I visited to my nearest service centre dada motors as my car gives the problem of missing. I informed the concerned person that my only concern is that i dont want this problem again whatever the part would require, fix it without my permission. After 2 days when i got delivery of my car and i drive it for 2-3 days. The same problem occurs again. Then i again visited the same place and discuss the problem. Then they said that there is an issue in fuel pump we need to change it that costs 8500 and prior to that they made the bill of 10700. The main problem they didnt solve but only made their bills

    My name is murali & i had purchased a tata tiagio xt 1.05 d from below mentioned dealer but surprisingly this happened to be the worst experience
    In my life... Full description mentioned below...

    Dealer : auto matrix : mangalore

    On 05-aug-2016 friday evening at 0.7.00pm i took the delivery on tiagio xt diesel the vehicle was delivered to me at 26kms run (Which is normal) i took the car to my
    Home & observed a noise /sound at right front side so next day i contacted the dealer & they send the technician to my office & took the car for inspection & the same day
    Night they gave back the vehicle saying that the problem is rectified but again the same problem continued so i informed them so again they took the car back for
    Check up...& till now i have not got my car back...

    Funniest part is service engineers are not able to find out the defective part or the reason from where the sound is coming...

    Till now the car is with the dealer & just imagine as a customer you buy a car & you have to wait like a dog in the service centre to get it back...


    Thanks for tata for giving me such a good expirience & i will make sureto share my expirience on social media...

      Dear sir,
      I have tata indigo manza (Up-32-ed-3615) in the name of my wife mrs. Rashmi srivastava. The said vehicle was parked beside the road and a small goods vehicle (Dala) loaded with some iron angles boomed my car front while the dala was moving back side. Resulting bumper jali, radiator, ac condenser plate, and left head light cover were damaged. The car was still in running condition. I handed over the car to srm motors pvt. Ltd., lucknow (Accidental unit) situated near scorpio club road, kursi road, lko. On 11/07/2016. And a estimated expense of near about rs. 15000/- was conveyed to me. After 15 days when i approached them then they have informed me to pay near about 24000/-. I have refuse to pay and said amount which was much more than rs. 15000/-. And, if the cost was enhanced why you have not informed to me, my mobile number was with you. Thereafter, they became biased to me and battle was started. After receiving the payment of rs 13700/-, they delivered my car on 05/08/2016 (After 25 days) and said all job card works related to the car have been successfully completed now your car is in perfect condition. I took the car in good faith. But when i was on the way to home, i saw an orange light indicator was shown at the dash board and heater meter needle was not working & horn was also not blowing. I immediately call to the srm adisor mr. Rahul and told the problems. Mr. Rahul said you may visit the srm moters 11/cp-2, ring road, vikas nagar, lucknow-226022 showroom/workshop, they will solve your problem. I visited to srm, ring road showroom/workshop on 08/08/2016 and they also charged rs. 561/- but the problems are remain same. My tata manza is still on risk after paying rs.13700+561=14261/-. When heater meter is not showing the heat position of the car & if i start to drive the car in present heated weather at lucknow, it may be that the car heated enough and get fired, who will bear the responsibility and loss. Your both units of srm moters, lko. Misguide the customer crashing the good faith and beliefs.
      Kindly look into the matter sympathetically and direct the concerning agency to resolve my genuine problem immediately. Otherwise, i'll be bound to take shelter of the law for justice.

      I had purchased a tata sumo from ASL Motors jamshedpur in april 2016. Unfortunately its door broken. I handed over to above for repairing on 08/7/16. But till date I have not gotten the vehicle back. neither ASL motor inform me nor their worker/authority receive my phone, so that, I unable to know the real status.

