My car wb02ah0652 was given for service at kb motors, 7a rameshwar shaw rd kol 14, on25.5.16, my car was given for service, on 27.5.16 i got call that my car was ready but unfortunately i being a doctor was busy and could not take my car thinking i will take it comming morning, i have autotrack in my car, to my surprise on that night when i checked my car status i was shocked to see my car moving late night and early morning, next morning when i told them why they had used my car they said it was a mistake from their part, but when i questioned how they can commit such a mistake, the director of kb motors rishi bageria, threatened me, humiliated me in front of his staffs and challenged me to do whatever i can do, you can check cctv footage, i being a doctor and an esteemed customer of tata request you to please take action against kb motors at the earliest.

    Hi,

    I have purchased tata zest xms on 19th september 2015. I was a loyal tata customer having previously owned tata indigo cs. Within few months of purhcase my car started having electric problem. Whenever car gets start, the parking light blinks for few seconds. I went to service station (Purnea, bihar/shankar motors). They failed to rectify it and asked me to come after few days. After many such visit they finally told me its beyond their knowledge and they have forwarded my complaint to head office and factory. I was told that my car is being checked at factory level and why it happenned. Still its been more that 3 months and they have not been able to crack the solution. I have gone to all avenues (Twitter/cusotmer care) but with no help. My registration no-br11w9624.
    dear customer not only u but m also facing the same problem .. n i take the car for repair they make it worse. m from goa. this tata they are playing with peoples hard worked money .faltu service n company too

      I would like to bring your kind attention that on 22/02/2016, i visited r.D motors (Address: h-116f, 149, b t road, kamarhati, kolkata - 700058) and our purpose was to get a quotation for tata zest to procure a car loan, we were insisted to provide a cheque for booking a tata zest, and they promised us if we book the car in the week we will get major discount and a great exchange value for our old tata indigo, so we provided cheque no 413482 from my axis bank account [protected] on that very date, with an amount of 1 lac.
      The car which was booked was a tata zest xm petrol model and i have applied for a loan of rs. 3 lac, the loan was not being sanctioned yet from axis bank. On 26/2/2016; i informed mr. Suprakash giri that as my loan has not been processed so not to submit that cheque for clearing.
      The axis bank, konnagar branch, also informed mr. Suprakash giri ([protected]) repetitively, that the loan hasn’t yet been sanctioned .Without my consent and any information the cheque was processed for the car's payment and on 29/02/2016 the amount credited to tata motors account.
      We have tried to reach mr. Raj biswas ([protected]) who is the area sales manager, but unfortunately no one is answering our call, since today morning[protected].
      This is completely an outrageous action which cannot be deemed for any explanation. Now we have a situation of complete mistrust towards the sales personnel working for tata motors at the distributor r.D. Motors, i want to cancel my order and please help me escalating this complaint to the highest authorities possible. Also refund my money without deducting of any cancellation charges, which is approximately rs. 5000/-.
      This event has occurred three months ago and after repetitive follow ups there has been no positive developments. No effort has been taken to return our money.
      Please take the necessary actions.

        Dear sir / mam,

        Greetings!!!

        I am mandeep singh oberoi from nashik, i have purchased tata zest xm model which was delivered to me on 01st jan 2016. Car reg no.: mh 15 ex 8604
        I am middle class working person, who have to be on field, and tour at maximum time. For my and family comfort i had bought tata zest, my very first car, but happiness was just for a few week, as i and my family member noticed that car is consuming excess fuel, and giving a average of on 09 in city and max 11 on highway, and secondly car a/c worst than any car you can compare, thirdly strong pungent smell of fuel in the compartment, which you could not tolerate.

        I called up sterlling motors and they guided me to chief engineer mr. Paranjpe, he had taken car for 03 to 04 days for detecting the issue, he agreed to the complain, and have send the email to mumbai office for the issue raised, which was 01st time as per mr. Paranjpe have been deducted in tata zest.
        While handing over the car, he said it was minor software update which need to be done, i have take the car on same believe.

        In jan last week 2016 same complain came, for which i have escalated to gm of sterling motors, and chief engineer and his boss also and launched a complain on tata costumer care (1-c[protected] - 22nd jan 2016).

        The same old reason was given to me, that software need to be updated (Please note in a month 02 updates), my family friends started laughing at me, stating we warned you not to buy tata cars. Which is big big insult for me and your brand name.

        Again the car was there with them for 03 to 04 days, which i told them, take your time, but solve these problem for once.

