chase up and still no work gets done. I'm still waiting for my RC book to be endorsed.

                  I will not buy any further vehicle from tata. And I've realised that's why no one buys a tata vehicle. I will ensure that I spread the word of the bad service I received and ensure on one buys tata vehicle. This has been really upsetting for me and wasted a lot of my time .. I will be posting this on social media as well. To let everyone know the service from Ashfaq, Aman and Ajay wankhede.

                    Please be informed that the Insurance company has not made the correct Assessment against the Estimate Provided by Maurya Motors Bihta Branch ( Patna, Bihar ) Since the Truck has been parked in the Premises of Maurya Motors ( Bihta Branch ) Patna. Bihar since 24th Feb 2016 after getting released from court n police station were the truck got Accident the Truck cleaner got killed in that Accident all the relevant documents as per required by Insurance company has been submitted but so far either the third party claimed has been given by the Insurance company neither the claim which Maurya Motors has demanded against the Estimate in favor of me which is Around Rs. 10 00, 000.00 ( Ten Lakhs ) n have also written at the bottom of the Estimate that after detrimental of the Truck the cost will go high. The seniors of the Insurance company are trying to make there own numbers in front of there Insurance company harassing the client and sending wrong message in market against Tata Motors ( Maurya Motors ) Therefore you are requested to take serious action against the Tie up Insurance Company Tata AIG Insurance Company and the Representative those who are involved in this case of mine ( Have attachment few pic of the damaged Truck Insurance Certificate / Registration Paper /

                      I have purchased tata nano xta model in the month of june 2015 from pandit automobiles pimpri branch. From the day one i am not satisfied about the average of the vehicle. It is told by the dealer and very much mention in the advertisement that the millage of the new nano car is 21.9/ km. So i am expecting 18-19 kilometers per liter. I am getting only 11 to 13.5 km / liter. I have already complaining this to pandit automobiles sahakar nagars workshop but they could not able to find out the solution.
                      I am expecting help in this regards. Otherwise i have compel to sold the vehicle and go for other good brand.

                        My name is Kamal Gambhir. I bought one Indica from Tata Motors back in last year. This year in March i made a plan to buy 2 more Indica, one for me and one for my brother. 3 months ago, I paid 20, 000 for the booking amount.
                        Due to some financial issues, i was not able to afford them so i asked the guy Abhilash from Concorde Motors in Patparganj, Delhi, to refund my amount. I gave him a copy of cancelled check and a written letter for refund.
                        Abhilash told me that this process takes 1 week only and i will get my money back via check. Now its seriously embarrassing for me to say that its being around 2 months and i haven't got any thing. He is just making me run around.
                        Now he has stopped picking up my call as well.
                        its so embarrassing that i am facing these problems with a reputable company like Tata Motors.
                        I want to bring this problem in your kind notice so that you can take appropriate action against it. I don't want any one else to face the same problem.

                              Hi team,
                              We are part of tata since 2012 when I gifted tata nano to my parents reg.number HR10S 8722 .since then we had only dissatisfaction from you.
                              Recently we visited to tata motors service centre in sonipat called SWAN motores where I reported that the left side wheel is jammed and breaks are failed for this car.i was charges 2100 rs for doing nothing.issue not resolved today left side front wheel got jammed how ever breaks were failed while driving this car.no coolent was found when checked by my father as he was curious to know the reason for car heat and break failure.
                              There is a threat to my parents life because of incompetent staff of tata motores who are not bothered to check what they have done before delivering car back after job work. Shame on the guys who are not doing there job properly don't understand its relates to someone's life at the end.
                              I will go to facebook twitter, consumer form to get this case highlighted as there is a threat of life because of tata motores and there service engineers.

                                We had purchased a TATA NANO CNG Version car with much fanfare and upon relying on the goodwill of the Company. However we have have been grossly cheated since from the day we bought the car there has been one problem or the other compelling us the leave the car in the one and only authorized workshop in Meerut i.e. Shree Vasu Automobiles, Meerut. In fact the car has stopped running on CNG due to some snag which seems irreparable. It was only due to the fuel type that we were lured into buying the car. During the last few months the car had twice to be left in the workshop for days and weeks together depriving us of the facilities and also causing mental agony and trauma. After all nobody would waste his time sitting idle in a workshop for an irreparable car. The car has not even done 25000 Kilometres. Each time the car is stated to have been repaired, a snag develops when it is brought home taking us to where we had left.

                                REPLACEMENT OF THE CAR IS THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE

                                  I purchased tata zest xms in february 2015. The car was okay in all other departments but failed in the main one i. E mileage. The mileage claimed at the time of sale was 16.7 kmpl but it gave only 10. 5 to 11 kmpl on highway and 8.5-9 kmpl in city. I complained about the same to the company people but they kept on maintaining that it will improve after second service. I got the second service done in the month of february 2016 from parham motors amritsar. But after driving for another three months the mileage on highway is 11.5 kmpl whereas in city just 8.4- 9kmpl. I had maintained with the company that being from middle class it has become very difficult to manage. The mileage which the company is claiming is all bogus. My car registration no is pb02 cp 6469. I'am really fed up with the mileage and thinking of going to consumer court as i have taken loan for the car and if i sell it and go for another i will incurs a loss of approx rs 1.5 to 2 lakh. Can the forum help in any way?

                                    Today the 3rd one.
                                    Fairdeal motors srinagar cheated me as the dealership provided me 3-4 times the delivery of vehicle tata tiago xt petrol silver as i have have booked the vehicle about two months back and after that paid the full amount to the dealership. Besides repeated complaints they are not taking care of the customer. Requesting the higher ups of the tata motors to kindly look into the matter and solve the problem. If they cant do the same return my money back so that i can purchase the same vehicle from any other dealer of my choice.

                                      Here we found ourselves unsatisfaction, experiencing our last service of our vehicle.

                                      Including All spares and Service charges.
                                      But, we found the vehicle neither serviced nor installation of proper spares.

                                        After that lang time from showroom call to us to deposit Rs.15000, we deposited that amount immediately. But we dont know when we can get delivery of the repaired car.

                                        So i am requesting to take some necessary action to delivery the car immediately with proper repair. Till now already I lost my valuable 12 days.

                                        Also as i know that the TATA motors is a world based very big company. I never expect like this very poor service, which is very big trouble to their customers.