        Dear sir,
        I have tata zest registration number hr02a 1444. I am having this problem that the wind shield gets foggy in the night. I have talked to the service centre and get my car checked. Manager of your service centre explained that this is because of difference in temperatures of inside the car and outside and advised to switch on the heater to clear the fog.
        Initially he was not even listening to the problem arguing for long he asked me to bring the vehicle in night. I get my car for your manager to visualize the problem. After taking a drive of car at around 10.00pm, the manager was agreed that vehicle cannot be drived with ac on. But later on he refused to do anything to solve the problem.
        Sir i have 3 points to mention here
        1. Fog on the wind shield is not get cleaned with use of vipers.
        2. I have another car which does not have any such problem because of difference in temperatures as explained by your service centre manager.
        3. Kindly explain who uses blower in summers.
        4. I have talked to your customer care; they people don’t give damn about solving the issue. They just give complained numbers. Which was [protected]
        There is some problem with wind shield and people at tata motors keep on explaining the difference in temperature theory.
        Kindly look in to the matter.
        I got a Tata Tiago xz a couple of days ago then I realised it came without alloy wheels asking the consultant he told that Tata has stopped alloy wheels for this model the only difference between the xt variant and xz is the abs and alloy wheels

          I bought a Nano XTA from Concorde showroom, Pune 20 days before. We talked with Mr Sameer Rahatul and Ms Gauri
          · Sameer sent a mail with total amount, without bifurcation.
          · We have given cheque for Rs 348467/- ( One chq of Rs 200, 000/- and other one is 148467/-).
          · after giving cheques, we realized that the Total amount is wrong.
          · Miss Gauri Dhotre confirmed that the amount charged was for PCMC while we live in PMC area.
          · She confirmed that we will get the extra amount 3276/- back by cheque.
          · On 27th July, Gauri confirmed that the cheque is ready.
          · After going to the showroom we realized that the cheque was for 3000 only.
          · Please refund me with correct amount Rs 3276/- and also make provision to drop the cheque at my office in chandni chowk. I cannot come to the showroom each time.
          I am really frustrated with the service.
          I have serviced my tata safari storm car in vijay auto works pvt.ltd at sativali, waliv phata, vasai road (e)-401208.and they give me very poor quality service, i told mr.hameer manohar joshi i ill complain online at your company site, than they said do whatever you want to do, how they can give such bad response to any customer.

            I booked a Tata Tiago at Concorde Motors, Chennai on June 2. I was told a waiting period of 6-7 weeks. But its been 9 weeks and i have no proper reply yet. I have mailed to Tata Motors customer care 3 times and they don't reply. I called to register a complaint but there was no response from them also. They also don't share any higher officials number to register a complaint.

            Never expected such a worst behaviour from a reputed company like Tata.

            I have buy Tata Tiago Xz petrol last week. Now when i accelerated it above 80-100 km/h, a sound like krrrrrrrr start coming from accelerator. Please look in to this. As i have faith on Tata Motors and Tiago is excellent in small suv.

              Dear sir, i buy 2 nano twist in january and february 2016
              Kl 05 am 5570 and 6860. only 4 months damaged one tyre only and i reported the service station m k motors kottayam. they told already discussed the company and they approved new tyre. but until now (1-1/2 months) no replace the tyre when i ask they told they didnt receive the tyre. how long i am waiting only one tyre. this is very bad for tata motors. i hope your good office take immediate action this issue. actually my company booked 4 nano twist. but this issue i cancelled the order.                 I have purchased my new tata nano car from Cargo motors, Gandhidham in october, 2014.Just 2 months back rear tubeless Tyre got damaged very badly and after that I immediately contact with show room but they told that right now cargo motors is no more authorised dealer for tata 4 wheelers and we can do nothing.I told them that since my car is under warranty, tyre should be replaced by the dealer.Also I told to customer care but they provided me only some phone numbers of dealers located at Ahmedabad which is 350 KM away from my place.Now they are telling that there is no authorised dealer at Gandhidham. Most of the tyre sellers told me that I have to buy new one.Still now there is no positive reply from there end.
                Kindly help me to find way out.

                I booked Tata Tiago XZ Petrol version on dated 9th June-16 at Raj Motors Rohtak Haryana. still not delivered pl expedite the delay, which is taking by the Tata motors.

                Apart from this Faith about the Tata Motor getting down by the people. so you are requested try to deliver the same on time so that costomer can satisfy by Tata Brand.

                  I made a booking of tata tiago revotron xz (Petrol) at concorde motors, pune. I made an advance payment of rs.10000 also while booking. I was promised by the dealers that, the car will be delivered within 8 weeks (Till ramazan eid). But it is more than 10 weeks now, but the car is not yet delivered. I have raised a complaint at tata motors, but they were not able to say when will my car get delivered. They just said "your car will be delivered soon", which i am hearing for over 10weeks but no action has been taken yet. I have even maid complaint on the ceo corner but still no response. Also i have sold of my old car which makes me get drenched in rain i have no car with me. Looks like tata motors does not even bother about the customers.