        When the car was handed back to me with assurance that nothing will go wrong now.

        Now my friends hear i am escalating the issue again, my car is there in sterling motors nashik for last 03 days, and today i get a cal stating that it will take more 3 to 4 days, as there is some part which need to be changed and its not available with them.

        Please note i am not going to collect these car back, do what ever u want to, i want my money back, i have been cheated by tata (A honorable word to say, but that's true)
        Or else i am going to launch a complaint in consumer court.

        Do revert on the e-mail asap.

          It's been more than two months now, My uncle(Mr. Sanjay Shinde) booked Tata Tiago on 21.3.2016. The sales staff was confident that the car will be issued to him within a month, We are rigorously following-up and yet, there is no clear clarity on the delivery of the Car. We have already paid for the car. It is horrible to see the kind of service you are providing, the loan installment is already being paid for the car which has not yet been delivered to us.
          Below are the details:
          Sterling Motor, Nashik-Booking Tata Tiago-XE (opt), Booking Number 38
          dtd 21/03/2016 & also deposited Rs 3.30 lakh on 12/4/2016.
          Same case, we booked the car 2 months before. There is no clarity on the delivery and we are getting the same answer from them that it will come in 10-15 days. We booked in Madurai, TN

            i purchased tata nano cng from cama motors ahmedabad on 14 April 2016, Made full payment on 13 April 2016. But till today i.e. 27 May 2016, i have not Its registered number. I am very disappointed by the such service. I completed all documentation on time, visited rto office on time, specially took Leave to visit rto at the time given by cama motors, even after that i hav not recieved no yet. Daily i am contacting tata's prescribed agent mr rafiq in rto and mr Dinkar at cama motors but still has not got solution or the exact reason for such delay.
            kindly look into the matter and solve this as soon as possible so that we dont lose trust with tata services.

              I booked Tata Tiago XZ Patrol on 21st March with Sagar Motors Noida. It has been 9 weeks( 2 months) and still no date of car delivery is promised. At the time of booking I was told that it is 4Weeks waiting. They are saying that in the last one month they have been allotted only 2 cars. Which is very pathetic on Tata's part. If they can't meet the demand then why do they launch the product. I want some one in the top management of Tata motors to look into this urgently otherwise the last hope of revival for them seems to be going out of their hands.

                As a complaint was already submitted regarding delaying in delivery of tata tiago xz striker blue petrol on 12th of may. Till date no executive of tata shows no response and not received any call from tata motors. But till date sagar motors noida has not delivered the vehicle till date. So i am again requesting the higher ups to look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible, i have already loge complaint in your customer care. Complaint no. Is 1-[protected].

                My same problem ... only TATA motors never intended to deliver vehicles as per booking seniority... The dealership and customer care make a fool of you, and kepp on saying delivery in 2 dyas when they know no car can be delivered for months... Maybe being new product, they found some fault ? Like NANO bursting into flames ...So they not wanting to deliver Tiagos ...

                  I booked a tata tiago xz petrol car (Blue) in auto matrix agency on mangalore 25.04.2016 vide order sr. No.45 in the name of Srinvas. Dealer promised me to deliver the car within 4 weeks positively. The period of 4 weeks is going to expire within two days, but the dealer is not listening to me about delivery of car. I want the car to be delivered within two days without fail.

                  I have, also a two Tata products before it but this time u make a very slow delivery, it's my request don't destroy your company name, thanks...

                      I have a complaint against the dealer (Srm motors, vikas nagar, lucknow)

                      I avail a service of my vehicle tata nano on 01 april 2016 and that time the ac of my car was not functioning. My service adviser told me that the condenser of the ac is not working and it will have to change. At that time the part was not available...

                      For my safari i spent 80000 rupee approx. Still always giving trouble while ride. I did service in vijayawada, guntur, hyd and very worst service centre tirupati. Y you people are not even giving good service to the customer.
                      Because of this bloody service i decided my self not to buy tata vehicle. This much problem they gave.
                      Even in tirupati vijayabarathi automobile i drop my vehicle at 8 in the morning till 2 pm on multiple follow ups also they responded very slow.
                      I believe you people are not doing for charity

                          I am very upset with the behaviour of manager at tata motors.

                          I booked test drive of tata nano manual which was having some break issue, I asked vendor that the car have break issues then they asked me to test drive automatic which I was not comfortable with.

                          However I took the test drive and post that there was a minor accident since I was not comfortable with automatic.

