It was told to us before having 6 months package of tatasky that we will get all the star channels, zee channels, and max channels.. I already paid for 6months package.. But In short we were told that we will get all the Hindi entertainment channels . but we r getting only some channels. Sab channel is also not working. And i told to remove the fitness channel..       I have already complained but I dont know what happened, overbilling by tatasky, i paid my monthly advance payment on 20th sept so I have to pay only again on )ct 20th and I cancelled HD. now they want me to pay 610 on oct 10, even if the mistake is theres they have to charge only 175 and continue till 20th oct nor 610, I dont understand the calculations, If a Ratan TATA company does it we can understand other big companies doing it, never expected this from a most respected company

        I am a regular customer of Tata Sky. For past few days or I can say months, I am not able to view 22/24 channels after 7 pm in evening (there may be more than these but these 22/24 channels are the ones which we watch). This issue particularly occurs after 7 pm in the evening. The channels I am referring show error as "Your set top box is not receiving signal"

        I have called Tata Sky call center number[protected] multiple times and described what the issue is. They assure that they will send service technician and get the problem resolved. As per this call center people, the timing of service technician is up to 8 pm - 8.30 pm. Then they forward my complaint to local service center. The local service center again asks what issue I am facing even though I have already told issue to call center person. Then the service technician calls me asking same question what's the issue with connection. Once again I have to repeat what I have been telling to multiple people. I specifically (to service technician) mention that issue occurs after 7 pm in the evening. After telling service technician the timing, nobody is ready to serve my complaint because they say their timing is up to 6 pm only. So this is contradictory because call center people say timing is up to 8 pm - 8.30 pm and local service center said timing is up to 6 pm only. So, once I tell the timing to the service technician, my request goes on hold and goes to Canceled status very next day. So, I have to call center again and register new complaint again. Following are request / work order number so far which were put on hold and then canceled:

        Every time I called call center number, they tell me that I am the premium customer. SO BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SERVICE, I CAN CONCLUDE HOW Tata Sky TREATS THEIR PREMIUM CUSTOMERS. I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT NON-PREMIUM CUSTOMERS

          I have done 100s of complaint for my tata sky account [protected] that i have done 3 transections of 400rs each on 1st sept but tata sky credited only once i have already provoded merchant transection details, bank statement, confirmation email from bank to tata sky but they are useless and challenging bank that they have not received any amount from bank now tell me who is more trustable bank who maintains crores of rs for public without any mistake or this useless tata sky

                    Our old box was not working so called tatasky they said replacement for rs 900 as out of warranty. On 16 Aug replaced and gave repaired box charging 900 which didn't work n kept on calling executive but he said box not available thn he said in a day or two but din give thn we kept on calling finally on 18 Sept again replaced box and again charged for repaired box...and we again charged for rs 1000 now again it is deactivated and showing balance 12 rs. U ppl are giving repaired boxes in name of new replaced box n that too not working thn when u donot have box u charging us...such fake people u are
                    ..this is breech of trust...we will disconnect all boxes ofurs n will also complain in court

                      with regards to customer id [protected] i have complaint as i am unable to get signal i have requested to send your executive to check and resolve the matter but no one has attended am receiving only calls but problem is still pending i[censored] people are unable to resolve the matter please let me know i would shift the service to different co.

                      This is my third poor service experience from tata sky people and will defiantly carry this matter to consumer court

I have contacted the number, but I could here the details of schemes only. Now I am receiving the message continuously from you to renew the plan as the validity expired.                                     Your tariffs for March 2016 was 220, Then you increased to 250 then to 270 and now 285. Which is around 30% in a span of 6 months. Is there inflation of 30 % in India now??.
                                    I don't understand how you are doing this with out get approval from government.???
                                    I will be wrting on social sites.and I won't continue with Tata sky with this high tariffs.
                                    Please note you increased some unwanted channels which are useless for us and you took the advantage to increase the tariffs ??
                                    This is totally ridiculous from Tata sky ?? I won't continue with Tata sky anymore

                                    Even after successful payment, payment pending notice is displayed on TV which blocks picture for long time. Customer care service is pathetic. Due to lots of options, it takes ages to actually connect to customer care person. From last 4 months this notification keeps on coming in spite of timely payment.

                                        Tata sky after making a payment of half yearly charges allocates the money in their own manner for additional set top box and base package without giving any information to customer. Also on their online site (Mytatasky.com) there is no such facility which give the breakup of the amount we paid and how they have allocated the amount.

                                        On top of that they increase the montly subcription charges of the additional settop box any time without informing the customers and deduct the increased amount from already paid amount by the customer. Due to this the stipulated period of subcription gets over before and then they start calling the customers for recharging the account.

                                        When called 3 times to their customer service, first they listen to your complaint and when they understand their mistake they simply transfer the call to someone else with customer service or simply cuts the call giving the reason of disconnet. Then again customer has to call them and explain the entire case.

                                        The most pathetic way of support and totally un-professional way of charging the customer.