                  Dont make false promises at least and more importantly dont take orders if you cant make it.

                    I had given my Manza car for it's mandatory 60K major servicing on June 27, 2016 to Fortune Cars, Thane, authorised service center of Tata Motors. While delivering ater said service I came to know day after that they had literally cheated by way not doing what THEY OUGHT TO DO. I systematically raised my complaint and it was attended (they knew their BLUNDER). But when delivered back it CAME WITH, OUT OF THE BLUE, NEW PROBLEM OF CREATING NOISE IMMEDIATELY AFTER GETTING STARTED. In spite of writing TATA MOTORS, surprisingly, neither responding to mails, calls or getting it attended. And Fortune Car is INTIMIDATING to PAY FOR.

                          1. seat cover was fixed in an irresponsible unskilled way: it was torn, and when i enquired about it in the branch from where i purchased, they said accessories will be fit in labhag road branch its not our mistake so u have to contact them itself in a very irresponsible way....

                          First i want to inform you that tata authorised concorde motors service station, patparganj industrial area, delhi-110092 has given me estimate of rs.20, 000/- for changing my timing belt only on running 50, 000 k. M. (Approx) apart from other work & charges. Please justify the same.
                          My relative got timing belt change in their toyota fortuner at rs.2, 500/-. That's why toyota is market leader in india's suv market.

                          Secondly, whenever i gave my car to your above service station, one or more thing always get damaged, which are as follows:-

                          On 1st service, its wiper water inlet cover got misplaced.
                          On 2nd service, its door handle chrome got damaged.
                          On 3rd service, its door handle chrome got misplaced.
                          On 4th service, its plastic / fibre nut covers inside the car got misplaced.
                          Now, my central door locking remote key cover got damaged.

                          Why should i pay for all these sins committed by tata motors??

                          Not only this, i have faced so much manufacturing defects in tata's costliest car ever :-

                          Left side rear view mirror, not aligned, while closing as it always hit window glass.
                          If we open window glass, it make noise just like it is left loose.
                          Ceiling handle springs was not working properly.
                          Driver side goggles holder are not closing.
                          Ac vents are not aligned properly.
                          Driver information system is blinking. Show km when asking for fuel average & vice-versa.
                          Head light upper / dimmer change lever miss sometimes.

                          I only feel that tata gave my either second hand car or it uses scrap materials in their tata cars!!

                          Its only service, committment & quality which counts. If i would have purchased cars of honda, suzuki, totyota (The japenese), they surely either rectify these faults free of cost or even they replaced my car. But i am stuck with indians. I am sure if sh. Ratan tata ji, would be reading this, he will immediately delighted the customer by rectifying these faults free of cost.

                          Hope, you will look into this matter and get these resolved immediately.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I am akanksha tanwar, i am a teacher in a primary school run in delhi, and since so many years i am a regular customer of tata products. I believe that one must invest and buy products of their own country if they want to be a part in the growth of india.

                            I use tata mobile number, tata sky and i only buy my jewellery and other stuffs from tanishq, just to support my country and its products. I decided to buy my first car hence i invariably choose tata motors as my first choice.

                            I visited the auto vikas tata showroom, 26/3-4, najafgarh road, indl. Area, new delhi-110025 on somewhere near 4. Th july 2016. On the same day i booked the tata tiago car by giving 10 thousand booking amount as instructed to me ms sweta (Customer advisor). I was very happy as it is my first car and more so from my favourite brand tata. I was promised from mr nikhil (Sales in charge) that if i booked the car now i can get the car on 30.07.2016 so i paid the booking amount immediately and they had committed me to deliver the car on 30.07.2016 which is also mentioned in commitment form.

                            As i have already written that i am a teacher, who teaches in primary school hence my earning is not lucrative so i applied for the car loan which was eventually approved.

