    I am getting no signal since 2 days on my setup box. The problem is, I am able to see few channels but some channels are giving signal error whereas I had already subscribed to these channels.

    Also facing the similar problem since few months.

        My sub id is [protected]. I am using free live tv in my andtoid device for 1 month. So to avoid 60 rupees per month cost i want to deactive mobile tv in my android device. I am using samsung granf prime 4g, sm-g531f/dd, i call tatasky to deactive this service but they didnot gave appropriate feedback. M. No[protected]

          Sir, I have been complaining about problems in SET TOP BOX since few months. Few months back your service person ( I cannot call them technician as they are lacking basic knowledge of handling set top box, which I can understand myself as an engineer) suggested to change the BOX by paying Rs. 700, which we agreed. Till now we have the problems of BOX getting hanged & not responding to remote, inspite of getting signal indication on box. Also everytime, we complain, a new person comes to attend with altogether new ideas & always a ready excuse that LAST PERSON ATTENDED HAS NOT DONE CORRECT SETTING & NOW IT SHOULD WORK FINE. My question- why everytime they change the person attending the same client for same problem?? it means they don't have capable staff to solve. There has been shake up at top management of TATAS & also the same is needed at base level to restore the performance level. I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND TATA SKY TO ANY ONE NOW.

            Sir/ Madam,

            My Tatasky subscriber ID is [protected]. My HD channel acess has been
            stopped on date 23/10/2016.
            For your kind information I would like to inform you that I am
            regularly using dhamaal mix annual package along with annual HD acess
            since 2015. For this current year subcription I have made the annual
            payment of Rs 3970/- for above said packages on First week of may
            2016.
            At the time before recharge of my tatasky account, your tatasky
            customer care executive called me on registered mobile no [protected]
            ( i have the saved voice call record along with me ) & provided me the
            special offer to recharge the account with Rs 1000/- instead of Rs
            1925/- for annual acess of HD channels. I have paid the same amount as
            offered by Tatasky customer representative.

            But unfortunately my HD channel acess has been stopped by Tatasky on
            23/10/2016. I asked the customer care ( voice call on date 24/10/2016,
            between 16.00 hrs to 16.45 hrs) to resolve the matter but tatasky
            denied to solve the issue.

            It is kindly requested you to please look into the matter & resolve the problem.

            Otherwise I will go through the legal actions against Tatasky
            representative through consumer court.( I have all the voice call
            records saved along with me).

            Please do the needfull as early as possible.

              Hi:

              I'm a consumer of Tata Sky. My Tata Sky ID is : [protected]. I tried reaching your Service Center number which is[protected] more than 3-4 times. Mine estimated wait time was 10 minutes but you kept me on hold for 20 minutes. I didn't receive any response from the other side. Its really disgusting!!! Any ways my purpose for this email is, few days back your technician visited to my house and he assembled a new Set of Box because I was not able to view any channels, but the issue is still going on.

              Also I tried to visit Tata Sky website for the same but it was very slow.
              This is the first time happening with Tata sky services and its disappointing me...Don't know why!!
              I request you, if possible please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                From last three days i am trying to talk on your customer care no but unable to talk with your executive. Our tata sky setbox no singnal. Massage from last three days (From 22th of oct 2016) i am not availing your services. Please arrange a call immediately and rectify my problems. This is my request to start toll free no.                   Bought sony bravia on 22 oct. Explicitely requested for installation and connection to be done on 23., sunday between 11 and 13.00 hrs, as i am available only then and will not be available until next sunday, 30 oct. And will leave for airport at 14.00 hrs. Given wo#sh6n39k. I kept calling the no. Given and kept repeating my request. Waited until 14.15 hrs. Got a call on the way to airport. Told the caller 2 come on 30 oct. Today, i receive a message saying that the above workorder stands cancelled. I have been a tatasky subscriber for almost 9 years. I am disappointed. Doesn't customer convenience figure on your list of customer service?? Please schedule the installation for sun. 30.10 between 11 and 14.00 hrs.

                    I had requested for a call back on the website to which response came after a day. Anyway, it was told that within couple of hours a rep will contact and did get a call from rep and now the problem started.
                    The rep, Mr. Umesh, told that installation will take place in half an hour and that half an hour turned out to be whole day!!
                    Repeated calls to Mr. Umesh remain unattended.
                    Finally, in the evening somebody else called and again promised to make the installation in half an hour. On enquiring about the promise made by Mr. Umesh, it was told that he sits in office and does not do the installation which is done by technicians.
                    Requested the technician to let me talk to Mr. Umesh and he said he will inform but no call Mr. Umesh so far!!
                    This is the situation even before getting the connection so wonder what will be the treatment after getting the connection!!!

                        Most pathetic customer service in india Tata Sky Asked for a simple request for change in secondary connection to primary number for last 7 days and then cut off the other two connections. Subscriber ID [protected]. Have given them calls for last 7 days continuously but everytime time they gave fake totally fake assurances... they regularly rotates the calls between themselves in the name of transferring to senior guys. PATHETIC... Given them the alternate number also but service is so PATHETIC AND NON TRUSTABLE. Today even the tata sky is not working They say help desk will call now, tomorrow, today, in half an hour..NO USE...TOTALLY NON RELIABLE. ITS AMUSING WHEN AFTER HALF AN HOUR OF saying they are transferring to senior management they put the call on CALL WAITING THEY SAY "YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US". THEY ARE A BIG BLEMISH ON THE NAME OF PRESTIGOUS TATA GROUP AND Ratan tata. EVEN NOW THE CALL IS ON HOLD and don't know after how much time the complaint will be solved. It hink you are my last hope :)

                            I have both sports package and HD subscription. Still Tata sky not giving me access to new two sports channels called 'Star sports select HD 1&2'. When I call the toll free number they say I have to pay extra for each of the channels. This is pure cheating from tata sky point of view as they say on thier website with HD subscription we should get these channels.

                                We are unable to watch any channel on TV. spoke to tatasky people many times. Online chated with Chandana K today. They refuse to send a field technician to fix the issue. This is going on for 2 weeks. We have our dues paid till Dec, so no problems with payment. But all that money is a waste because we cannot receive the services. Called them, sent online msg, wasted a lot of time, but they refuse to send someone to fix it. Horrible customer service.

                                  Tata sky have deactivated my total account and also closed my account unilaterally even after i have successfully paid all my dues upto date and also in advance.
                                  even my internet accout is suspended. I have depsited 15500/- towards subscription for 2 year starting from 2016 to 2018

                                  Tata sky people on phone we have specifically said to diactivate add on connection but today they have deacttivated the entire Tata sky services including the Primary as well as secondary.

                                  No confirmation to this effect was given to me either on email or sms saying the same.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      We are residents of Manjeera Diamond Towers, Gopanpally, Hyderabad. Whenever anybody is raising complaint for signal issues, the technician is coming and rectifying the problem but at the same time he is purposefully disturbing the connections of other flats. This has happened multiple times.

                                      Our registered mobile number is [protected] and today he came to rectify the problem for other flat and disconnected our connection. His mobile number is [protected] but we do not know his name. When we are calling the customer care they are saying that there is congestion of calls and will call us back in 24 hours. SO because of problem created by your technician, we are supposed to suffer for 1 day.

                                      Pathetic service and pathetic people. If the problem is not resolved quickly, I am going to put this on all social networking sites tagging Tata Sky. I did not expect this from a Tata brand.