                          The manager there told me to put at for the damage. I said to him that is a minor accident with not much damage and the car should be covered under insurance. He took my license and refused to give me.

                          He said once the damages will be paid he will return my license.

                          He was very much rude not willing to talk properly. This incident have given me a very negative approach towards tata motors.

                          However I have paid the damage part. I want an apologie from the manager for being rude and not at all good towards the customer.

                            As a complaint was already submitted regarding delaying in delivery of tata tiago xt silver petrol on 11th of may. Till date no executive of tata shows no response and not received any call from tata motors. As i have already submitted the full amount of the vehicle in the month of april but till date the fairdeal motors srinagar branch anantnag has not delivered the vehicle till date. So i am again requesting the higher ups to look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible, other wise the tata motors are forcing me to knock the doors of consumer court.

                              Our office TATA Sumo-SE was breakdown during September-2015 and sent to Shree Bharat Motors, NH-5, Pahala, Bhubaneswar, Odisha for supervision. They have inspected and submitted the detailed estimate and informed us to do the engine O/H works with a cost of Rs. 61, 000.00. As it is a office vehicle, we have sent the vehicle for doing engine O/H after due official approval at our end during January-2016. Subsequently they handed over the vehicle on 4.02.2016 after doing the necessary engine works with a cost of Rs. 67, 082. But it is unfortunate that after receiving the vehicle, it again gave problem and we sent it to Shree Bharat Motors, NH-5, Pahala, Bhubaneswar, Odisha for further repairing on 02.03.2016. They have done the repairing works and handed over the vehicle on 03.03.2016. Again on 29.04.2016, our office vehicle was break down while returning from an official work at Bhubaneswar i.e. nearly 100 kms from Bhubaneswar.. We have contacted again and take the vehicle by pulling with a truck to Shree Bharat Motors, NH-5, Pahala, Bhubaneswar, Odisha (nearly 100 kms) with a cost of Rs. 5000.00 on 29.04.2016. But till today they have not handed over the vehicle to us. As it is a office vehicle of Govt. of India, official work has been hampered. Therefore, i am requesting you to look after the matter and give necessary instruction to hand over the vehicle.

                                Hi ranjith,
                                Its the same case with me. I had booked tiago on 24th april at kht motors bangalore. The sales executive promised me delivery in 4 weeks so i paid the booking amount of 10k. The sbi bank loan was also to be coordinated by them, which took almost 2 weeks to process. For that also i had to do the follow up with them. Its 21st may today my loan agreement dd has not been processed coz kht guys are clueless as to when they can deliver the car to me.
                                I liked the car a lot but the pathetic response by the tata people is pushing towards cancelling the order. My previous experience of maruti dealership is thousand times better than this. I will wait another week max for this to be sorted out or just cancel the order.

                                  I have booked tiago xm orange colour on 07 of Apr 2016 and I paid all payment of tiago through RTGS from Pandit Automotive Sangli. Dealers officials said that we deliver car on Akshya trutiya.
                                  But not yet they provide delivery of tiago.
                                  They told that supply of tiago is very poor from Gujrat plant. Tata motors is Indians leading vehicle company.
                                  If they are not able to supply cars why did they shows advt.
                                  If the dealer not provide to supply car within 5days I will cancel my car.

                                    Whenever i go to my dealer rmj motors, gwalior for any maintenance work in my tata safari, mp07 mc 5555, i am not getting full support in spares and other main parts... Dealer always says to provide the parts after 10 to 15 working days...
                                    This is going to ruin the brand value of tata motors and that's why more and more of my friends and family persons are not preferring tata motors in my city...

                                    Pls look after the matter try to solve it out asap...

                                      Hi,

                                      I booked a tata tiago xz (Diesel) from concorde motors, malad, mumbai on 15.05.2016. I noticed that the registration cost of the vehicle is mentioned as rs. 71506.

                                      However, as per the rule, the registration cost of the car is 11% of ex showroom cost of the vehicle. Hence, it should be rs. 64256. When i asked the salesperson about this, he said that the r. T. O. Guy has to be given rs. 7500 extra for passing the vehicle.

                                      I do not understand why this hefty bribe has to be given to a r. T. O person when i have all the necessary documents like passport and aadhar card for support my registration.

                                      My sister recently purchased a hyundai creta for 14.5 lacs but yet she wasn't over charged. She had to give exact 11% of ex showroom cost.

                                      This is simply looting the customer. Kindly look into the matter asap as my car has already been allotted and i will have to pay within a week.
