Sir,
This is to recall that I recharged with annual subscription of Rs 2750 online for the year 2015-16 from HDFC Net banking. On my entering Rs 2750 first time, it was not accepted. Then I entered Second time and it was accepted. Later I found that the amount of Rs 2750 was accepted twice. Since then I have been requesting you to refund one subscription of Rs 2750.

But it was not refunded till[protected]. There is delay of more than 8 months, causing me mental agony and loss of interest. You have indulged in deficiency of services and unfair trade practice by withholding my money maliciously to cause me loss and mental stress and strain. Hence you are called upon to pay interest @ 12% immediately. Otherwise I will proceed with you legally. Any disruption in service will be taken seriously.

Iam Venugopal.R. My ID is [protected]. I have taken the Tatasky connection in the Neendakara Fishing Harbour (Kerala) office while I am working as the Assistant Engineer. I have retired from service on 31st May 2016. Before my retirement the Tatasky connection is shifted to my residence at Karicode, Kollam about 16 km far from Neendakara Fishing Harbour. I have joined your plan for the period of one year. But for the last 06 months I have not getting any signal from your connection. The matter has already brought your notice in the last month through e mail and one of your person has already contacted me and suggested to contact a number(as he given). I have contacted the number, but I could here the details of schemes only. Now I am receiving the message continuously from you to renew the plan as the validity expired. I here by inform you that I can renew the plan only on getting proper display from your connection.So please send a service person to my residence to find the connection Problem at the earliest. My address is shown below.