                            After doing all the hardwork, paper work and spending numerous hours in approval of the loan, today i got a call from sweta (Customer advisor) that my do (Delivery order) has reached the showroom hence i need to pay the rest of the amount so my husband, mr rahul tanwar, visited the showroom to give rest of the money and have the insurance of the car as demanded by the loan agent so that he can write down the cheque. But my husband was shocked to hear when mr nikhil (Sales head) said that the car cannot be delivered on 30.07.2016 and we have to wait for 2 more months for its delivery.

                            My husband mr rahul tanwar asked him then why they promised us to deliver the car on 30.07.2016 and if they cannot deliver the car then the news should have been conveyed to us earlier so that we can contact other cars dealer in delhi or we had not applied for the loan.

                            Mr nikhil (Sales incharge) replied that he can deliver the car on 30.07.2016 but my husband has to pay 10 thousand rupees more to mr nikhil then only he will deliver the car on 30.07.2016 and if he do not pay the 10 thousand rupees then he will have to wait for 2 months at least for the delivery of the car.

                            Dear sir, i am very disappointed with the attitude of the tata personals towards their client. If the expected date is 30.07.2016 then why they are asking for 10 thousand rupees more to deliver the car.

                            This was my first bad experience with the tata company, i have never thought about it in my rarest of rare dream that i can be cheated by tata motors in such a way.

                            If the auto vikas showroom knew that they cannot deliver the car then they should not have promised me to deliver the car on 30.07.2016. I worked very hard in approval of the loan and spend my time and money just to have the car in time but they straight away refused me for the delivery and asked 10 thousand rupees more to deliver the car.

                            I am very disappointed with such a attitude from the tata and i will never buy any product of tata in future and will take legal action against the auto vikas showroom and tata company. I also request you to inquire into this matter thoroughly so that the justice can be done to the customers like me. I am also enclosing commitment form and sales receipt with this complaint.

                            mam you explain it very correct Auto vikas sales & service executives are not giving proper & hones services to their customers even after sales of the vehicles services are very bad next time when u have to attend the call or made visit at auto vikas u must keep everything on recording through your mobile phone or hidden camera . Tiago is good product u must buy it but not from the Auto Vikas sales & service.
                            I have a similar issue. Tata dealers are big time crooks !!

                            Tata has gone worst in past few years. I am using a TATA INDICA VISTA since 2008 and so far the experience was fine. Recently, on 11/12/16, I booked a Tata Zest from Autovikas Dealer in Moti Nagar, Delhi. The dealer committed delivery of 01/01/2017 and took full payment from me on 23/12/16. On 28/12/16, when i called him, he told me that car is not available and might come by Jan end, 2017. Above this, he also told me that i will have to pay more money as the prices go up in January and December offers also won't be applicable now.

                            I have been struggling with this dealer from last 4-5 days and under tremendous mental pressure. I don't understand why the customer should pay more money when the delay in delivery is not his fault? And when i have already made full payment of the car to him !! Under his pressure, i also got ready to compromise on color option but he was pretty rigid on delivering it higher price. My money is stuck with him and i have no other option but to cancel the booking and go for something else.

                            After using my Vista for so many years, i again trusted TATA motors, but i guess it was the biggest mistake of my life.

                              From pandit auto pimpri
                              As per mail communication, vehicle supposed to be delivered within 12 weeks timline, but till date delivery not received.
                              No communication from tata motors and dealer for exact delivery date. also no assurance of alloy wheel till time.

                                Fake mail regarding jobs in tata motors. On 27th july 2016.they are asking for money about 9650 rs.And also asking for the documents and id proof.This are tha fake people who send the mails and tell them that they going to get jobs in MNC companies like tata motors.These people also tell that they going to give accomodation and tickets facilities..

                                  Please please can you deal with my complaint….. It seems my tata dealership in cape town are not doing enough and as for tata they are a disgrace… i have explained in this email my complaint… i will be taking this further and will not rest until this matter is dealt with..

                                  I brought myself a brand new tata super ace for my landscape business in january 2016... I brought it from tata motors, paarden island, cape town. The same month the alarm did not work, then the clutch was riding, then the canopy was loose on 1 side. After telling tata this information they eventually took my vehicle in. They gave me a courtesy van another tata super ace... Guess what happened... Well this hire tata broke down on me. Basically the fuel light was not working and i ran out of fuel. Tata sent someone to help me and i was on my way. I get my tata super ace back... So the next month the same petrol light problem happened on my tata super ace... Again off she goes back into her second home (Being the tata work shop) and again fixed. So there’s me thinking these were teething problems!!! How wrong was i... The worse is yet to come and you will not believe what i have to tell you!!

                                  Then from here onwards i inform the tata dealer in paarden island that my clutch is riding… they come out say oh it’s a small problem… the van goes back to the dealership and they strip the clutch and tell me it just needed “tweaking”. So of course i believe what they say as they are the experts…. Literally a few weeks later i a single female am in atlantis, cape town getting stock for my business when suddenly i can’t put the gears in… the clutch has now broken it seems. I have to wait 3 hours for tow truck.. Oh by the way this is after i phone my dealer to speak to ronnie phipps and tell him that i am so disgusted in the tata and i need a vehicle… he tells me tata do not supply vehicles!! Even though my brand new vehicle i brought from them has been in their workshop more times than i have had hot dinners!! Ronnie phipps and their manager whom i spoke to both treated me with complete rudeness and distain… the attitude and rudeness was just an absolute joke.. For a manager to shout at the client is unacceptable. They tow my van back and hey ho now this time my clutch did not need tweaking it needed to be replaced!! I have only done around 8000km so far on my new van. Again no car was loaned to me so lucky for me there was a head manager visiting paarden island branch and he gave me ronnie phipps own demo car to use… if it wasnt for this director chap i would never of got a loan vehicle.

                                  Now it continues, my passenger door is snapping whenever it is opened, i email the dealership in paarden island to book my bakkie in and request i get a loan vehicle… this was around 6 weeks ago and to date i still have not been helped in this matter. Now for the final insult… friday 15th 2016 i and my team of landscapers are driving to cape town to do a garden design, as we are driving up a hill my van stops.. Complete engine failure. Again i phone to get my tata taken back to dealership… all day i request what is happening… i get absolute no answer. I then phone jodie the manager and me being the customer have not only lost my van, but my job that day and now arranging payment for staff and lifts home… a complete nightmare.. I am gutted, upset and damn miserable.. I get upset with jodie as i just get absolutely no empathy at all back.… then jodie shouts at me… me the customer i get shouted at by the manager jodie!!! I hang up the phone in tears… i don’t know where to turn or what to do. Then i get an email at 4pm that day from admin at tata dealership in paarden island saying “your engine has to go to india to be fixed”!! That is the email!! After lots of emails by myself to the dealership and me apologizing for being upset!! I then get told it’s not the engine it’s the turbo and i need a new one?? I am still awaiting mechanics report. I have had no van now for 10 days, tata warranty will not pay because i missed my 10000km service and now i am on 12000km … i honestly have missed the service because i believe shear stress… plus as my emails from january to ronnie have stated.. Please send me all relevant paperwork inc service book which i never received. Look i know i must keep on top of the service but i would of thought with only 2000km over and all the problems i have had there would be some leniency. It seems not and now tata are charging me r12, 000 for new turbo and i still have no idea when i will get my van back. I have had to hire a trailer since which is costing me a fortune… please please help me… my business is suffering, i am on my nerves with this and as for the tata super ace i just have no words and the tata warranty department really have no heart.

                                      Dear team,

                                      Please refer to the above car reg no and note that the car was given for first service at schakralaya motors at pondicherry on 14.07.2016. the car is yet to be delivered to me after the service. i was informed that the clutch disc assembly has to be replaced and promised that the car would be delivered to me by 16.07.2016.

                                      But the car is still in the service station and there is no proper response from there. when contacted the only answer i get is the car will delivered tomorrow. i am totally disappointed with the service given to me at your schakralaya motors (pondicherry) - your authorized dealer. also i was informed that mr. pradeep. shanmugam will delivered the damage part in the car and the reason for delay in service is because of the part not received at the service station. my next point of contact was ms. subhu lakshmi at tata motors ltd, south regional branch where i was promised that immediate action will be effected. but this was also not productive.


                                      Below is the mail correspondence dated today which was sent to me after repeatedly following up with your people for the past ten days.


                                      I opted for tata motors believing that the customer service will be up to the mark but i am made to regret my decision with this kind of service.

                                      Please look up on this issue and resolve this at the earliest
